The door to El's inpatient room was wide open, featuring energetic girls Aqila and Antony, and Antony closed the door. Aqila walked agilely, while Antony walked behind Aqila. Sarah chuckles at Aqila's walking because when she walks all Aqila's body moves and Aqila is wearing a hat and thick black hair is just parsed.

"Same Ma'am, her son is very funny Mom," said the officer after putting a tray of food for El while looking at Sarah.

"Still Ma'am," said Aqila happy.

"Sorry Mom, this is my nephew" Sarah said politely.

"Sorry Mom, I think Mom's son, you look like Mom. Excuse me first" the officer said politely.

"Yes" said Sarah

Shortly afterwards the officer set foot towards the open door of the room while carrying a food trolly. The door was closed by the officer. Sarah took Aqila down. Antony turned to Aqila with a warm smile.

"Let's go home now!" bring Antony.

"I say goodbye, good afternoon Sarah" Antony said as he extended his right hand to Sarah.

"Good day sir, too" said Sarah politely as she extended her right hand to Antony, then they shook hands. "Sorry sir, tomorrow I will not take Aqila to the planetarium" continued Sarah while releasing her hand. "It's okay" Antony said, lowering his right hand.

Sarah aligned herself with Aqila, then said cheerfully, "Good day Aqila. Wait a minute, I want to give you something for Aqila."

"Good day Brother, yes Kaka," said Aqila, then Aqila crucified Sarah's right hand.

Sarah stood up and walked over to the nightstand on the right side of the bed. Unreselting his sling bag to pick up a chocolate bar. Closing the recelting of her bag, then walking closer to Aqila. Sarah bends her body when she is on her left side Aqila, then confronts her body to Aqila. Aqila turned to Sarah.

"This is for the beautiful Aqila" said Sarah gently as she thrust the chocolate into Aqila.

"Thank you beautiful Kaka" said Aqila happily while taking the chocolate from Sarah's grasp.

"El, I'll go home first, yes" said Antony.

"Yes, hearts Bang."

Antony just smiled politely while nodding his head in response to El's words. Suddenly arrived Sarah's body when it was about to stand. Antony swiftly grabbed Sarah's slender waist so that Sarah would not fall down, then hugged her. Their eyes clashed. It was unexpected that Antony felt a soft screen when he looked into Sarah's eyes. A similar feeling he felt to his late wife. Feelings of love to a woman other than to his deceased wife.

Oh my God, this feeling? I felt it like I felt my feelings for my late wife. But, Sarah belongs to someone else, I don't want to hurt Rafael.

Inner Antony.

"Ekhm," El Deheman who had shocked them, Antony immediately released his hand from his waist Sarah.

"Yey, Daddy ama Kaka hugged, soon Kaka became Mommyku yey," Aqila said happily and excitedly as she stretched her hands up repeatedly.

The jealousy in her heart boiled over seeing Antony hugging her waist Sarah very tightly, looking at the gaze from both eyes of Antony who was filled with love to Sarah and plus the plain Aqila speech. Sarah feels bad for her carelessness and Antony is misbehaving because she has fallen in love with Sarah.

"Let's go home Aqila!" take Antony while looking at Aqila.

"Good Daddy, but Kaka came along, yes" Aqila said plainly as she turned to Antony.

Antony immediately held Aqila, then said, "Sarah's sister must take care of her future husband."

"Yes ... That can not be Mommyku dong," said Aqila sadly, then pursed her lips.

"Well .. can't be darling, Daddy will find Mommy for Aqila."

"Yes right it's Aqila, there are still many women out there who can be Mommy Aqila," said El flat.

"You mean what sich El!?" sarah was confused and upset.
