Shawn nearly broke his phone if Herman came into his office on time. Herman caught Shawn's cell phone, briefly shocked, and stunned to stare at his boss.
"Master called me?" Then, Herman walked up to Shawn's desk, putting the phone down.
With still some annoyance left, Shawn sat in his chair and replied, "Have they moved out of the house?"
"Already, Sir. They just left their stuff."
"Leave it." Shawn's cold gaze turned mysterious, then moved from the chair. "Prepare car!"
Herman lowered his head briefly while Shawn walked past him, he caught up with his boss behind after that. The trip this time only Shawn left, Herman was ordered to go home.
His head was hot at every speed of the car headed to a luxurious house located in the central area of the capital. The waiter who greeted him was somewhat surprised by his arrival this time.
"Where is he?" shawn asked coldly and deeply as he walked into the living room.
"Searching?" a woman from the stairs.
Shawn turned his head with a hardened jaw on Renata who was going down the stairs. As he approached, Renata's cynical smile blossomed.
"You haven't set foot in this house in a long time" Renata said.
"You invited me on purpose!" shawn responded fiercely, then pulled out his phone, exposing the object in front of Renata. "What does that message mean? What do you know?"
Renata smiled again, glancing at the phone for a moment. His movements gracefully passed Shawn, and approached a single sofa, then sat there.
"You curious? Me either. My curiosity was so great, wondering: why did you refuse Clara to enter your house? Not even me, whose aunt you are, is allowed."
Waste time! Shawn rolled his eyeballs, annoyed. "Is this all you want to say? Doesn't matter!" attack, then turn around.
However, Renata exclaimed as Shawn had not yet turned around completely. "Wedding dress!" Shawn frowned, glancing a little. "You ordered a lot of wedding dresses from a boutique. Didn't you refuse your match with Clara? So, what are those dresses for?"
Shawn turned his face away, silently growling while clenching his hands firmly. This woman loves to interfere! "To be used by someone later. And certainly not Clara," he answered, his eyes glistening with anger.
Shawn's body would move again, but Renata prevented it by saying, "Then, what are you buying for that bankrupt company."
Shawn's eyes were tightly shut, unable to bear the tantric acts. Everything he does should be known and investigated.
"Indeed why? Until it can be recycled, such a company can certainly be reused," said Shawn cynically, turning a little. "I bought it with my money, Auntie doesn't have to interfere with my problems."
It was enough to silence the woman's mouth. Renata fluttered with a hot heart and clenched hands. Shawn smiled victoriously, his legs stepping away from the spot.
However, Shawn stopped when he almost reached the doorway, and Renata was getting off the couch. Shawn's body half turned around, saying cynically:
"You really want to work with the Adiputra family, don't you? Why don't you match Dave with Clara. I think they fit. I heard Clara and Dave have been friends since Kindergarten."
To make him even more humiliated, Shawn smiled scornfully at Renata before leaving. Renata hissed furiously, his head feeling seething to hear him.
"If Dave could take the company out of your hands, I would."
...🦋...
After eating, Kiara was locked up in the room. He could only ponder glumly while sitting on the bed, sighing many times because of his boredom.
The books on the glass shelf did not interest him. So, the latest expensive tablet....
Suddenly Kiara was stunned and straightened up. "Yeah! Why not think?" yells slowly.
His heart leaped cheerfully. The idea is like a treasure he just discovered. Kiara just remembered that her phone was left at home. He also remembers the home phone number.
"Hopefully Kelvin will lift." His fingers quickly typed a phone number on the tablet screen.
His body was squeezed, the hand holding the tablet fell over the thigh. The wound that was scratched by the unexpected actions of her stepmother was pained. Kiara asked: "Why did Mom do that? Why did you sell it?"
Tears welled up, he got upset. "Why am I so weak?" gerutu Kiara while wagging her eyes with the intention to dry her tears. "I can't cry! I have to be strong!"
After slightly improving, Kiara let out a tight sigh. His spirit is back again. Okay fine! Now it's time to try. First, Kiara dialed the home phone number.
Waiting tone sounded. Wrap on! Kiara tense up, waiting expectantly. "Please, pick up Kelvin. Numeric."
But no one raised it. Kiara's optimism did not subside, she kept thinking positively. Maybe no one heard the phone call. So, he tried again.
His second experiment of spirit somewhat receded. And when he tried again the third time, he completely gave up. Kiara let out a disappointed breath.
"Is mom there, so no one picks up?" the dragon speaks for itself.
Kiara thought for a moment, then lifted the tablet and looked at him. Is the phone still on? If Kiara calls him, does anyone pick him up?
Doubtful. His optimism faded. Kiara thought it would be free to try. But, without him knowing, that Kelvin was storing his phone in the backpack he was carrying. His phone is still on.
Kelvin and Renita were at the airport for a night trip to Singapore.
Had Kiara not given up, it might still have been time for her to hear Kelvin's voice. But Kiara chose to put the tablet beside her, and she lay down.
He stared at the ceiling of the white-painted room, pensive with watery eyes without a sob. Stifled, Kiara let out a long sigh.
"Kelvin, what are you doing? Brother is suffering here...."
His ears were vertical alert when he heard the sound of door knobs being pressed. The door opened, Kiara suddenly turned her head, her expression stiffening.
Shawn appeared, his cold face and indecipherable expression made Kiara fret. More nervous for Kiara, Shawn took off the tie and unbuttoned the top of his shirt as he approached Kiara.
Kiara snorted, spontaneously inching backwards. What's he want? Would he repeat his actions that night?
The man had already arrived before him, Kiara stiffened. Shawn's hand moved grabbing Kiara's wrist quickly. The frightened Kiara pulled her hand with a frowning forehead.
"What do you want?" his screeches.
Shawn again grabbed Kiara's hand, grabbed her tighter, then pulled her up, and carried her out of the room.
"Come, come with me!" his murmur, the cold and deep tone made Kiara even more nervous.
"To where? I don't want to come!" Kiara resisted, trying to let go of the man's hand.
Shawn did not answer. They passed by the butler in the hallway, pausing only to command it.
"Bi, pack our clothes. And don't forget, put the wedding dress in!"
Kiara tickled. Wedding dress brought? Is he planning a wedding somewhere else?
"Okay, sir," replied the butler, nodding softly.
Shawn again pulled Kiara who was staring at the butler with an unwilling expression, but Kiara resignedly brought Shawn up to the car.
A driver, who had been waiting, opened the car door in the back. To be sure, Shawn was throwing Kiara's body into the car. Kiara shrieked softly, her head almost hitting the car window.
After which, Shawn came in, sitting beside Kiara. The driver got in, and started to start the engine.
"To the airport, quick!" shawn's orders are harsh.[]
