Chapter 12: Forgetting
"Please.it's your turn, Miss Emma, now" Carlos said.
"Oh.., why forget everything. My brain suddenly blanked, "Emma's mind rubbed her non-itchy nose.
"Miss Emma please," said Carlos once again when Emma was just silent.
"I.iya, well I'll__" said Emma cut off when Javier's hand interrupts her.
"Continue to the other Division alone," said Javier coldly made all the employees surprised and cold hot in the room, they believe after this Emma might be fired.
"I don't like it when people are out of focus every time they have a meeting" Javier said. Emma looked down, all eyes on her. Some of them stared at me. The head of the production division then stood up to lay out the planning in the field of production. Emma sat back in her chair. He would be fired after this.
The meeting was over, all the employees started to come out of the meeting room. Emma then tidied up her notes and put them in her bag.
"It's only been two days of work, but it's been fired. Emma..Emma.sthat's so sorry you are, "inner Emma.
"Miss Emma, after lunch came to my room." said Javier before leaving the meeting room.
"All right.you're gonna get fired by Emma, '" Emma murmured.
"Are you okay?" ask Carlos to come to Emma.
"Oh that was me__"
"Other times the concentration. The boss had a little problem too. Take it easy, I'm sure you won't be fired by the boss" Carlos told Emma.
"Do you want to have lunch in the cafeteria?" ask Carlos.
"Umm.no sir, I brought stock. I'll just eat in my room" Emma said.
"Then you take your supplies to the cafeteria, how about it?" Carlos.
"Alright then" Emma replied. The two then walked to the company cafeteria.
After lunch, Emma and Carlos return to the office.
"I went to Mr. Javier's room first then," Emma was replied with a nod by Carlos.
Emma knocks on Javier's door but there is no intrusion from inside. Three times he knocked on the door and there was no reply.
"What Javier sir hasn't been in his room yet huh" Emma murmured.
"Yes, I'll be there in 10 minutes" he said, but a baritone from behind stopped his steps.
"Where are you going?" javier. Emma turned around and was aghast to see her boss behind her walking towards her.
"Eh. That is, I wanted to see Mr. Javier ta___" Javier walked into his room ignoring Emma. Javier sat in his chair staring at Emma who was standing rigidly in front of the door.
Emma was shocked to see her boss's room was in such a mess. He had no idea what had happened in his superior's room.
"Why you stand there, you can block the person who will enter my room" said Javier makes Emma confused about what to do. Emma closes the door and walks over to Javier's desk.
"Sit.." Javier ordered. Emma sat in the chair carefully. He could not yet understand the attitude of his superiors.
Javier stared at the stiff and scared face of Emma sitting in front of him. He knew that she was uncomfortable when he looked at her.
"Are you the new division head?" ask Javier.
"I.iya Sir," replied Emma.
"I will not hesitate to remove and even fire my employees who are not professional at work" said Javier firmly.
"I'm sorry sir, actually I was just a little nervous just now to forget my material Sir," said Emma.
