His relationship with Fatih was still limited to mutual respect and respect between husband and wife. It's just that the twins' relationship with the family is getting closer and closer.

Every holiday they will always fill with fun and exciting activities for children. Like today, Kama and Kalila were playing water pistols with Fatih and Fatih in the yard. “You from yesterday played too much, Mommy is afraid later even in pain,” worries Kaina.

“When did they last control, Kai?” ask the husband. Given the condition of the twins, Fatih became worried.

“Two months ago, Mas, before entering school.”

“Bring them inside to clean-up and take a break.”

Agreeing with her husband's words, Kaina brings Kama and Kalila into the house.

“Saking cool Father to forget about their health,” said Fadilah.

“Father also forgot his own health,” reply Fatih.

Fadilah laughed widely. “Iya, so that you can run not using a stick.”

“Now how are his legs?”

“It's starting to hurt.” But the old man still smiled broadly. “That's important Mr. happy, Tih. When else can you spend time with a grandson like this.”

Kaina's husband smiled wryly. He feels a little guilty. If the father knew if later he and Kaina would separate, he would automatically also separate from the twins. “Sorry, yes, sir, if I can't make his old age you feel good.”

Patted on the shoulder of the son and then Fadilah said, “With you marrying Kaina and accepting the presence of his children, you feel this is enough. May you stay together.”

“God willing, Sir.”

“Aamiin.”

As his tiredness had diminished, Fatih stood up. “Let me help, sir, we go inside.”

He stretched out his hand to guide the son to the room.

While waiting for dinner on the table, Fatih and Fadilh sow Kama and Kalila to watch their favorite cartoon in the living room. However, there is something a little different about the twins. They looked lethargic and uninspired, but Kama wanted to lie down next to her father, while Kalila chose to meet her mother in the kitchen.

“What's up, baby?” ask Kaina.

“Mau hold,” whine the little girl.

Kaina rushed her daughter to sit on her lap and checked her temperature. “Heat, I think Adek fever. We see Brother, yuk.” Kalila returned to the middle room.

The woman's face immediately looked anxious. “They must be exhausted, Mas, and now fever.”

“I call Doctor Tina first.”

Fatih immediately stood up to take Kalila from his wife so that she could contact the pediatrician.

“Father call the driver to ready the car,” said Fadilah move from there.

“Still, Sir.” Fatih felt guilty for being too obedient to the children's willingness to continue playing.

Before long, Kaina looked down from the second floor in a hurry. “Doctor Tina said we went straight to RS only. He'll be waiting there.”

“OK, have you brought their gear?” ask Fatih.

“Aduh, why I forgot, yes, Mas.”

“You take it first, let me drive them to the car. Coincidentally, you have said the same driver for readyin car.”

After everything was enough, he rushed back down and got into the car. During the journey the twins' body temperature continues to rise. It was realized Kaina when sticking a thermometer in the armpits of her children.

“Quiet, Kai, we'll pause until.” Fatih tried to calm his wife even though he also felt worried.

Kaina who is afraid that something bad will happen to her children cannot sit quietly. He fretted and gasped as he peeked occasionally through the glass slit that was on the IGD door. Because it was too tense he was shocked when the doctor came out from inside.

“They are just a normal fever,” explains Doctor Tina.

“Alhamdulillah.” Relieved, the twin's mother thanked him.

“The kidneys have no problem, Doc?” ask Fadilah.

“It's fine, sir. All under normal circumstances, only they are too exhausted so fever,” added Doctor Tina.

“We are afraid that his kidneys have problems,” Fatih said.

“Cockwise. As long as his diet and activities are regular, Kama and Kalila will be fine. But keep in mind don't let them get tired.”

“How are you going, Doc? They need hospitalization?”

“It looks like it should, yes, sir, so I can monitor their progress 24 hours ahead. If everything is fine until tomorrow they can go home.”

“OK. Thank you then. Sorry if we inconvenience you these nights.”

“Not at all. Kaina and the twins are like family to me. Then I go back to the room later the sisters will move them to the treatment room.” The doctor resigned from there.

“Kai, I take care of administration first,” said Fatih.

“Iya, Mas.”
