11. Eskul Promotion Plan

Alex sits at a long table in the school's OSIS room, checking the list of tasks that OSIS will have to complete in the next few weeks. He has been Chairman of OSIS for the past two years and has successfully made OSIS a successful and productive organization.

However, Alex realizes that in order to carry out all the tasks and projects that have been planned, he needs greater help from other members of OSIS. He decided to choose Alena as the Vice Chairman of OSIS.

Alex: "Alena, have you checked our to-do list?"

Alena: "Alex, yes I've checked everything. Looks like we'll be busy in the next few weeks."

Alex: "Yes, that's right. We need to make sure all projects and activities can be executed properly and on time."

Alena: "Of course, I'm ready to help. Is there anything I need to do first?"

Alex: "There are some tasks that require your help. We need to prepare a campaign to raise awareness about the importance of maintaining the environment, and also need to organize some activities to promote extracurricular activities."

Alena: "Alright, I'll start working on the campaign and set up a schedule of extracurricular activities. What about you, Alex?"

Alex: "gue will lead meetings with other OSIS administrators and ensure that all tasks can be completed as planned. I will also work with supervisory teachers to ensure activities can be carried out safely and effectively."

Alena: "Success for lo, Alex. I'm sure we can carry out all these tasks well."

Alex: "Thank you, Alena. We are a strong and successful team in carrying out our duties as Chairman and Vice Chairman of OSIS."

Alena is an avid member of OSIS and is active in the activities of the organization. He is always ready to help and cooperate with all other members of OSIS. Alex believes that Alena has the skills and abilities necessary to become a great Vice Chairman of OSIS.

After seeking approval from the other members of OSIS, Alex informs Alena of his decision and Alena gladly accepts the offer.

Alex and Alena work together to plan and execute all the tasks and projects OSIS has planned. They work hard and support each other to ensure all projects can be completed well and on time.

Alex and Alena enter the OSIS boardroom at their school, where other members of OSIS are waiting to discuss plans for extracurricular activities for the year. After everyone sat down, Alex gave a brief welcome to start the meeting.

Alex: "Hello everyone, thank you for coming to this meeting. As we know, extracurricular activities are essential in developing our talents and interests outside of school lessons. Therefore, today we will discuss an extracurricular activity plan for the year."

Alena took over the presentation and showed some ideas of activities that had been thought out together.

Alena: "We have prepared some ideas of activities that we can do this year, including speech competitions, art exhibitions, and sporting events. We hope this will interest students and encourage them to participate in extracurricular activities."

Some members of the OSIS asked several questions and provided input on the idea of the activity. After a long discussion, they finally reached an agreement on the plan of extracurricular activities to be implemented.

Alex: "Thank you for your hard work today. I hope this extracurricular activity plan will be successful and can increase student participation in extracurricular activities."

Alena: "I would also like to add that we need to promote extracurricular activities more effectively. We can take advantage of social media and poster ads throughout the school to promote the activity."

After the meeting was over, Alex and Alena spoke for themselves.

Alena: "Thank you Alex. We work together to ensure these extracurricular activities become successful and increase students' interest in extracurricular activities."

After a meeting with OSIS, Alex and Alena work together to plan a series of extracurricular activities in their school. They decided to utilize social media and posters as the main promotional media.

Alex: "Alena, how about we create an Instagram account specifically for the promotion of extracurricular activities?"

Alena: "gue agrees. We can upload posters and photos of activities that have been carried out. And we can create interesting hashtags to attract students."

Alex: "Good idea. And we can also hold challenges on Instagram related to extracurricular activities."

Alena: "True, we can make a challenge to write poetry, photography competitions, and so on. And as for the posters, how about we print and install them in strategic places all over the school?"

Alex: "Good idea. We can ask permission from the teacher or the school first. And we can also share posters at class meetings or assemblies."

Alena: "Yes, we can also put up posters in the toilet or canteen. We need to make sure the poster is easy to see and grab attention."

Alex: "gue agrees. You can also make a short video about extracurricular activities and upload them on YouTube. The video can feature students participating in extracurricular activities."

Alena: "Good idea. We can combine those videos with posters and photos of extracurricular activities on Instagram."

Alex: "Failure, and don't forget we can use bulletin boards in school corridors to display information about extracurricular activities."

Alena: "Yes, we can display posters and information about the schedule and location of extracurricular activities on the bulletin board."

After planning a series of promotions, Alex and Alena begin to make it happen with passion. They put up posters in strategic places throughout the school, create Instagram accounts specifically for extracurricular activities, and hold interesting challenges on Instagram. This series of promotions managed to attract the attention of students and increase student participation in extracurricular activities.

The two of them left the meeting room in high spirits to realize their extracurricular activity plan.

Alex becomes more convinced and motivated by Alena's help. They motivate each other to become better leaders and take OSIS to a higher level.

Alex and Alena stood in front of the stage in the school hall, microphones in their hands and smiles on their faces. They are ready to announce their new challenge on Instagram to invite all students to join in extracurricular activities.

"Good morning, our school students," Alex said excitedly. "We, as chairman and vice chairman of OSIS, want to announce a new challenge on Instagram."

Alena took over the microphone and added, "We invite all students to join in extracurricular activities and participate in this challenge. We are confident that extracurricular activities can provide a valuable and enjoyable experience for every student."

Alex continued, "To join this challenge, you can simply follow our @excurricular Instagram account and use the hashtag #excurricularwe in your post. Every week, we will choose the 3 best posts and the exciting prizes will be given to the winners."

Alena added, "So, what are you waiting for? Join extracurricular activities and show your creativity in this challenge. Who knows, you could be one of the winners."

After the announcement of the challenge, Alex and Alena received a lot of praise from the students present in the hall. Many of them are interested in joining extracurricular activities and participating in the challenge.
