“Mother, look, now you have a toy that yesterday you want to buy, but not so because, Mommy does not have money,” exclaimed Kama.

“Iya, Son. Say what papa?” answer Kaina.

“Aalhamdulillah's. Thanks, Papa.”

“Sama-sama,” replied Hugo.

“Me too, now have a palace for Barbie dolls at home,” timpal Kalila.

Candra smiled broadly as she stroked her son's cheek which looked adorable.

“Mother, Mother, Come with us! Play with us here,” invite Kama.

“Yes, come on, Mom, we're all chatting. We do not know Mother yet, sorry if from earlier did not pay attention,” added Candra.

Dina ends up joining in there while Kaina permits out for a while.

The two men introduced themselves to Kaina-grandmother of their son. Replied a friendly smile by Dina.

Initially they had a blockage in the urinary tract and I and the Nephrology Doctor gave them treatment to recover and the kidneys can function normally again. However, all was not as expected. Candra and Hugo simultaneously shook their heads.

“Kaina and her mother and other families have done a kidney match test, apparently none of them can be a donor because there is no one suitable. Finally I asked Kaina to look for you and bring her here. Broadly speaking, Kaina has told a little about the relationship between the three of you and the twins. So, here as doctors Kama and Kalila, I just want to say that they really need a kidney donor from his father.”

“What in this hospital can not give it?” ask Candra.

“What? Why is it so hard for you to donate one kidney to my children?” wonder Kaina.

“Kai, you should understand dong , if this is all a dream for us. Naturally dong if we need time because donating kidneys is a decision-”

“Difficult!” cut Kaina. He took a long breath. “I only ask one kidney from you, what's the difficulty anyway? You don't have to take care of them, you don't have to take care of them, you don't have to think about their medical expenses, that's all I'm asking for. After that you can go back to living life as usual.” Kaina's chest seemed to rise and fall withholding emotions.
