Not my Man

Not my Man
Job Application

They talked for a long time and their conversation grew wider.

“If you ... want to study where, Mue?” Put the drink on the table while plucking the round tofu.

“I think I work first. After that maybe going to college,” Muezza replied with a small nod accompanied by a bitter smile.

“Udah with work?” Asking while sipping a drink.

“Not yet,” muezza says fast

Suddenly Vita remembers something when she came out of a cafe on Imam Bonjol street, before she visited Muezza's house.

“Ngomongin. Last time, if I did not see the wrong job announcement,” he said remembering.

“That's really you, Vit?” Staring full of curiosity.

“Iya, I saw it there. Cook yes I lied,” he said chiming Muezza's remarks.

“Can anter me there?”

Vita agreed.

“Bby, now or tomorrow?” His body rests on a chair.

“If now ... do you mind not?” Leaning his body forward.

“Of course not. Yuk, gaskeun!” said enthusiastically.

“In the meantime, I say goodbye first so don't get nagged by mother.”

Vita nodded letting her friend disappear from her presence, not long after which Muezza came out with various incriminating furniture.

Not furniture such as pans or fryers, which is meant by the furniture is a bag and a job application file.

Vita the calm boy carries his motorbike at high speed which makes Muezza hanging. He thinks Vita's can of that apparently his friend outnumbers the wild racers out there.

“Can not be reduced speed?” muezza shouted next to Vita's ear.

However, Muezza's cry was not heard clearly by Vita.

“What's Mue?” exclaim Vita in between his focus riding a motor matic injection.

“Don't speed up I haven't raced the first night!” muezza's screams did not care about the other riders hearing his words.

Sontak Vita laughed at Muezza—'s silly statementthe little whining.

“Crazy yes, you!” decak Muezza when Vita relaxes the motor gas.

“Why?” asked Vita with a laugh that could not stop.

“I think you're a human being. But, my guess was wrong,” protest Muezza did not suspect the brutality of Vita riding a motorcycle.

“You're more insane!” vita's sneer scoffs at Muezza.

“Why me?” Muezza's eyes glared.

“People ride motor tuh fun, Mue. ‘Well you even thought about the first night, ‘kan crazy!” muezza's inexhaustible taunts Vita with the contents of Muezza's head at that time.

“People really, I want to play the first night with Al—" Muezza stopped his words.

The girl did not want Vita to know about the man her heart adored and again the man did not think it existed even though it was in front of him. The fate of a girl loves in silence, feeling like a cotton swash in the wind and scattering in the air and will land slowly disappearing wind.

Such is the love story of Muezza, his love will run aground if received verbal rejection from his best friend Alun—kakak.

“Al who's Mue?” Glancing at Muezza's face from the rearview mirror, “you already have a guy, huh?” accuse Vita with her curious face.

“But! Al I mean Al-Ghazali his son Maya Estianti,” he said with both eyebrows moving up and down.

“Hu .. basic kang halu! I think Al is your guy's name,” always Vita who has stopped the speed of his motorbike right in front of the cafe.

Netra Muezza looked at the sturdy building before her, the girl seemed to like the cafe. After Vita finished parking his bike he approached Muezza who was standing right in front of the door.

“Yuk!” take Vita with her arms around Muezza's.

The sound of the doorbell ringing along with Muezza pushing the door of the cafe. The girl looked at the design and interior owned by Yoman cafe which seized the attention of Muezza since a few minutes ago she came.

There is one side of the wall that attracts Muezza's attention in addition to the bright blue color of the wall. However, on the wall was a prose that Muezza liked.

Reach love with a since heart.

Her crush was admiring the interior of Muezza's cafe until she didn't realize a tall man was approaching her.

“Hai, can I help you?” greet the man with a smile.

As Muezza and Vita turned their jaws around they both seemed to be falling down looking at the face of a man wearing a white t-shirt and repped jeans with a barista apron tied around his waist.

Having found his greeting unresponsive, the man again asked a question.

“Beautiful phone want to order something?” Staring at Muezza and Vita in turn.

Vita who had come to her senses from her shock immediately elbowed the friend.

“Mue.”

Muezza cleared his throat to relieve his nervousness.

“Hmm, do cafe owners exist? I want to meet,” Muezza said while tucking her hair behind the earlobe.

Again the man presented a sweet smile, “If you may know, what business do you want to meet the owner of this cafe?”

Now it is Vita's turn to answer with all the nervousness that exists.

“Begini ...” Vita's words came to a halt while looking at the man with a meaningful look.

“Call Mario only,” says Mario who is sensitive to the gaze of Vita.

Vita chuckled and continued, “Then I saw the bulletin board out there. That is the reason we want to meet with the owner of the cafe,” explained Vita with straightforward language.

“You met the right person, Miss.”

Not finished talking Muezza offered his job application letter while expressing his heart.

“Alhamdulillah, so the brother of the owner of this cafe. Please accept my work here! God willing I will work diligently,” forever without waiting for a complete explanation of the man.

Mario chuckles at Muezza's words, after which he moves his left hand down so that the energetic girl is silent. Vita covered her face with both palms, while Muezza silenced her mouth with one hand. Mario is very fond of the behavior of Muezza who blinked his eyes quickly.

“Listen well and don't interrupt, okay!” tell Mario to lead the two girls to sit at the table by the door.

“First, I am not the owner of this cafe. I just manage Yoman cafe so call me Mario without any frills, understand!” mario at length.

Muezza and Vita nodded in understanding, but the girl who had the mole on the tip of the nose asked again.

“Lantas what I can work here Bang Mar—" Muezza stopped his speech and he repeated the sentence that had stopped.

“I mean Mario, can I work here?”

“Could certainly. But we are only looking for one employee,” said Mario staring worriedly at the two girls in front of him.

“Quiet, who wants to work only he is not me,” visit Vita while shaking his left hand.

“Alright, tomorrow you can come at one noon. We are not two o'clock and will close at eleven o'clock in the evening,” Mario explained the operating hours at Yoman cafe.

Muezza looked at Vita and looked back at Mario, “That means I'm welcome to work here?”

Mario nodded, “Iya, tomorrow afternoon don't be late. And who am I talking to right now?” ask her by blinking one eye.

“Muezza, can be called Mue and this is Vita. My friend who visited this cafe looking for employees,” said Muezza with a happy-sounding tone.

After a brief introduction, Mario returns Muezza's cover letter and the two girls return with a smile. Not to forget they gave a farewell to Mario—man who made him happy, not because of love but the work he gave.

After the departure of Muezza and Vita, Mario sent a short message to have a cafe.

Yoman my brother, I've got a new employee named Muezza. She is a cute and beautiful girl, Mario messages that afternoon to the owner of the cafe or more briefly boss Mario.

In a different room, the man who got the short message read with glaring eyes in disbelief at the name of his new employee.

“The world is indeed narrow,” complained with a baritone voice.
