Slowly both of Sarah's eyelids began to open because of the loss of adhesion that had locked both of Sarah's eyes firmly. Sarah squinted her eyes in order to adjust the bias of the light rays that burst through her cornea. Sarah shook her head around the room.

Slightly surprised to see the room in white when both eyelids open after clenched in a time that he himself did not know how long it had been. Suddenly his head was dizzy and his breathing again hunted when he remembered a very terrible incident happened to him.

"Honey ..," said Annisa while sitting on the left side of the bed.

Sarah saw a middle-aged woman who was beside her wearing a long blue dongker hijab. Her mother who was there waiting for Sarah looked at Sarah with worry. Her real mother Sarah felt devastated because of a very heartbreaking incident that happened to her son who she just met a few months ago. A look of sadness emanated from Annisa's face.

"Ummi .. I'm afraid," said Sarah grimly and frantically.

"You're calm, you're safe now" said Sarah softly as she gently rubbed the back of Sarah's right palm. "What do you feel now?" annisa said with full of tenderness.

Suddenly, Sarah's right hand shook. Annisa saw Sarah's body showing a very strong tremor. Seeing such a situation, generally Sarah immediately tightened her hand. Sarah pressed the emergency button repeatedly to call the nurse and the doctor.

"You don't have to remember the incident. You are calm because God always protects you. Now you are safe because here there is Ummi" said Annisa in a soft tone of voice while stroking the back of Sarah's hand so that the tremors in Sarah's body disappeared.

Sarah's inpatient room door opened. Shortly thereafter a sound of footsteps entered Sarah's inpatient room. A doctor and a nurse came to Sarah's bed. The nurse placed a tensimeter in Sarah's right hand and checked her blood pressure using a tensimeter.

"Wahhh.., Nak Aisyah is conscious. How are you doing? All right, all right?" ask the doctor while putting a stethoscope into his ear.

"My news is good Doc, just my body shaking and I'm still afraid Doc, " Sarah replied while being examined by the doctor.

"Great you! It could go beyond your critical period" the doctor said, examining Sarah's health. "I will prescribe the medicine" he continued, removing the stethoscope from both ears.

"Doctor how is my son?"

"He's improving, Mom."

"How's my daughter's CT Scan?"

"Miss Lily's CT Scan results are all normal, ma'am. His physical condition is nothing to worry about anymore, ma'am. Because we've treated all his physical injuries. We'll monitor the situation for the next eight hours, ma'am. If there's no problem tonight the patient can go home."

"Okay, Doctor. What's the psychic state, Doc? His body was shaking my son."

"So there'll be a psychiatrist to check on her, ma'am. But I'm sure Miss Aisyah is not mentally disturbed, just feeling scared. We excuse you, if you need help, you can call us" said the doctor politely.

"Thank you very much sir" said Annisa softly.

A second later the doctor and nurse smiled politely while slightly nodding their heads. They set their feet toward the exit of the inpatient room. Annisa stood up from her chair as the doctor and nurse walked through the door, and the nurse closed the door.

"Did El bring me here Ummi?"

"Yes, son."

"He's now again where's Mi?"

"To Ummi's knowledge, he is still in the police station to give a statement. Oh yeah in a minute, Zayn's gonna see you."

Unexpectedly, Sarah's tears flowed when she remembered Zayn, and Sarah said sadly, "Ummi I want to cancel our marriage because I am no longer holy. I don't deserve to be with Zayn anymore because I'm worthless, I'm dirty and despicable Mi."

Annisa wiped Sarah's tears with affection, then said, "You don't have to cancel your marriage because Zayn accepts you for who you are. He wants to perfect his religion with you, that's one way to achieve his life goals. God willing you can perfect your religion with Zayn forever."

"Is Ummi really accepting me for who I am?"

"Yes my darling. You don't have to worry about that. Zayn is a very committed person and he is a very good person" Annisa said with gentleness.

"Sir Trisno's been arrested Mi?"

"He's dead."

"Why did she die Mi?"

"He was shot."

"Shoot with the police?"

"Yes, you don't have to think of anyone who has done evil to you son."

"I'm confused."

"Why son?"

"When did El and El help me and he brought me here?"

Means El has seen my sensitive area again.

Inner Sarah.

"You eat yes," said Annisa softly as she picked up a tray of food.

Soon after, Annisa feeds Sarah. Annisa ate food that had been served from the hospital. Lily's inpatient room door opened again. Showing the figure of El. El stepped into the room with a sweet smile on Sarah and brought a fruit parcel. He approached Sarah and Annisa. Put a fruit parcel on the left side of the bed.

"Good night, Umm Nisa" said El, cupping her palms together in her chest.

"Good night El," Annisa said softly as she nodded politely.

"How are you doing Ai?"

"Alhamdulillah is better. El, how's my kidnapping going?"

"Everyone involved in the abduction was arrested."

"Including Mr Trisno?" sarah said to confirm the real news, and Annisa greeted Sarah again.

"He's dead. He died from being shot by me."

"Aah!?" sarah was shocked after swallowing her food, and Annisa fed her again.

"You can go to jail El" said Annisa, who was taken by Sarah.

"Let's take responsibility for what I've done."

"Why did you shoot him El?" sarah said after swallowing her food, and Annisa fed her.

"Because he has raped you, I want him to get the right payback."

"Ummi is very grateful that you helped Aisyah, but you shouldn't have to kill her and it could hurt yourself El, Ummi so feel bad about your family," said Annisa who felt bad for El.

"Ummi doesn't need to feel that, my family actually supports me to do that, let alone Papi Billy."

"Assalamu'alaikum" said Zayn, carrying a red rose and a fruit parcel on the doorstep.

Everyone turned to Zayn, and Aisyah said, "Wa'alaikumussalam."

"How are you doing Ai?" zayn asked gently as he walked into the room through the door that was still open.

"It's better" said Sarah softly with two sparkling eyes - twinkling at Zayn.

Zayn put a parcel over the nightstand to the right of the bed. She then gave a red rose to Sarah, smiling sweetly and warmly at Sarah. El notices Zayn's gesture which is very gentle towards Sarah. There's jealousy in El's soul, but she fends him off because she realizes that Sarah's not her lover anymore. El also notices Sarah's gesture of falling in love with Zayn.

"Ummi, I'm a lauding Aisyah, Ummi just sit down," Zayn said politely as he extended his hands to Annisa.

"No need Nak Zayn, let Ummi be," said Annisa softly, then fed Sarah.

"Well Ummi, how did the Aisyah kidnapping develop?"

"Everyone involved in the case is in jail."

"Thank God, they are in prison, if they need to be punished for life" Zayn commented.

"His master was put to death" said El.

Zayn immediately turned to El, then said politely, "What do you mean?"

"Si Trisan is dead from being shot."

"Shoot with the police?"

"No, but shot at me."

"You can go to jail El."

"Let alone, he had raped Aisha. I was angry to see it. Try to be there, you must have shot him."

Zayn did not criticize El, then turned to Sarah and said, "Whatever has happened to you, I will still marry you. I want to perfect my religion with you. Do you want to marry me because of God?"
