Chapter 20 Great Sovereigns Really Change Everything

A week passed Without Incident, many Shinobi returned from missions and many of the Academy's graduating students accelerated and were quickly placed in teams. Many, Many Moving Parts. People were constantly pacing around the entire village.

Despite all this, my brother and I were at the Uchiha Plantation quietly and together waiting for Lord Hokage to call us. After our First Mission ended with tremendous success, our status increased throughout Anbu. Our identities were not revealed because it was impossible, yet it was difficult even to get close to our dormitory.

Many different Anbu from each of the elders beside Hokage tried to divulge our Identities in an attempt to bring us to their side. Even during the war, village politics were strange and frankly self-destructive, the Hokage was always opposed despite the seemingly harmonious atmosphere each elder showed during the meeting. Politics is difficult and a very important part of a village, but the politics of the Leafs internally makes it difficult to govern well.

If I want to create a Village that can rival 5 major countries, I need to create a system that will address the example of Leaf Inefficiency. Absolute monarchy? The dictatorship? Good Something that will ....

'THIS IS FUGAKU UCHIHA?! HOW DID HE BECOME SO STRONG?! AND HE SERIOUSLY WANTS TO GET RID OF ME!' Orochimaru took a deep breath to calm down. 'He's bluffing! I refuse to believe he would do something so stupid as kill...'

"THREE" The lightning in the sky was heavily filled at this moment. It changed from a dim White color to a dazzling white that was as bright as the sun. The lightning then left the hole it filled and began to push itself towards Orochimaru.

It feels like doomsday. My life is passing before my eyes. Deaths. That is the only thing that will happen if I allow the Lightning to hit the Plantation.

My eyes respond to this. Three tomoe spirals and 9 Small Circles surround the larger one in the middle replacing it. I see my imminent death, 'Death before I can change the world huh? I refuse.'
