"What's this?"

The question of someone walking towards him made them turn their head. A middle-aged woman who was none other than Anelis was now standing between them with an expression that was hard to guess.

"You still dare to come to our house, Belle?" anelis asked softly, but it sounded painful.

"For I am my mother's daughter-in-law, and my mother-in-law. So what's wrong with me coming here, ma? Besides, I came here for my husband" Belle replied with a smile.

"You're still claiming Jef is your sum, but does Jef still admit that you're his wife? After the betrayal you made with a guy in the name of a professional job?" exclaimed Anelis, tension began to build around them.

Belle smiled at Anelis. "Why does my mom not like how I do it? That's not a betrayal! That betrayal was a crazy choice that was given to me and Jef. Divorced or Jef remarried? Is there no betrayal between the two?"

"Enough, Belle! Lower your tone! You're talking to my mama, you should be more polite and respectful!" sergeant Jef stopped the debate between the two.

"Why did you corner me, Jef? I'm just telling you the truth and you should have defended me! I'm your wife, Jef! I'm your wife!" belle shouted half.

"And for you, ma. Why do you blame me, as if I was wrong. It's as if I betrayed this marriage. Those who betrayed me were you. You all!" Belle pointed at the three people standing before her.

"You're wrong, Mirabelle!" anelis exclaimed with both eyes burning red. "Your craziness of popularity forced us to give you a choice. Actually we didn't force you or Jef to choose between those options. All that we did was make you aware, especially you, Belle! If your busyness makes us not know how long to wait for the presence of a grandson. But unfortunately, instead of you being slapped with that choice, you're the one who's crazy for choosing between them. It means that you are truly selfish and attach more importance to your career and popularity!"

Everyone was silent to what the middle-aged woman had just said, including Kimmy.

Seeing his mother who was not okay because she had just evaporated emotions, Jef immediately grabbed the woman and brought her into the house.

Now there's only Kimmy and Belle there. The girl was about to leave but was immediately stopped by Belle by pulling her wrist.

"Where are you going, you? Satisfied to have ruined my life like this, huh?"

"You destroyed it yourself, Belle. So stop blaming others for what happened to you!" kimmy then left the woman alone there.

Again Belle ruffled her hair in frustration and shouted to vent her frustration. He didn't think it would all be like this. He thought Kimmy was going to be ruined in his game, but it turned out that he was on fire.

A security man approached Belle and stood beside the woman.

"Just calm down, madam. No need to worry! Every problem has a way out. I'll lead the madam to the exit" said security, receiving a sharp glare from Belle. "And that's the way out, madam."

The security pointed towards the gate which was the exit from the courtyard of the house. Of course, this was welcomed by Belle's anger. He thought security cared about him, but it turned out to be a subtle pushback.

Before getting a blow from a Mirabelle, the security covered leaving in giggles.

"Haaaarrghhh.." cried Belle angrily.

No one cares about him in this world. Even her own husband.
