Chapter 96: The Child of Attention
"Okay, baby, we'll take it. Choose one more pair but the color is different, yes" said Emma. Leon immediately cheered happily.
"Mom.this one is beautiful. Baby would have liked my choice" said Lucio, running to Emma with a pair of white shoes.
"Your choice is good, baby. But it's a little big. Choose a smaller one yes," said Emma rubbing Lucio's face. The boy ran to the place where he took his shoes. One of the shop clerks accompanied Lucio.
"Honey, the stroller I like this one," said Javier. Emma then nodded. He then chose several deaper bags to wear while traveling.
After they finished choosing their belongings, they headed to the cashier to pay for it. Most of the things they bought were not Emma's choice, but the choice of her three children and her husband. Emma was even astonished because of the large number of items they bought and the exorbitant price. The price of the goods she chose was very much different from the choice of her husband and children. Javier gives the home address so that all the items they buy are delivered to their home.
Javier takes Emma to one of the jewelry stores.
"Jav, why are we here?" emma asked confusedly. They just want to buy baby equipment.
"Of course, let's go in. I'd like to buy you some jewelry" Javier said.
"Jeez Jav...You just gave me a necklace last week, and now you want to buy it again? I don't think that's necessary. My jewelry at home I rarely wear" Emma refused.
"Honey come on. I'm happy to do it" said Javier.
"No Jav, I still have a lot of jewelry at home. We better buy another one" said Emma taking her three sons away from the store.
"My wife is weird. Usually people are happy when given jewelry or luxury items. But he was different on his own" muttered Javier headily following his wife and children from behind.
"Mom, we're buying a new toy. It's been 3 months that we don't have any new toys" Leon said.
"Two mom, please," said Zio showed 2 fingers.
"Okay, this time mommy is allowed," said Emma, the three children cheered happily entering the store that sold various games.
After shopping for baby supplies, they went home.
"Huffa.." Emma threw out her breath sitting leaning on the sofa and raised both her legs to the sofa.
"Is mommy exhausted?" asked Zio sitting on the sofa.
"Little darling. Mommy's feet ache. Maybe because it was too long to walk in the mall earlier," said Emma. The three boys immediately massaged Emma's legs.
"Eh, no need son. You guys just rest. You must be tired too" said Emma.
"No mom, we want to massage mommy's feet. We are not tired" said Leon.
"Yes mom, we are strong. Mommy must be easily exhausted from carrying a baby as well" said Lucio. Eventually Emma let her three sons massage her legs. This is what he likes about them. Her three children were so attentive to her.
"Honey, this is you drink first" said Javier brought a glass of water to Emma.
"Thank you Jav" said Emma, sipping her drink.
