Chapter 56: Looks like Javier likes you?
Helena and Emma look familiar, they share stories. Meanwhile, Javier's three children are playing around with Clavio's son Nicholas and Helena. The 2-year-old was very quick to get along with Javier's children.
"It looks like Javier likes you" Helena said, making Emma misbehaved.
"What's? it's impossible" said Emma nervously. If Javier really likes her Emma would be happy. It seemed like he also had a taste in that superior.
"I can see it from the way she looks at you, Emma" Helena said.
"If my words are true, don't forget to invite me to your wedding" Helena teased Emma.
"Isss.what the hell na," said Emma poking Helena's arm in shame. Helena laughed and saw Emma's funny face.
After the game is over, Emma sees Javier being in a group of female employees of Nicholas. They can't possibly tempt Nicholas because they know they're married. Some of them invited Javier to take pictures.
"Based on mode, she must be happy to be surrounded by those sexy women," Emma's inner annoyance.
"Aishh, why am I so upset like this, it doesn't matter" his mind again took his eyes off Javier.
From a distance, Javier can see Emma's face. The man smiled.
"Ah sorry, looks like I have to go. You see that," Javier said pointing at Emma. The women then followed Javier's hand.
"My wife was jealous" Javier told a lie that shocked the women. They think Javier's still alone. Their faces looked disappointed. Javier then left the women. Actually since then he wanted to quickly get away from the women. Not one of them interested Javier.
"Jav, we'll say goodbye. Looks like my wife is hungry. Would you like to join us for lunch?" ask Nicholas.
"We're going to catch up with Nic. You guys have lunch first" Javier said. Nicholas took his wife and son away.
"Bye Clavio" said Javier's three children at the same time and kissed the tiny baby's cheeks.
"I'm really thirsty" Javier said, taking the drink in Emma's hand and gulping it down the toilet. Emma shook her head to see Javier, but the man had his own drink. Why should his former drink that Javier drank.
"Let's find a place to eat, you must be hungry," asked Javier to put his shirt and hat back on. He also forgot to wear his sunglasses.
They then moved from the beach looking for a restaurant. While on the road Javier saw the body figure of a woman from a distance. Somehow Javier like to know the woman just by looking at her back.
"Caroline..," muttered Javier accidentally seeing the woman's face turning.
"Carol.." call Javier strong after the woman. Emma and the kids who suddenly see Javier go off wondering.
"Why daddy runs, daddy wants to do it" asked Zio.
"Em.mommy doesn't know baby. Maybe your daddy's looking at something or maybe his friend" Emma says. Actually, he heard Javier say the name Caroline at a glance. He also still wondered if the Caroline in question was his late wife or someone else. But it could be Caroline Javier's wife. Ah no way. Wasn't his wife dead.No, he shouldn't have strange thoughts. But what if it was Caroline Javier's wife who might still be alive. That's what's going through Emma's mind right now.
