Mother is Not a Night Woman
I'm Not Going to Be able to Forgive Me

Father, mother and Aunt Arum immediately rushed towards the top floor when they heard the sound of Wira's cry. They were also surprised by the scene in front of him, when Via was unconscious in the arms of the Hero.

Mr. Gunawan immediately crouched down in front of Wira, grabbing Via's wrist. "What happened to Via?" it was on the hero.

"I don't know, Dad. He was already lying on the floor when I came."

Mom also looked very panicked when she saw there were blood stains on the clothes on the back of her daughter-in-law. "Via bleeding?" he said with a trembling voice. "Hurry up, take Via to the hospital."

Without waiting any longer, Wira immediately carried Via towards where the car was parked. A driver who was sitting casually at the guard post immediately ran, when he saw Wira coming out of the house with his wife in his arms.

On the way to the hospital, Wira continued to hug Via while trying to wake him up. Every now and then, the man wiped away the tears, as he looked at the face of Via who looked extremely pale.

"Via .. please open your eyes. I'm sorry. It's my fault" he whispered in Via's ear.

While waiting, Wira walked around frantically in front of a Maternal IGD room. Occasionally peek through a glass window to see the situation inside, where Doctor Willy and Evan are doing help on Via. He rubbed his face, breathing out a few times. The wife he found in an unconscious state made him so worried.

The man sat on a chair, but his gaze kept on the glass door. Threshed clockwise on his wrist. It had been almost an hour, but the doctor had not yet left the room. Only a few nurses were seen walking by.

Shortly afterwards, there were the sounds of half-run footsteps. The hero looks at the source of the voice. It seemed that father and mother were heading towards him in a hurry.

"How's Via doing?" ask me to worry.

The woman dropped her body on the chair, wiping away the tears that fell down her face. While Mr. Gunawan was still standing with a cynical look at Wira. He then went to the glass window and observed the situation inside, though his gaze was blocked by a curtain. Only a few doctors and nurses were in sight.

"It's all my fault, ma'am. Via must be stressed and depressed because I feel I do not consider its existence important," said Wira regretfully.

"Now is not the time to blame yourself. It's all happened" said the middle-aged woman. "What matters now is the safety of Via and your son."

"I won't be able to forgive myself if anything happens to her."

Mom patted his son's shoulder. "Pray. May Via and the fetus in the womb be safe."

Shortly after, Doctor Willy came out of the room. Wira and also his mother's father immediately approached the doctor.

"How's my son-in-law doing?" ask Mr. Gunawan.

Doctor Willy stared at the three people in front of him in turn. The look of his face that looks serious makes Wira look anxious.

"He had a slight bleeding. But thankfully, the fetus in its womb can still be maintained. I hope the bleeding stops soon. We will continue to monitor him" explained the doctor.

Although feeling a little calmer to hear the doctor's explanation, but still the condition of Via does not necessarily make Wira breathe a sigh of relief. He still has a big feeling of guilt.

"Thank you, Wil .." said Wira.

The doctor smiled kindly, "After this your wife will be transferred to the treatment room." Willy patted his best friend's shoulder. "Well, I'll excuse you for a second."

The hero replied with a nod, accompanied by a faint smile. After the departure of Doctor Willy, he looked back inside, where several doctors and nurses were still seen discussing.

It appears that the curtain that had been opened by a nurse, so that Wira could see his wife who was still lying weak, but in a state of consciousness. The medics seemed to be preparing to move him to the treatment room.

He took a deep breath, trying to hold back his feelings, when he found Evan sitting on a chair, on the side of Via's bed.

The handsome young man with his friendly smile seemed to be explaining something to Via, I don't know what. The hero who was behind the window glass could only guess by himself with his mind. And of course with a flat face without expression. Moreover, when Evan brought his ears closer to the lips of Via, who was like whispering something.

The hand of the hero has been clenched. However, he is still trying to brush off his jealousy and put his health first.

I know he's just doing his job as a health care worker. But why do I feel unacceptable?
