My Baby'S Daddy

My Baby'S Daddy
The Rounded Abdomen of Alina

Alina hesitated to open the door. However, the more he quieted down, the faster the beat sounded. Slowly Alina moved her feet towards the door even though her heart was really anxious at the time.

"Who?" alina asked as she swallowed her saliva with great difficulty.

"Ehm, Alina .. It's me, Erlan."

Alina was a little relieved after finding out that the man at the door was the man who drove her home last night. However, Alina was also confused, actually what Erlan would want to visit her house this early.

"Just a second!" Alina rushed to grab the doorknob then opened it.

Sure enough, the handsome man with the gray bead seeds was standing before him with a warm smile. Alina stroked his nape while allowing the man to enter her modest home.

"Please come in, Mr. Erlan. Sorry, the house is a mess."

"It's okay, Alina. It is precisely I who should apologize to you for interrupting your activities this early in the morning." Erlan stepped in and followed Alina leading her to an old wooden chair, but it was still sturdy to sit on.

Alina smiled and invited Erlan to sit in the chair. "Please sit down, sir," said Alina timidly because the condition of her house is not as good and worthy of others.

"Thank you, Alina. Oh yeah, actually I'm here to buy your homemade nasi uduk. I was afraid of running out like yesterday, so today I came early so as not to run out" Erlan said, sitting her body in the wooden chair.

Alina laughed softly at the man's words. "God, Master. A drop, yeah." Alina rushed to the kitchen and prepared a plate of rice for Erlan. Do not forget a glass of warm sweet tea as a drink.

After finishing preparing it, Alina immediately brought it before Erlan while smiling warmly.

Erlan noticed Alina who looked so beautiful today. Especially coupled with a smile that always adorns her beautiful face. The more perfect that girl is for Erlan.

However, there was something that made Erlan's eyes slightly disturbed when he saw the girl's appearance. Her stomach was bulging and for her tiny size, Alina's stomach looked bigger than it should be.

Erlan furrowed her brows while continuing to pay attention to the girl. He thought it was impossible for an Alina to have intestinal worms or poor nutrition. However, that stomach actually made his eyes bother when he saw it.

Question after question continued to appear in the man's head. "Why did I not realize yesterday that his stomach was that big? Was it because of the influence of the clothes he was wearing? But, yesterday I really didn't notice it," Inner Erlan.

Yes, because when Erlan first met Alina, the girl wore a used negligee clothes belonging to her late mother whose size was looser so that her stomach was not clearly visible.

"Yes, God. Are my dreams true that Alina is pregnant right now? And if that's true, then the baby is mine" Erlan's inner self again.

"This is the rice, sir." Alina smiled again as she placed a plate of rice sitting with a glass of warm tea made on the table, right in front of Erlan.

Erlan who was still fighting with a million questions in her head could only smile wryly looking at Alina. So much guilt overwhelmed the man's heart.

"Oh my God, did Alina know what happened that night? But ... If Alina knew, she might have held me accountable. Or .. yes, God! I'm confused, I don't know how to ask him so he doesn't take offense and get mad at me."

Erlan grabbed the plate handed by Alina with trembling hands. He tried his first bribe while continuing to look at Alina who was still smiling at him.

Erlan's first bribe slid down her throat and somehow the anxiety and fear felt by Erlan suddenly disappeared. Finally he could smile as warmly as before to the girl.

"Your rice is delicious, Alina. I don't know why I feel opium about your rice. I'm afraid, if I go back to my city then I won't be able to enjoy your rice sitting anymore" Erlan said.

Alina laughed softly. The laughter that made Erlan so enchanted. If Erlan could buy that laugh, he would pay dearly so that he could see that crisp swamp every day.

"Good God, Mr. Erlan. Later if you have returned to your city, then I will pack my rice every day. But ... the rice is stale when it comes to your hands," Alina said in between her laughter.

Erlan smiled. "You're right."

Erlan was back to enjoy the rice sitting while occasionally glancing at Alina who was still sitting right in front of him. The girl did not reply to Erlan's glance because Alina was busy thinking about her grocery list today.

Suddenly the door of Alina's house was knocked hard by someone from outside. Instantly, Alina's body became cold hot. He was convinced that the person knocking on his door was one of his neighbors.

"Alina, open the door!" There was the cry of Mothers whom Alina knew very well. The voice of one of the julid's neighbors who often insinuated him harshly.

"Sir, wait here for a moment! I want to go out first, I think I have a guest. Just enjoy the food and don't hesitate." Alina smiled warmly and tried to hide her worries from Erlan.

"Alright," said Erlan who did not suspect anything at all.
