CHAPTER 34 | Follow Only Your Heart Words

The atmosphere was quite quiet when dinner occurred at home at this time, I tried to find an atmosphere like Sam always did to me, but it seems I failed. I'm not Sam who can make other people laugh with just the little jokes I throw.

I held Sam's hand next to mine and smiled at him, I guessed that this time it would still be with the same problem. Bela and Mr. Satrio.

“You want a story now or later?” Ask directly.

Sam smiled and looked at me and continued eating.

“Looks like I could never hide the problems I faced from you Rein, you always realize it.” Answer Sam.

We continued our dinner which was quite quiet that night. We heard Ken's car coming into the garage. Starting Ken's work at the factory, Ken's home hours were a little slower. Almost every day Ken always comes home at seven o'clock in the night and sometimes more tonight than this. The work at the factory really took up Ken's time.

“ Haii.. Night everything.” Says Ken with his cheerfulness.

“Ken, already home. Let's eat first” I said.

Ken washed his hands and sat down at the dinner table next to Mira and began to pick up the dishes and began to eat.

“At last I had dinner too... I'm so hungry, Rein.” Exclaim Ken and eat with gourmand.

Mira who saw Ken's attitude her uncle just chuckled, Ken just smiled at Mira and pinched the tiny little nose of Mira.

Ken realized something at the dinner table, and that night Ken also felt that dinner this time was very quiet. Ken looked at me and pointed his head at Sam's brother like I was coding for what's going on with Sam right now. I just told him to shut up by shaking my head. Ken understood and nodded then continued the dinner in a quiet atmosphere.

Dinner this time was over, Sam went into his room and walked like an helpless person, while Ken accompanied Mira to play for a while before Mira went to bed at nine.

Ken feels his body still has more energy to play with his nephew and grant Mira's wish.

They play in front of a lighted tv. Ken accompanied Mira to play long enough and I could clean the dining table and clean the kitchen as well as dirty dishes.

The laughing sound of Mira and Ken was heard all the way to the kitchen, I really feel helped thanks to Ken in this house, I can't imagine Ken leaving this house to marry Laura one day. Surely this house will return to the state where Ken has not come to this house. Ken really became a friend and someone who could make Mira laugh like this.

Time went on and it didn't feel like it was nine o'clock at night. I rubbed my wet hands with the towel I hung next to the fridge and invited Mira to sleep so Ken could also rest tonight.

“Mira.. Come to sleep dear.” Call me while walking from the kitchen

As I walked to the front of the tv, I was very surprised by what I was seeing right now. Ken was in a position to avoid Mira's request and her nephew's behavior. Ken's hair is tied with so much colorful Mira rubber and Ken's face is filled with powder that Mira used to use after bathing. I laughed seeing this. Ken can't do what the ranking unfortunately did to Mira.

“Yaa Lord.. Mira what did you do to your nak?” I asked while closing my mouth in surprise

“Have you done with your dishes?” Ask Ken with a forced smile.

Mira and Ken stopped laughing and the house felt very quiet. I thought they were asleep but it turned out that Mira made Ken like his doll with all the colorful rubber and powder in Ken's hair and face.

“Mira, let's sleep, pity om Ken. Om Ken is quite tired today dear.” Take me while taking care of Mira's scattered toys.

Mira laughed and hugged Ken and helped me clean up the toys scattered where.

“Om thank you for accompanying Mira to play tonight.” Mira exclaimed with a very funny smile on her face.

Ken just smiles and can not be upset with Mia's behavior to him, because Mira is his first niece and Ken really loves Mira like his own son.

“Ken, thank you so much for today.” Excited with a face a little guilty.

I took Mira to her room and put her to bed, and Ken went into her room to rest tonight. I made Mira milk and read a fairy tale because Mira really likes fairy tales before going to bed.

I saw Mira who had fallen asleep, I closed the book and turned off Mira's room light and left her. I went into the room and I found Sam still not asleep and was sitting on the bed like he was contemplating something. I approached her and sat next to her that night hugging her and stroking her hair.

“What's with today Sam?” While rubbing his back wide enough.

“It's okay Rein, I just need space to think clearly” Sam replied to me.

I understood and kissed Sam's forehead to make him believe me and could at any time lean on me because I was his wife.

“When you want to tell me, wake me up.” I said and went straight to sleep.

I let Sam do what he wanted, Sam wanted to do it himself so I gave him space to think for a moment and clear his mind even though I'm not sure what's going on with Sam right now.

My alarm went off at four in the morning, I woke up and I saw Sam still sleeping very fast. Before leaving the room I prepared a set of clothes for Sam to wear to the office this morning, then went straight to the kitchen to cook and also prepared provisions for Sam and Ken.

At half-six in the morning I started to prepare myself, take a shower and clean myself up before breakfast together.

I went back to the kitchen to arrange the food at the dinner table at six in the morning before Sam and Ken got up for breakfast.

The sound of an open door was heard and Sam walked out of the room with a slightly disheveled face.

“Morning Sam's.. How's your break?” I asked while arranging pirig on the table.

Sam answered my question with just a smile on his face, which made me know that even this morning Sam was not okay. I just sighed and went back to arranging the food as well as the dishes on the dining table.

Sam suddenly hugged me from behind and kissed my cheek from the side with a smile and rubbed his face on my back.

“I miss you so much Rein.. I don’t know what I have to do.” Exclaimed Sam as he continued to hug me from behind.

I turned my body and held his face with both hands and Sam's hands were coiled around my waist.

“It’s ok Sam. Follow your heart, if you are a wise man in making decisions, do not let others influence you. Go be yourself and be a wise leader” My heart confirms Sam.

Sam smiled and hugged me. I feel like Sam is starting to come back like the usual Sam and I hope Sam can do his best.

“I’m so lucky to have you Rein. I love you” Excited Sam

“I know” Answer.

Sam looked at me and gently kissed my lips with a smile, without me realizing Ken was already in front of me and looked at the two of us with a surprised look at seeing us kissing.

“ You two really have to do it here?” Ask Ken for wonder

“Who told you to get up so early?” Sam teased his sister.

“Then like this continue Mira will get new sister” Ken said literate.
