CHAPTER 23 | Law Firm

The sound of a pasrkir car was heard from inside Meli's house that morning when Meli and Raka were having breakfast, but Meli just saw it without welcoming her husband's arrival, she said, while Raka was just silent because he was used to Reno who often went home late at night and even in the morning.

“Dearly morning, Raka” Sapa Reno while carrying a suit and bag in her hand.

Meli wiped it and sat on the other side to have it cleaned by the coffee shop keeper.

“Thanks for helping me. I am Laura” While giving her hands acquainted.

That afternoon they talked coolly about whatever they could talk about. The atmosphere between them is not awkward in the slightest, like finding a new friend it feels.

“Oh yes, where do you work?” Ask Meli

“Can we talk casually? Looks like we're the same age” Tanya Laura

Meli nodded in agreement

“I work at the law firm Partners and Friend Law Firm as a lawyer, just transferred here” replied Laura

Meli was surprised, the interlocutor was a lawyer, someone who needed all this time. Meli smile. His heart says he wants to end things with Laura's help.

“If I counselling can be okay?” Ask Meli while laughing.

“of course you can, this is my business card, if there is anything contact me first, I will make a schedule for us to meet” said Laura.

Meli came and went straight into Laura's room that morning after driving Raka to school.

Meli went in and sat down, while Laura prepared a cup of coffee and some snacks for Meli that morning.
