The Fear of Losing

He looked at the man who was heading towards him with teary eyes.

His body froze when he had thought he would run to the man when he came.

Ares is standing right in front of Lyra.

Lyra covered her face and her cries broke, she really could not hold back her tears anymore.

Ares gave the code with his hand and soon the bodyguards came out leaving the two of them there.

Ares immediately hugged Lyra to calm her down.

“ All fine now ” said Ares.

“ It must have hurt ” Lyra warned Ares. Lyra uttered the cotton that had been given the alcohol in Ares' wound. He blew the wound a little to ease the pain Ares felt, but the man did not act as Lyra cleaned the wound.

Until all the blood that hit Ares' body was cleared, Lyra just had to give the wound medicine and bandage Ares' wound with a bandage.

Ares looked at his bandaged arm and recalled Lyra's words. I can tell how worried and panicked the woman was.

Ares walks into Lyra's room to see if she's asleep. Because it's dawn now. Last night's incident really made Lyra unable to fall asleep and continued to wait for Ares to come home.

When the door of her room opened as fast as lightning Lyra turned back to the door. Seeing that Ares soon realized that the woman had not slept.

“ Why has not slept this is already dawn ” said Ares, then approached Lyra and allowed a blanket on Lyra's body.

Lyra just stared at Ares silently. Ares sat by the side of the bed and stroked Lyra's hair.

“ It's unrelated, the problem happened has nothing to do with you ” Ares then lay down next to Lyra and pulled the woman forward.

Lyra slowly slipped her hand and hugged Ares.

“ I can't promise something like this never happens again. There are so many dangers around me. I'm just trying to keep coming back to you ” Ares said as he slowly kissed Lyra's head.

“ Very scary to imagine something worse happening than this ” reply Lyra.

“ I hope you don't cry and hang on a little more. If it happens again ” said Ares.

“ I beg you not to say that, how do I face everything if you leave. I beg ” lyra cannot accept if the man says he has to prepare for the worst possible and that sounds like a farewell.

“ I don't know we can't guess what will happen in the future ” replied Ares.

“ Well it doesn't matter if you come back with a small wound or covered in blood even once. But never leave me. Don't ever come back to me. How about Adhisti, me and.our children ” said Lyra.

Lyra hugged Ares tightly not wanting to lose the man.

“ I feel so bad should make you experience all this. ” Ares returned Lyra's embrace and lowered her face slightly peeking at Lyra's forehead.

“ Master is indeed very evil. So do a little good don't leave me ” Lyra's guman slowly staring at Ares' sharp bead.

Ares could say nothing more, he could only hug Lyra tightly.
