“Sorry, Kai, it looks like the twins can no longer do the process of washing blood. As soon as they have to do a kidney transplant,” explained the Doctor.

The legs that had felt weak now really can no longer stand perfectly. Making Kaina plop down on the floor of the Hospital's ceramics. He felt desperate. Putting both palms together in front of his chest, he looked expectantly at Hugo and Candra with tears on his cheeks. “I beg you to save my son's life, help them, save them. With tears Kaina rubbed her palms and looked up at Hugo. “I beg you not to separate me from them. They are my life, they are my strength. I can't afford to be separated from them.”

“Terden! If you don't want to then don't expect me to donate a kidney.” Not a single bit of Hugo's heart was touched to see Kaina who rested and pleaded with pity on him. After saying, he lifted his legs to go from there. 

Kaina limps after Hugo and hugs the man's one leg. Until he got himself dragged on the floor. As a mother who does not want her child to continue to suffer from enduring the pain, she finally succumbed. “Well, I'll do whatever you want as long as Kama can get a kidney donor.”

A smile of victory rose on Hugo's lips. “Alright, you have to sign the agreement letter tomorrow.”

Sobbing Kaina tried to nod her head even though she was not willing to part with the son. There is no other choice, the recovery of his son is more important than his own feelings. Candra shakes. “I will not separate you from Kalila. Don't worry I'll donate a kidney to Kalila without any requirements.”
