When Akila returned home, the atmosphere was suffocating and gloomy. It was like a sign of a storm.
This kind of situation only happened when Sean was furious.
Akila's hand gripped the cat's cage. His hands are cold and damp. He has a bad feeling that Sean's anger has something to do with him.
They were still fine last night - what exactly went wrong?
Akila hesitated for a moment when she reached the bedroom door. He then reached out and pushed her open. A chill that pierced through his bones welcomed him, as well as an invisible sense of oppression.
The thick curtains had completely blocked out the sunlight from outside the window, soaking the room in the pitch-black darkness.
A tall and slender man stood there in the black suit he always wore. His entire body exuded a sense of cruelty and darkness - the man was like a wild beast secluding himself at night watching his prey and waiting for the right time to attack.
Akila was unable to endure her increasingly rapid heartbeat. After all, he had guessed correctly - his anger did have something to do with him.
Did Sean find out about his accidental encounter with Dion? Or did someone tell him about it?
Akila forcefully suppressed the fear in her heart, stepped onto the sofa, and put down her various shopping bags.
Akila had just stood up again as she felt enveloped by Sean's unique aura. He could clearly feel the man's muscular chest on his back. It felt so different that his back involuntarily stiffened.
In the bedroom, the atmosphere is very heavy and makes it difficult to breathe. The temperature seems to fluctuate between the smoldering heat and the freezing cold.
Sean pressed himself down and at the same time, grabbed the girl's skinny hand with his big hand. When the man's fingers touched his palm, it became wet and damp by sweat.
Closing her lips to Akila's ears, she said coldly, "Feel guilty?"
Her wet palms were caused by fear, not guilt.
Akila hurriedly shook his head. "I don't feel guilty. I went out to buy a cat, and then I accidentally met Dion. We're..."
Before he could finish his sentence, a low voice and within the man cut him off.
"To see it, you're willing to do something disgusting like kiss me. Is that true?" The man's lips curled mockingly.
For Her?

Akila.
Disgustful?
He obviously didn't think it was disgusting when he kissed the man.
Akila suddenly remembers one incident from his past life when Sean was domineering and bossy.
In a fit of rage, he must have told Sean something like that...
"In this case, you have to prepare yourself for the rest of your life." The coldness of Sean's voice could pierce through his bones. The man spoke right in his ear, his eyes darkened deep and filled with a bloodthirsty possessive nature.
Akila turned around, looked at the man in front of her, on her tiptoes, and kissed him.
Sean's back stiffened but he kept looking at him coldly.
Akila answered softly,
"I don't feel disgusted, really."
It does. He was not at all disgusted. Instead, it felt quite pleasant to kiss her.
Sean's eyes were calm and steady as he watched Akila in silence.
Sean pinched his chin with his slender finger, lifting it up. He exuded a dangerous aura as he asked her, "Do you believe your own words?"
Akila.
Sean reached out and pulled his tie impatiently.
Akila stood there motionlessly, watching him, refusing to believe his words. His expression seemed very calm, but mentally, he was confused and very scared.
Those incidents in the past had left a shadow in his heart.
With the experience from her previous life, Akila understood that the man standing in front of her was currently enveloped by a burning rage. Trying to explain himself will only make things worse.
Just as Akila was deep in thought, the man's breath hit her. His deep, dark eyes were filled with anger, and his lips curved in mockery.
"Darling, are you willing to do anything for her?"
Akila wanted to deny that, but she could not voice her words.
The door suddenly opened, the voice of a boy sounded too fast. "Sean, Doctor Rendi is there....."
The voice stopped suddenly.
Sean and Akila stiffened and looked at the door at the same time.
The young man standing in front of the door had a slender figure. At the age of seventeen, his clean and handsome face still looked childish.
The young man stared wide-eyed at the two individuals in the bedroom.
Sean was the first to react. He stood up, grabbed the suit beside him, and walked to the door. Since he was half a head taller than Vino, he very easily grabbed the back of Vino's collar with one hand and pulled it out before closing the door behind them.
“Sean, why are you still with the same woman? What's so good about him?" Vino doesn't like Akila. She thinks her brother is so blind — why does the woman fall in love with a bastard man instead of her older brother?
Vino had just said those words when Sean's gaze turned icy cold.
"She is my wife and also your sister-in-law. If I hear you say something like that again, I'll force you to go abroad."
Vino's backwards. “After all, I am your brother. You're too cruel. Keep protecting him as you see fit,” he said.
Sean buttoned his suit with his slender fingers. The answer comes naturally. “She's my wife. Of course, I have to protect her."
Moments later, at the Aerospace House.
“Didn't you have been warned not to do strenuous exercise? Do you want to be disabled?”
Stretching from the shoulder blade to the spine is a wound about 15 centimeters long. It was so deep that his bones and flesh could be seen. The area that was originally healed is bleeding again due to tearing.
Dr. Rendy's heart ached as she stared at his wound.
Sean did not speak. It was as if this wound was not on his body.
Dr.Rendy glanced at Sean. “Hey, look at you. Everything has reached this stage. Are you satisfied?”
Sean was speechless, as he did nothing.
Seeing that wound made his heart ache for his elder brother as well. It's all because of Akila, the bad woman. If it wasn't for him, why would his brother have fended off a knife attack and almost lost his life?
The most important thing was that the evil woman did not know about this matter.
Vino thinks that Sean listened to whatever Grandma said. If Grandma asked him to get a divorce, he was sure Sean would agree.
