Chapter 84 The Pathetic Ichigo

*In Soul Society*

In the 12th Army barracks, a group of soul reapers were monitoring the World of the Living.

"Standing Guard is pure torment if nothing really happens." - Soul Reaper 1

"Tell me about it." - Soul Reaper 2

Moments later the screen showed three large Reiatsu readings.

"I HAVE A REACTION!"

Figuring out the coordinates, the soul reaper rushed to tell his Captain. Who then informs the Chief Captain.

*In the World of Life*

Garganta opened releasing large amounts of reiatsu throughout the city of Karakura which caused a phenomenon similar to an earthquake.

Kisuke, Ichigo, Chad, Orihime and Yoruichi all felt it and immediately took action heading in that direction. Isshin also sensed it but stayed home to protect his wife and young daughter.

"I've been to the Living Creature world a few times when I was masked but the Spirit Energy here is still the same. So thin that I can barely breathe!" - Yammy

"Honestly I don't understand how someone here can attract Aizen, what do you think Mr Ichizo?" - Level

Using Sonido, Yammy arrives at the park below right in front of Chad. His large body dwarfed Chad 6'5 while the power it emitted made Chad extremely frightened. However, to protect Orihime and the civilians in the park he must stand firm.

Ichizo and Tier also descended from the sky to the ground below, Tier used his Spirit Energy to get rid of civilians from the Area as Ichizo sat on the bench to watch the show.

Chad was the first to move as his right arm turned into a Black and red variant, he swung his arm at full force, Yammy didn't even hold him back he just received a punch to his stomach.

"Ooo, it feels good, maybe you should think about becoming an Athletic masseuse instead of Fighting."

After saying that Yammy swung his hand with an open palm hitting the right side of Chad's body to smash his arm.

"Now here comes the interesting part, look at the girl's power tier."

"Yes sir."

Orihime ran forward using Shun Shun Rikka to start healing Chad's arm, while he stood in front of her protecting her."Indeed this is Mr. Ichizo Attractive, instead of healing his wound, he returns it to its pre-injured state." - Yammy

"Ho ho the Big Lug uses his brain" - Ichizo

"Please don't tease me Mr. Ichizo after your advice I'm a little calm."

"That's good, I don't like killing you if you keep going on a rampage of anger. Last time you almost broke my teacup, if you break it I'll have to find another Espada."

Yammy started to sweat while bowing his head not daring to make eye contact because it was indeed a frightening incident.

Ichigo arrives after the line falls in his Soul Reaper form, he looks towards Chad and Orihime says a few words to him and focuses his attention on Yammy. He looked outside Yammy to see Tier and Ichizo, when he saw Ichizo, his eyes widened but he did not say anything due to the last sent signal.

"Don't worry, Orihime, I'll take care of the three, Bankai!"

The amount of reiatsu that exploded out of his body sent shock waves throughout the area.

"Tensa Zangetsu."

Yammy sends a punch but is blocked by Ichigo who then cuts off Yammy's left arm."You bastard, I'LL KILL YOU!"

Yammy grabbed his Zanpakuto.

"The fact that you have to release your Zanpakuto against this trash is shameful for all Espada." - Level

Yammy hesitated then looked back at Ichizo who was sending a hateful gaze, when he saw that gaze like a bucket of cold water poured onto his head. While that was happening, Ichigo's reiatsu began to fluctuate, It seems the hollow within it was struggling to control.

Taking this chance Yammy starts to hit him with a fist, throwing Ichigo like a rag doll. When Ichigo was on the ground, Yammy kicked him to make him fly several meters to the ground.

The approaching fall of Ichigo Yammy sends a blow but it is intercepted by Kisuke.

"I'm sorry I took too long Ichigo."

Kisuke who looked around and made eye contact with Ichizo, judging Kisuke's appearance understood that it was all under Ichizo's control.

"I'll take this guy." - Yoruichi

Yoruichi who was involved in a hand-to-hand fight with Yammy forced him to retreat.

Yammy charges Cero and shoots him at Yoruichi, Kisuke uses his Benihime to nullify the attack."Shout, Benihime!"

After he deflected Cero Yammy, he sent out his own attack. The mobile tier this time defected to attack with its right hand placed under ***********.

Ichizo who remained seated on the bench spoke.

You are always the first to try to save others yet you don't even have the strength to defend yourself!"Opening Garganta Ichizo Grabbing Yammy and tossing him into it while doing the same to Tier before passing him alone. Looking back at Ichigo, Ichizo spoke again.

"Ichigo, if this is your only courage, then you let me down!"

Garganta closes leaving the emotionally defeated Ichigo behind looking miserable.

'That should have accelerated his growth a little.'
