Episode 16's

Two days before the surgery, the twins and their father were in the hospital. They begin hospitalization for a final medical checkup and other preparations that the doctor feels are necessary.

At exactly seven o'clock in the morning the doctor and the medical team were getting ready to take action. The first turn falls on Candra and her daughter while Hugo and Kama get the second turn. All the families present are praying for the smooth operation as well as the team of doctors.

The drug has been injected into the donor and the recipient. The doctor started his work. Almost five hours Kaina and the Candra family waited in front of the operating room. Finally, the red light at the head of the door appears to be off indicating that the action is completed. Before long several sisters came out pushing Candra's gurney then Kalila. Both are still unconscious from the influence of drugs.

The biological father and son were transferred to intensive care. For a while Kaina was able to breathe a sigh of relief after doctors said the operation went smoothly.

“One more hour we will do the second operation,” Doctor Andi said.

“Good, Doc. I will meet Kama first,” Kaina said.

“Please! We also want to rest before returning to the battlefield,” the nephrologist's chuckle. He tried to comfort Kaina whose face still looked tense.

Ensuring Kalila was safe under the supervision of the nun, Kaina met the son who was playing with his father.

“Aready?” stroking the child's head.

“Bby Brother see Adek first?”

Kaina was a little hesitant. “What, Brother sure? Mommy is afraid later Brother so do not dare to enter the operating room.”

“Abang wants to ensure the condition of sister first, let Brother calm down during operation later.”

“Ya already then. Come!”

Kaina pushes her son's wheelchair. Arriving in the intensive room, they could only see Kalila from behind the glass.

“Adik is still under the influence of drugs. Maybe soon he will realize,” explained the Mother.

“ Anyway later after Brother in operation, Brother want one room with Adik.”

“It's definitely a darling. Come on, let's go back! Sisters must have been waiting for you.”

“Papa phone name, yes.” Suci told his son after the departure of Kaina and Kama.

“Ngapain? No need!” sergeant Hugo.

“At least he knows that you will have a major operation. So, later if anything happens to you he does not get angry Mama.”

“At best he'll be happy if I die.” The man said while staring at the phone screen.

“Hhhuusss, what are you saying. Whether you want to agree or not, Mama will still contact your Papa.”

Hugo stared in dislike at his mother who was contacting someone by the window.

Soon the sisters arrive along with Kaina and Kama. Hugo and his son's turn set for the operating table. The sisters made sure of the last few things after that they were welcome to move into a wheelchair to be pushed into the action room.

After the red light returned and indicated that the operation had begun, Kaina chose to go to the mosque. Performing sunnah prayers then dhikr and pronounce the names of the omnipotent. Only that can be done to expel anxiety and anxiety in the heart. Lastly, he did not forget to raise his hand. Asking for the recovery of his children is also the health of two biological shah who are willing to give their kidneys.

Due to a long process, he chose to read the Quran. That way he can pass the seconds, minutes, and hours that pass. Without feeling the mother called him.

“Sodakaulahhulazim.” Kaina Closes the scriptures and then greets them in the face. Rushed folding his face and immediately ran back to the front of the operating room.

“Happy Kaina, our last operation went smoothly.” Andi's doctor greeted the young mother.

Then she hugged Doctor Tina. “Thank you”

“Sama-sama, Kai, it's our duty. Thank you also for the prayer that you have said so that with his permission we managed to do the action very smoothly,” said Doctor Tina.

Kaina couldn't help but cry haru happily.

“Then we excuse you,” Doctor Andi's permission.

“One more time thank you, Doc,” Dina added.

“Sama-sama, Mom. Now we just have to monitor the healing process of the twins.” Doctor Andi patted softly the hand of Bu Dina who tightly grasped his golden hand.

The departure of Doctor Andi, Dina also shed her harrowing cries in the arms of Doctor Tina. “Mother, don't cry!”

“I don't know what to say with Doctor,” gugu Dina.

“Just bring me lunch every day until the twins recover,” Doctor Tina's joke.

Dina shrank her tears and stretched her arms. “Will I meet.”

“No! I'm just kidding.”

“Serious also not papa.”

Tina smiled broadly. “Ya already, I wait. Then I go to the room first to rest. Same mother Kaina also rest mumpung twins have not woken up.”

“Iya. Again thank you very much, Doc,” Kaina said.

...🍆🍆🍆🍆...

One week after undergoing a kidney transplant, the twins have been allowed to go home. They were asked to rest at home for at least 6 weeks. Avoiding strenuous physical activity or lifting heavy objects before your doctor allows you to. So do their biological fathers.

“Numnya, the new kidney organ will immediately work according to its function. However, sometimes there are also those that take up to several days or several weeks, so patients still need to undergo dialysis until the new kidney works normally,” explained Dr. Andi.

“To suppress the potential rejection of donor kidney organs, I will give immunosuppressant drugs, which are drugs that can suppress the immune system, and, so that the immune system does not attack the donor's kidney organs that can be considered as foreign objects. In addition to immunosuppressant administration, I can also give antibiotics, antiviral, or antifungal drugs to prevent the onset of infection due to a suppressed immune system. To launch the recovery process, patients are required to perform routine control and take drugs that I have prescribed.”

Kaina nodded in understanding. Before bringing his children home he asked the Nephrology Doctor for an explanation first so that he could feel calm and there were no more questions that stuck in the heart related to the condition of the twins.

“Thank you very much for the help of Doctor,” the door.

“You thank me too often.”

“I don't know what to do to get back, Doctor.”

“It's my job, anyway. So, stop.”

“Then I'll see Doctor Tina.”

“Please. I'll schedule the twins for dialysis. Sister will definitely contact you, the phone should be standby, yes.”

“Ready, Doc.”

From the Nephrology Doctor's room, Kaina headed to the Pediatrician's room.It turns out that the one in search was not there he also returned to the nursery of his son.
