7. I don't want to marry Rangga
Vierra's heart was pounding again because he always misbehaved every time he was close to Rangga.
Especially now, the two of them are already bound in a marriage even though the marriage is not registered religiously and state.
But still, this was a marriage that they had to be accountable to the village elder xx.
"Well, you guys are really very compatible brides-to-be, one is beautiful and the other is handsome. Everyone must be jealous of you both." Said the woman who led Vierra into the room.
"Eh??" Viora immediately smiled clumsyly looking at Rangga, "I am not her bride, I am the foster sister of her future successor. I'm here to replace my sister to check on her wedding preparations." Vierra.
"Ah so, then sorry for being mistaken" said the waiter with a face filled with guilt.
"No problem," said Vierra sighing without daring to look at Rangga again.
While Rangga was staring at Vierra, the man was silent for a few seconds then asked "Why isn't he the one who came?"
Vierra was surprised to not expect Rangga to talk to her, "Ah, that, Miss Claudia has an urgent job at the office, so--"
"So her job is more important than her marriage?" Rangga's question made Vierra confused about what to answer.
Why did the man ask her?
"Uh, that, I don't know either" he replied.
"Well, we'll just go." Rangga said that he held Vierra's hand and pulled the woman out of the hotel.
"Master Wait!! What about the wedding preparations?" Vierra asked worriedly because if she did not finish her task today then she would be mad at Claudia all out.
"Don't worry, I'll have someone set it up. Now come with me to discuss our personal matters." Rangga said to continue pulling Vierra until they arrived at the man's car.
"Fine" said Rangga opened the car door for Vierra.
"I'll get someone to set it up. Give me your car keys," said Rangga made Vierra silent for a few seconds before reaching into his bag to take his car keys.
After giving her car keys to the frame, the woman climbed into the car and put her eyes on the man who turned to the side of the wheel.
"What would you talk about?" Ask Vierra when their car has joined the car crowd on the highway.
"I intend to annul my marriage to Claudia and propose to the Faraday family" said Rangga making Vierra round her eyes perfectly.
Is this man beside her aware of what she just said?
Cancel a marriage with a sole heir and choose an adopted child who is picked up from the streets to marry??
"Sir, please don't joke, please" said Vierra looking at Rangga without being able to read the man's mimic.
Very mysterious!
"I'm not kidding." Rangga's words made Vierra sculpt.
"But, but I don't want to marry you. So, please, don't even think about canceling God's marriage for my sake. If you did it because you felt guilty for what happened yesterday..
"Master doesn't really need to take responsibility, after all such things are common in this age. Making love one night and then ending the relationship." Vierra said trying to look strong in front of Rangga even though his heart was actually being slashed.
"Are you sure of what you said?" Ask Rangga.
"Yes" replied Vierra.
'If I accept Rangga's words, I will be killed by the Faraday family when everyone hears the man's decision. What's more Claudia, she'll rampage like a starving lion when she finds out I snatched her future husband.' thought Vierra inwardly who felt very afraid of the Faraday family.
