CHAPTER 57 | Trying to Believe and Step

Ken returns to Sam's house to start cleaning up all his belongings and returns to his parents' house for three months. Although it is quite heavy for him to leave this house and also his lover but this he must do for his future with Laura later. Ken saw Mira playing and found her and hugged her tightly, he loved Mira so much that he was reluctant to part with his beloved nephew considering next week he was no longer in this house and could no longer play with Mira.

“Mira ... Om Ken misses Mira a lot.” Ken said while hugging Mira who was playing.

I looked at Ken and smiled. I feel like I can feel what Ken feels like, Ken hasn't even been here a year but he's been very close to Mira and loves her very much, no wonder he felt so heavy when he had to part with Mira in the next few months.

“Ken ... Already home?” My greeting

We were silent for a moment before we restarted our conversation. I know the reason why Ken had to work for three months with his father who was very different from him but I couldn't tell him even if I wanted to. “So, can I take Mira home from work? I want to buy Mira a lot of toys and whatever she wants before I have to go back home.” Ask Ken to ask my permission.

“Please Ken. Brother knows this is very hard for you but trust me everything will be good when you do it with a sincere heart. The road is not always smooth Ken but if you do it with all your heart then happiness will wait for you at the end of the road”.

“Iya brother. Thanks” Answer.

Ken went into his room and began to improve and clean up all his belongings because he did not have time to improve considering his work is quite a lot in the factory. In a quiet house Sam came and hugged his son while kissing and carrying him as usual when he came, nothing changed until Sam asked Ken to me.

“He's home?” Ask Sam

“There's room. Talk to him Sam, I think he is very messed up at this time” I replied while taking Mira from Sam's embrace

I gave the brothers space to have some time together for now, I took care of Mira and let them both talk. Sam called his sister to sit down for a while in the living room area along with a cup of tea and also some snacks and fruit that I had prepared to accompany their conversation which might take quite some time longtime.

I saw that Ken was still silent and sculpting even though he and Sam were there, with a blank and sad look Ken took a deep breath before starting his conversation first.

“If I hadn't done that with Laura maybe I wouldn't have had to do all this kak.” Said Ken by folding his fingers

“If I hadn't done anything stupid maybe I wouldn't have stayed away from you, Brother Rein and Mira.” Added.

Sam smiled looking at his extremely desperate sister at this moment and patted her on the shoulder. Sometimes he felt sorry for his sister because all the things he did alone always failed and did not work.

“All decisions must have their own risk Ken, whether your decision is right or wrong. But one thing is certain that in the end you will find a bright light when you do it really” Advice Sam

“I'm not ready, brother. I wasn't ready for any of this, I realized I'd never started anything with my own hands. I'm still too childish and I've been hiding behind your back all this time. I'm not ready, brother.” Rintih Ken's

“It looks like papa is a little outrageous to Ken, he still just led a factory but papa instead entrusts him a subsidiary to he develop”

“This time learn to be responsible with yourself Ken, you can no longer help you as before. But trust me the support of brother will always be with you.” Said Sam.

“You've already told Laura this problem?” Ask Sam

Ken just shook his head while looking down while randomly shuffling his hair. He is not sure to tell Laura given the purpose of Laura applying at the law firm that is currently because of her and currently she must return to her parents to lead a subsidiary that means Ken back to the beginning.

“Sam, do you think I can do it? Am I finally able to finish everything?” Ask Ken to doubt.

“Calm down Ken, you can definitely do it. Do everything your own way and don't try to be like other people. Be yourself and finish it your way.” Sam patted Ken on the back.

Sam stands up and leaves Ken in the living room alone as the day is late. Sam came into the room and saw me asleep and hugged me from behind and woke me up.

“You wake up?” Said Sam gently while kissing my head

I saw a wall clock that showed eleven o'clock in the evening, apparently Sam and Ken had been talking since eight o'clock in the evening. I improved my body facing Sam and stroked his face.

“How is it?” My toot.

“As you said, Ken was a little messy when I asked him to speak.” Answer

“Then?”

“I've done everything I could as a sister. The rest is up to him because this is his life. However I am sure that Ken will succeed dear.” Sam answered by closing the matanay and hugging me.

I gently stroked her face and hair seeing how tired my husband who had fallen asleep after talking to me while hugging him and kissing her forehead.

“Rest baby.” My speech

It was late but Ken was still awake in the family room with the same position as before. He folded his fingers and propped up his chin while pondering, things were getting messy for him and he was not sure that Laura would be okay when he heard this news.

“It seems I have no other choice, I hope Laura understands that for her sake I should focus on this job and leave it here.” Say it in the heart.
