Kidney match test results from Candra and Hugo are out. As expected, they can both be donors for their children. Kaina is grateful that Kama and Kalila will soon be able to heal and no longer feel pain.

“We started to do an overall check of the health status of the two of you,” explained the Doctor.

“Good, Doc,” replied Candra. Hugo also moved from there.

“Kai, congratulations. Finally your wait is paying off,” said Doctor Tini.

“Alhamdulillah, God grant the prayers of me, Mother and also Adit.”

“You have to be patient a little more until the results of the examination are complete and we see if they are both qualified medically to be a donor.”

Instantly, Kaina's face immediately turned sad. Thought the surgery would be done soon, in fact he had to wait again. “If one of them does not qualify how, Doc?”

“That means he can't be a donor.”

A long breath came out of Kaina's mouth.

“So, even though his kidneys match my child's, it doesn't mean they can be direct donors.”

“No, Kai, we have to go through all the processes. Kidneys to be donated must meet the standard.”

“That means I again hanged hope.” Kaina lowered her head on the chair she was sitting on.

“Praying.” 

The woman just nodded.

Tini takes Kaina out of the Nephrology doctor's room, back to the twins who already seem better than yesterday.

“Trust me, God will listen to a Mother's prayer.” Tini held onto Kaina's shoulder while watching Kama and Kalila from the glass of the nursery door.

Kaina just smiled knot. If indeed one of the two biological fathers of his son does not qualify as a donor, hopefully it is Hugo so that he does not become separated from the son. However, in his deepest little heart he still hopes that the two men can be donors for his children. However, Kama and Kalila's health is above all else even though she has to sacrifice her life.

“Then I went to the room first,” said Tini.

The day of determination arrives. If Candra and Hugo's health results qualify medically, they can both donate their kidneys. The whole family was gathered at the hospital. There was anxiety and worry but surely there was a huge hope.

The Nephrologist and Doctor Tini met all of them in the meeting room.

“Before I read out the results of the examination, I want to explain something first,” Doctor Andi said. “If the result is qualified medically then Mr. Candra and Mr. Hugo will meet the last requirement of administration. After that we will arrange the operation schedule.I hope you two can prepare well, starting from health and mental.”

Both sides nodded in understanding with the family who came to accompany. While Kaina and Dina are impatient to know the fate of children and grandchildren.

“Good, then I start because it seems like the atmosphere here has been very tense,” said the 50-year-old doctor. “From the evaluation of a series of health tests that we conducted on prospective donors who are also the biological fathers of both donor recipients, it can be stated that Candra Dipta and Hugo Adika meet medical requirements.”

Everyone who was there both breathed a long breath. It indicates that they feel relieved and grateful for the good news. However, unlike Kaina, she feels two things at once, namely, pleasure and sadness. Happy that the child was finally able to perform a kidney transplant, sad because after this he will part with his son.

“I hope Mr. Candra and Mr. Hugo and family can sign the letters included in the administration,” Andi said.

Tini's doctor turned to sit near Kaina. She was like a sister to him. “After this your struggle and the suffering of the twins will end.”

“Why?”

“Sign up, Doc. I'm not sure either, but hopefully what , Doctor, say is true happens.” 

“Alright then me and Doctor Andi will meet the twins. Ensure their condition to be ready to perform operations.”

Kaina and her mother, along with the families of the twins, are still in the meeting room. They will talk about finances.

“I'll help Kaina pay the Hospital bill,” Candra said. Last night he negotiated with his wife and Brigita agreed.

“That's okay, Kai, let's just say it's Mas Candra's responsible turn,” Brigita said. “I am sincere kok.”

“Yes already if it has been your decision. Thank you.”

“Sama-sama. Now that Kalila has also been considered as my daughter, I hope you don't mind.”

“No need, Kai! The saint cut off the words of his son. “Let Mother take half the cost of the hospital. This means you no longer need to spend money this time.”

“Thank you. May I be sincere,” Kaina replied a little taut.

“I'm sincere, anyway this is for my grandson."

Kaina grunted in annoyance. In his heart he cursed the two people sitting in front of him. The child seems to not want to be responsible, but why even force to take custody of his son. The operating schedule is set for another week. It means that Candra and Hugo have started to prepare themselves. Get enough rest and eat healthy food. Same with the twins. Doctor Tini has checked their condition. Looks much better and is definitely ready to receive a transplant.

“Can I take them home and take them for a walk?” ask Kaina.

“Duh, how, yes, Kai, I was afraid before the operation later their condition instead drop,” replied Doctor Tini.
