
On the appointed day, Alena and Alex begin their journey on foot to classes to promote the activity. However, after a while, Alena began to feel dizzy and exhausted. He tried to hold himself back, but eventually he could no longer stand up and fell unconscious.
Alena: (holding my breath and panting) Ah, I feel so tired, lex.
Alex: What happened? Are you okay?
Alena: (subduing her head) I don't know, I feel dizzy and exhausted all of a sudden.
Alex responds immediately and checks Alena's condition. He saw that his friend needed immediate help. Without hesitation, Alex hugs Alena and takes her to the treatment room at the school.
There, the school teachers and nurses immediately give first aid to Alena. They checked Alena's physical condition and gave her oxygen. Alena finally regained consciousness and felt better.
Suddenly, Alena senses someone holding her and takes her to UKS school. After a while, Alena finally realized and saw that it was Alex, her friend who also joined the committee of OSIS.
Alena: (looking around and confused) Where am I?
Alex: you're in UKS school. Lo fainted earlier while we were playing sports together.
Alena: (frowning and surprised) Oh no, I hope no one sees me like that.
Alex: Don't worry. Everyone cares and cares about your condition. I took you to the UKS to make sure that you were okay.
Alena: (smiling at Alex) Thank you, Alex. Lo very well.
After making sure that Alena is okay, Alex helps her friend to recover completely. He takes a role in completing Alena's tasks and helps her to return to a healthy state.

That day, the school grounds were filled with the rowdy sounds of the students training for eskul sports. However, Alena, their instructor, was taking a break in the UKS due to illness. Alex, one of the students, is sad to see his friends training without Alena.
"It's okay, I can do it myself!" alex thought confidently. He decided to take over the exercises that day and become a temporary instructor for his friends.
After giving a brief instruction, Alex began training. At first, he felt a little nervous because this was his first time becoming an instructor, but he quickly felt comfortable. He showed new movements that made other students feel excited and inspired.
However, as they begin to play a more intense game, Alex feels too tired and out of breath. The other students were worried and wanted to stop the practice, but Alex kept fighting and gave instructions to continue the game. Although he was tired, he did not want to disappoint his friends.
When the training was over, Alex felt very proud of himself. He was happy to see his friends playing and training with the same spirit. "I can't wait to continue training tomorrow with Alena" he thought.
The next day, Alena returns to school and sees a change in the way eskul sports students play. He was delighted to see the new spirit and hard work of Alex as a temporary instructor.
"You did an amazing job, Alex," Alena said with a smile. "I'm proud of you."
From that day on, Alex became an inspiration for other students to work hard and be confident. He also learned that even though we may feel unprepared or have no experience, we can still try and be successful.
It was the last day of the school demo. Students who join gymnastics clubs are already waiting today with enthusiasm. They felt sad that the eskul demo was about to end, but they were ready to give their best for their final performance.
That morning, they gathered in the school grounds and began to warm up. There were a lot of mixed feelings between them: the sadness of the demo would end, the anxiety of the last performance would be the best, and a sense of passion because they will show their abilities in front of the entire school.
Then, the song became more energetic. The students began to dance with faster and more dynamic movements. They danced with excitement, like children chasing balloons in the air. Their movements are coordinated and orderly, but still show their individual expression.
Student 1: "Well, look at Alex there. Very cool movement of his gymnastics!"
Schoolgirl 2: "Alex? Who's she?"
Schoolgirl 1: "He's the head of the osis who joined eskul sport. He was handsome and had incredible gymnastics movements!"
Schoolgirl 2: "Really? I've never seen him before. Where is he?"
Student 1: "There, the closest to the instructor. Look at his bending and well-coordinated gymnastics movements."
Student 2: "Well, that's true. He looks very confident and has a knack for gymnastics."
Schoolgirl 1: "Yes, that's why I feel so impressed with her gymnastic moves. I have to study harder to be like him."
Schoolgirl 2: "Together. We have to follow the example and train even harder. Who knows we could also display spectacular gymnastic moves like Alex."
Schoolgirl 1: "Metul. Let's focus on practice and try our best to follow Alex's lead in gymnastics."
At the end of the performance, the students delivered the message that gymnastics is a fun and healthy sport. They invite all students at school to join the gymnastics club and feel the same excitement.
Alex was given the opportunity to give a message to all students in the school hall about the importance of following all the eskul provided.
"Temen-temen, as the chairman of OSIS, I would like to invite all students to actively participate in all the activities in the school. Eskul is not only about pursuing achievement, but also about self-development and learning new things. There are many opportunities to learn and explore the potential of self in eskul," Alex said in front of all students.
"We have a wide variety of clubs and eskul, from gymnastics clubs to debate clubs. I highly recommend that each student follow at least one eskul that suits their interests and talents. This is an opportunity to improve skills and add experience" he continued.
"Temen-temen, it never hurts to try new things and get out of our comfort zone. Who knows, we might find something new and exciting to follow. So, let's join eskul-eskul in school and don't miss this opportunity to develop ourselves" Alex concluded with enthusiasm.
Alex's message spread to all students at school and opened their minds to the importance of following all eskul. Many students then decide to try different eskul and find new potential in themselves. In the end, eskul activities at Nusantara High School become more crowded and productive because all students are actively involved in it.
As part of its efforts to develop students' creativity and social skills, OSIS has held a challenge on Instagram. This challenge asks students to upload photos or videos that show their positive activities in school.
After several weeks of challenges, Alex leads the jury to determine the winner. Alex himself is very enthusiastic and wants to announce his own winning results. That day, he stood in front of the entire student body in the school hall and conveyed an important message.
"Brothers, today I am proud to announce the winner of our Instagram challenge. Not only interesting, but also very motivating for all of us" said Alex.
Alex then announced that the winner was a photo of a group of students cleaning up the school environment. They collected the trash and cleaned the school garden with a big smile on their faces. Alex was very impressed with their passion for cleanliness and clean school environment.
"I would like to congratulate the winners and all the students who have participated in this challenge. This activity is not only about winning prizes, but also about increasing our sense of brotherhood and concern for the environment around us" said Alex.
Alex hopes that activities like these can continue to be held and motivate more students to engage in positive activities at school. After the announcement, all students were happy and inspired to do positive things at school and in the neighborhood.
