CHAPTER 59

It had been 5 days since the incident Lily kept hiding herself inside the room that was not worth mentioning. Since then Lily had a fever and no one was looking for her, only for Rina to deliver a plate of her food under the door. Lily's condition is now very weak and the heat in her body has not gone down.

With trembling lips and extremely weak Lily said, "Mother... Dad. help Lily"

Lily's door is knocked on someone.

"Who? Come inside!" Lily said weakly.

"Lilly!!!" aray shouted in a panic as he opened the door he had found Lily lying weakly helpless.

Aray panicked when he touched Lily's forehead which felt very hot.

"A. a. ray.. Help me!" lily said weakly and then fainted in Aray's hands.

Without thinking long Aray held Lily and ran out looking for a healer.

Leon sat glued to the edge of his bed while occasionally biting his lips. He was confused and in disbelief, slowly his memory during his drunkenness began to recover and flashed through his mind including what he had done to Lily.

"No... It's impossible"

Leon tried to avoid what he remembered just now but since then Leon had never met Lily made Leon more curious. Eventually he starts to get up from his bed and intends to look for Lily downstairs.

Leon is shocked when he meets Aray who is in a hurry while holding Lily who is unconscious.

"What's this?" Ask Leon. There was a stroke of anxiety on his face.

"Surge!" Aray looked at Leon very sharply as if he was about to prey on him.

Then Aray continued to run out to seek help without even caring about Leon who was his employer.

Leon breathed out as if a few minutes ago his breathing stopped because he could not believe what he had just witnessed. There was an unusual feeling when Leon saw Lily was in Aray's arms and Aray's stern gaze that almost glared at him. Then he ran after Aray because there was a huge worry about Lily to lead him to continue running after Aray.

He thought to bring his horse to be more timely to help Lily.

"Aray! Stop that!"

Aray ignored Leon's screams and kept running.

"I said stop Aray!"

"I won't let you hurt her again." Said Aray decapitated as he continued running.

"Don't be selfish Aray! right now we're fighting against time to save Lily. It'll be faster if Lily's with me on the horse." Teria Leon from her horse.

Aray stopped his footsteps and looked towards Lily's increasingly pale face. He thinks he can't save Lily just by running. Eventually Aray lowers his ego and releases Lily from his carrier so Leon can take her to the healer in time.

"I will catch up with you even with running. As long as you don't dare touch it" Aray said of Leon.

Honestly Leon was annoyed with Aray's words that sounded very caring about his wife, but for this time Leon ignored him because of the focus to save Lily.

After arriving in the city.

"Leon?"

The physician who was the physician of the Leon family was surprised to see Leon holding a girl who was very pale and unconscious.

"Why did you come all the way here and not just call me to go there?"

"If I had to call you first, it would probably be too late."

"Who is this girl?"

"She's my wife. Physician, I beg you to save my wife!"

Time seemed to rotate very slowly, treatment sessions felt very long. Leon with all his anxiety awaits news from the Physician who is currently trying to save Lily. Starting from the examination until the herbal treatment has been done the healer. The doctor told Leon to come in.

"How is my wife a Physician ?"

"Your wife is in shock and there's an infection around her female organs." The doctor smiled a little smile. "I know that you are still newlyweds but do not get too excited, just slow down. Luckily you brought it in on time"

Leon was very surprised by what the Physician explained, but Leon tried to smile back at the Physician's smile. Actually, he was very shocked because what he did not believe so far was the real thing that almost made Lily barely helped. In his eyes a beautiful face that was sleeping like a princess who was asleep in fairy tales.

Tests.. Leon's tears trickled down unable to look at that beautiful, very peaceful face.

"I'm sorry Lily! I did all that to you by accident. Please wake up and open your two beautiful eyes. I beg you to be healthy again as usual" Leon clasped Lily's hand tightly.

He does not know how to deal with Lily for the future, he is very very guilty and sorry for what he has done to Lily.

"How's Lily doing ?"

There was a voice of a man who was none other than Aray.

"She's been getting treatment and is currently asleep. Accompany him until he is fully conscious and take him home on my horse I'll drive home in another vehicle." Obviously Leon is as short as possible because he can't even look at Aray.

Then Leon went out looking for a healer.

"Please keep my wife's illness a secret against everyone including my bodyguards who are currently with her and keep it a secret against my wife. Let's say that he's just exhausted or something because I don't want him to worry."

"Alright Leon I understand."

" Please take care of him until he's fully recovered, I'll send my bodyguards to pay for all your services"

The doctor nodded his sign approvingly.

Leon returns home without his horse so that Aray can take Lily home with him.
