26. Follow the organization

Alena always pay attention to BEM (Student Executive Board) activities that always hold large events to strengthen student relations.

One day, Alena decides to sign up to be a member of BEM. He felt that by joining this organization, he could become more involved in campus life and make a greater contribution to the campus community.

Alena: Hello, is this a member of BEM?

BEM members: Yes, this is a BEM member. Is there anything we can help you with?

Alena: Yes, I would like to register as a member of BEM. Can I get more information on how to join?

BEM members: Sure, can. There are some requirements and processes to go through. Have you read about BEM on the university website?

Alena: Yes, I have read a little about BEM on the university website. But I still don't understand it completely.

BEM member: Okay, maybe I can explain a little. There are several divisions in BEM, such as social division, creative division, and organizational development division. Each division has its own duties and responsibilities.

Alena: I am interested in joining the social division. What do I need to do to register?

BEM members: First, you must fill out a registration form that can be taken at the BEM office. In addition, you must also collect the necessary documents such as transcripts of grades and letters of recommendation from lecturers. After that, you will be scheduled to enter the selection stage.

Alena: What kind of selection stage?

BEM members: There are several stages of selection, such as write tests, interviews, and skill tests. The entire selection stage is carried out to ensure that BEM members have the appropriate abilities and skills to suit the duties and responsibilities of their respective divisions.

Alena: I understand. When can I take the registration form and start collecting the documents?

BEM members: You can take the registration form and complete information about the registration process at the BEM office. We are open from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm.

Alena: Okay, thank you very much for the information. I will be going to the BEM office immediately to take the registration form.

Alena entered the BEM selection room with a thumping heart. He looked around and saw many prospective BEM members who were sitting and waiting for their turn to follow the selection stage.

After waiting for a while, his name was called to follow the first stage of selection, the writing test. Alena was nervous and worried that she could not answer the question well. However, he still tried to remain calm and focus on the test.

After completing the writing test, Alena is scheduled to take the interview stage. He met some BEM members who served as examiners. They asked some questions about her, her motivation, and the reason why she wanted to join BEM.

Alena tried to give an honest answer and spoke with confidence. He talked about his previous experiences and his desire to learn more about student organizations.

After the interview stage, Alena was invited to follow the next stage, which was the skill test. He was challenged to lead a discussion with other groups of prospective members about the social issues that were going on at the time.

Despite being a little nervous at first, Alena managed to take control of the discussion well. He is able to convey clear and structured ideas, and lead discussions well.

Alena felt very happy and proud of herself. He felt that all his efforts and hard work had paid off well. He soon joined BEM and began working hard to develop himself and the organization.

After joining BEM, Alena was very happy because she was part of an active group and was involved in many activities. BEM members are always attentive to each other and are always looking for ways to help other students.

Alena started to get involved in various BEM activities, from preparing for events to helping organize campus programs. He feels happy that he can be part of a great organization and take on greater responsibilities.

Alena has just joined the social division at BEM. He is very passionate and wants to get involved in social activities held by BEM.

On the first day of the meeting of the members of the social division, Alena sat on the back bench and felt a little awkward. He didn't know anyone there and felt a bit lonely.

However, during the event, Alena meets a girl named Premiere. Dini has also just joined the social division and feels the same as Alena, awkward and doesn't know anyone.

Dini starts a conversation with Alena and they start talking about themselves, their interests, and their desire to engage in social activities. They realize that they have a lot in common and end up becoming friends.

Alena and early sat together in the BEM meeting room after attending social activities. They both were very excited and looked happy.

Alena: "It was really fun. We have really made a positive impact on society through our social activities."

Dini: "Yes, that's right. I'm so happy that we can work together and create something positive together."

Alena: "I'm also glad we could meet and work together. At first I felt a bit lonely and awkward when I first joined BEM. But now, thanks to you and the rest of my friends, I feel more comfortable and connected."

Dini: "I feel the same, Alena. I feel very lucky to have met you in this organization. We have a lot in common and I feel we can learn a lot from each other."

Alena: "Yes, I agree. We can also support each other in carrying out our duties in the social division. Do you have any ideas for your next social activity?"

Early: "I have an idea to make a book donation event for underprivileged children. What say?"

Alena: "What a great idea! I think a lot of kids need those books. We can coordinate with interested parties to get the books and organize a donation event."

Early: "Good, I'm glad you agreed. We can talk more about this plan and make sure that we can make this activity go well."

Alena: "For sure. We have to put together a small team and work together on executing this plan. I'm sure we can do great things together."

Dini: "I'm sure too, Alena. We've had a lot of success so far, and I'm sure we can keep doing it. I am so grateful to be working with you."

Alena: "I'm also grateful, early. We can create positive change together."

The two of them started attending social events together and formed a small team to organize social activities. Over the course of a few weeks, they spend a lot of time together and get closer.
