Chapter 26: Teachers and Students Part 1
R, Jack and the king of Astrea were discussing about the plan of breaking through the defenses leading to the element crystal.but not yet finished they discussed suddenly a whirlpool of wind appeared from outside the village. R who realized that it was a signal from Lana immediately rushed away and headed towards the wind. After coming out of the fairy village area happened to be Mia there too.
Mia also saw the signal and immediately shouted to me.
"R here. It looks like it's from Lana. I know where she is.!!"
R and friends immediately follow Mia to where Lana is. Unless the king of Astrea he said he wants to focus on protecting the fairy village only if something happens. Lana was already covered in wounds by hugging the white lacrima crystal in her hands.
R immediately ran up to Lana and said. "Lana, are you okay? who did this? and where's Shiva?"
"sorry R I can't save her.he, she is now this lacrima ball." replied Lana who was still in a state full of wounds leaning on the tree.
"siaaaalll..!!!!. Who did this Lana? who?" R is very angry about this.
Suddenly a dagger slid rapidly towards R. but Jack noticed it.
"alum R!!"
Jack resisted the attack with his arrow.then the dagger bounced and stuck on the ground.After which suddenly someone appeared behind Jack.The man was wearing a skull mask. he poked Jack in the neck with his dagger.
"well, wow, that's little Jack again" said the masked man.
Jack could not move because of it, but Mia quickly cast fire magic and hit the masked man, causing the masked man to bounce.
"keep your hands off Jack's crazy Hunter base".
Jack seemed relieved after being rescued by Mia.
"thank you Mia" said Jack.
for some reason after that Jack threw his arrows that he used to fight.he also opened a bandage that thickened his legs. from behind the bandage it turns out there is a twin dagger whose shape is almost similar to that used by the skull masked Hunter.
Jack pulled out the double dagger and immediately put up the horses ready to attack.
"it seems to be true that I have to use this dagger against you" Jack said.
the masked man looked like he knew the dagger Jack was carrying.He pulled back his dagger that had stuck the ground earlier.
"from your dagger it seems you have trained hard enough to finally master your 2nd job, the same as me, the assassins" said the man.
"what, two jobs?" r shouted who looked surprised to hear that.
Lana who is still healing herself while explaining to R that in fact we can have a maximum of two different jobs. such as Jack and the masked man.job was originally a Hunter. when they can reach the laboratory level, they will be given a choice to the next job.Jack happens to choose assassin as Job 2nya. we we must choose correctly and mantab and must practice also to master our 2nd job.to be interconnected with the first job and not regret our choice

Jack jumped and attacked the masked man with his dagger, thrusting his dagger directly into the masked man's eyes.

"how dare you make me like this son of a sialaaaaaaaanannn!!" the masked man shouted at Jack.
a black aura emerged from the masked man forming an enormous spider-shaped living creature.
"Jack what creature is that?!!" ask R
"that's the real form of the masked man, a giant tarantula monster that destroyed my village and my home" replied Jack.
because the creature looks dangerous R also helps him not want Jack to fight the creature alone.The two of them put horses prepared for the creature's attack.
but the creature had not had time to move suddenly the ground around vibrated.A giant hand appeared underground. the hand clutched tightly onto the creature like it was patting a mosquito.
the creature was locked in the grip of the giant hand and could not move, and all that was seen was the head of the masked man.
"hey Jack, who's this magic?" ask R
"i don't know either, which is definitely a very great person who can use magic of this magnitude" Jack replied.
"hey, you're okay, right? I'm sorry I was late to help. When I felt a dangerous force I came straight to you and it turned out that there was a terrible creature here. I don't want him to go to the fairy village so I'll just lock him up with my magic" said the Astrea king.
"so that's your magic, Mr Astrea?" ask R

The masked giant spider monster was thrashing because it could not get out of the magic grip of the fairy king Astrea. The creature tried to get out but he could not.
Jack then approached the spider monster while casting fire magic on his dagger. Jack stood right in front of the spider monster's face that was covered by a mask.
"it's to avenge the death of my entire family and the people of my village" Jack said
Jack slashed the mask of the spider monster and destroyed some of its shape. The spider monster was struggling and looked very painful.
"Ke, why do you know my weakness Jaackk!! who told you?" ask the spider monster to Jack.
"well, although it may be a short meeting we have, but I have been observing you from the first time we met. afterwards I continued to search for information about you from various sources. until finally I can find your weakness and manage to kill you.Thank you for what you gave me and also goodbye. Teacher." replied Jack
Jack slashed the rest of the spider monster mask and made it shatter instantly.The drop item fell in the form of several gold coins and also a dagger.

a few years ago Jack was walking in the fields near his village.it was a little cloudy and it started raining.
Jack ran to find shelter and found a small hut where someone was lying. the man was wearing a shabby brown robe and wearing a skull-shaped mask.
Jack approached the man.
"master, sir? you all right?"
Jack wanted to touch the man but suddenly the man's hand moved and held Jack's hand.
"whahahahh!!" shouting Jack.
"to. help me" said the man, and then he fainted again.
because I was worried about the masked man. Jack carried the masked man through the torrent of rain.he carried the man on his back and took him to a small village. Jack then went into one of the houses and he laid the masked man on his small mattress.he made a fire in the fireplace to warm the masked man's body.
not long after the masked man was conscious.
"di, where is this?" said the masked man.
"ka, you're in my house, sir. My name is Jack, what's your name? and who are you?" ask Jack
the man got up and sat down on Jack's bed and said.
"my name doesn't matter, son, I'm just an adventurer looking for something around here."
"what are you looking for?" ask Jack
"it's a secret" replied the masked man.
not long after the sound of clanging was heard, there was also the sound of the villagers running. Jack warns the masked man to hide. Jack pulled the masked man's hand and took him away to the back door, then ran with the other residents to a place, more precisely a tower in the middle of the village.
"hey what happened son. Why did you pull me like this?" asked the masked man
"we must quickly take cover. The herd of monsters will attack the village of the master.
Jack kept pulling the masked man but the masked man stopped his steps.
"why stop sir?" ask Jack
"hey boy, maybe this is in return for me. I'll stop those monsters for you" said the masked man.

the masked man immediately released Jack's hand from his hand.he also ran towards the crowd of plant monsters that descended from the mountain near the village.
seeing the masked man lunging at the gathering of plant monsters alone. Jack could not bear to chase the masked man, but his steps were too far from the masked man who moved very fast.
arriving at the village gate Jack sees the masked man fighting the plant monster alone with his dagger.
his movements were so agile and very fast.masked men slashed one by one the monster with ease.it made Jack stunned and just gawked at him.
after all the monsters were wiped out by the masked man. Jack then approached the masked man and asked him to raise Jack as a student in order to protect the villagers one day.
at first the masked man refused, but Jack continued to insist and continued to beg to be made a student. eventually he also managed to become a student masked man.
Jack began training in the forest on the hill near the village.he trained many things ranging from fighting, hunting and making a decoction of paralysis. every day jack began his training from dawn to evening.
but every few days in the village where Jack lived there must be residents who died, and every citizen who died must always be grown a strange purple mushroom. and the fungus is very contagious.
