Meet Della

Rangga and Nadia travel to City B to meet Della, the younger sister of her mother Nadia.

Arriving there, Della sat in the backyard of the house that was deliberately rented Nadia.

"Auntie, someone wants to meet you!" Nadia half stood beside the chair.

Della looked towards the man whose position was behind her nephew. "Who?" looking Rangga.

"He's my husband, Bi!" replied Nadia.

"Gunadis!" with Della saying.

"No, Bi. Her name is Rangga, we got married a month ago," Nadia stroked the back of Della's hand.

"Sore, Bi!" Rangga smiled and greeted.

"Why didn't you invite Auntie?" Della looked at her nephew.

"I'm sorry, Bi." Nadia wiped the corner of her eyes that were starting to water.

"Nadia, Auntie's going inside!" Pinta Della and her niece helped lead her home.

"Have you taken any medicine?" ask Nadia.

"Already" replied Della. "When are you sleeping here again?" continues asking.

Nadia looked towards her husband asking for an answer to his aunt's question.

"Tonight we'll sleep here, Bi!" sahut Rangga's.

Nadia approached her husband, "Are you sure?"

Rangga nodded slowly assuring.

"Don't you say there's a meeting tomorrow?" whispered to her husband.

"I can put it off, let today we make Aunt Della's heart happy."

"Yes, you're welcome." Rangga returned that smile.

Nadia is busy preparing dinner for herself and Aunt Della. Today because she and her husband came, two housekeepers had accompanied her aunt, giving her permission to go home. The two happened to live not far from Della's house.

Nadia serves her husband's favorite dishes, fried shrimp flour and lime warm. Rangga saw one of his favorite menus available at the table making him look at the wife who was still pacing.

Nadia led Della to sit at the dinner table. She brought rice, side dishes and vegetables to the plates of her husband and aunt.

"I never said what my favorite food was. But you already know," said Rangga.

"Mama Sarah told me, but I never asked," Nadia put rice in her mouth.

"He's good at cooking, but these few years it's been very rare to cook for me. She was already very tired of taking care of myself and the company," Della said without looking at Rangga or Nadia.

"Auntie, I never get tired of taking care of you. You're my parents' second replacement" Nadia looked at her aunt.

"Auntie take it easy, I will help Nadia take care of the company and I will not make her tired" promised Rangga.

Della kicked the table with her right hand making Rangga and his wife tiptoe in shock.

"Auntie, what's wrong?" Nadia approached Della and stroked her shoulders.

"Don't give him to take care of the company!" point at Della with a dislike look. "Auntie, don't want him to take the company that your parents built up to be taken by him!" della looked at her nephew.

"Auntie, relax. Rangga is not like that, he has a bigger company than us. Nadia's husband, a good man. Believe me!" he tried to calm Della.

"What if he takes our company and leaves you?" della's face looked worried, panicked and anxious.

Nadia looked at her husband who looked astonished and confused. "The people won't leave and hurt me, Auntie. I believe him!"

Rangga looked into Nadia's eyes as if hoping for her. "I'll never leave Nadia, Auntie!" the word just escapes.

Nadia who heard him smiled faintly. "I hope your words are true!"
