[Hae Soo P.O.V]
I still wonder, where am I at this moment? Why does everything seem foreign to me. This place, and people look very strange. Moreover, what kind of stupid clothes am I wearing?
While waiting for the arrival of the foster mother in this foreign place, suddenly a man pulled a hand and put me in the horseless carriage that I had just seen for the first time.
"Hae Soo we're both in trouble, I don't know what to do but obviously we have to hurry up and solve it!" The man I didn't recognize shook my body as he continued to babble at things that were unclear.
Plaques
"Keep your hands off me!" My orders. Then I shifted a little so as not to get too close to him.
"What problem are you talking about? I have absolutely no problem with you, who are you anyway?!" I continued in a annoyed tone.
"Hae Soo, I'm tae Jun! your classmate. Remember no? last week you forced me to make a motorbike. But you broke it." The whine of the man named Tae Jun was increasingly deafening.
"The bike belonged to my cousin. I'd really die if I knew the bike was destroyed." Tae Jun continues.
I just kept quiet while looking out. Everything looks different when this strange train I've been running. There are many tall buildings that surpass the Joseon imperial palace. For a while, I ignored Tae Jun's rant that I didn't understand.
"you hear I'm not Hae Soo anyway?!" Tegur Tae Jun's.
"Ho'ohh... How presumptuous of you to call my name!" I slightly raised my tone of speech. With a firm sitting position I continued my words. "You should know who you're talking to, stranger!"
Tae Jun was stunned, he was a little confused and started to sigh deeply. I could see the look of a desperate face from his face.
"By the way, where are you actually taking me? And what kind of train do you have. I want one like this to take to the palace." My toot.
"Hey.hey...hey...., what's wrong with you anyway?! it's called a car, not a train. The palace? Yeah, we went to the palace to see my cousin! You have to meet him." Tae Jun said.
"Well, I don't seem ready to go to the palace with this look. Is there a simple hanbook inside this thing you call a car?" My toot.
"Hae Soo, you're getting worse. Never mind. We'll be there soon."
****
Arriving at the palace, everything looked different. There were no soldiers on duty and too many people dressed strangely and passing by. This place is not as I know it last time. Is this another palace?
When I got down from the thing called the car, my eyes were immediately fixed on a man who held a small booth containing various kinds of hanbooks. My eyes sparkled as if in disbelief, in this foreign place I could see the hanbook again. It didn't take long for me to immediately run to the booth.
"Hae Soo!" Tae Jun tried to chase me from behind. But suddenly he was confronted by a group of people dressed all in black. I'm a little grateful because, to be honest, that guy is very chatty.
"Miss, rent the hanbook?" Bargain man owner of the booth. I steadily nodded and immediately chose the hanbook.
Of the many colors available, I chose a maroon-colored hanbook with a little gold flower decoration. With a smile I imagined the generosity of the emperor who let me live and escape punishment.
"From the beginning I was sure the emperor would not punish innocent people." Mumbles.
After changing clothes, I also chose a headdress that best matched the hanbook I was wearing. When he came out of the dressing room, the shopkeeper was stunned.
"Well, lady is beautiful like a noble. Ah, but that konde skewer? Is young lady married?" Ask the owner of the booth shyly, I also blushed.
"Yes." Yeah." My answer.
"Oh yeah, where exactly is this?" Tanyaku later.
"Seouls. Duh, madam Masa doesn't know the hell of a big city like this." Tempt the man who owns the store.
"Well, now pay before you wear it." Further.
I swiftly took refuge behind Tae Jun's body and pushed him slowly, asking him to pay the hanbook rent I used.
The owner of the hanbook rental store immediately charged money to Tae Jun. The man stared intently at me and then reached into the money from his pocket.
"Thank you, have fun." The man of the stall chooser smiled widely when he received the money from Tae Jun.
"Why use Hanbook all the time?!" Ask Tae Jun.
"Since the punishment I never use hanbook properly again. Once free it feels relieved." My light.
"Based on strange women, and anyway..why hair ornaments like married people?" Ask Tae Jun.
"I'm already married. This place is called Seoul, right? it deserves to be different from where I came from. Maybe the emperor took me while in this place in exchange for the death penalty." My light.
"Hae Soo, I swear I don't know what you're talking about. What is clear, our current big problem knows! Try focusing a little." Pinta Tae Jun in a slightly angry tone.
"I don't even understand what the problem you've been telling me about before is what." I scolded him back.
Before long, we arrived at a somewhat quiet place. Then a group of men in black who intercepted Tae Jun surrounded me.
"Miss Hae Soo, what are you going to do after successfully damaging our master bike?! You know the bike is expensive and the stock in Korea is only three!" Shoot one of them.
"Even at the risk of your life you will not be able to redeem our master's beloved rebecca!" Suddenly they intimidated me with words I didn't understand.
"motor? Is that something that is precious?! I don't understand why you guys blame me for a bike I don't know what?!" My atonement.
Gret!!!!!
"Don't pretend to forget! You forced mister Tae Jun to lend Rebecca. The motor is now destroyed! You have to take responsibility!"
One of them pulled the collar of the hanbook I was wearing. His cruel gaze reminded me of the punishment I had been through in seclusion.
My head was spinning, my body was shaking violently. I want to feel like I shed tears. While Tae Jun, the man seemed to not care.
What the hell is it?
I really don't understand.
The strangers are pressing me more and more. My head was getting sick and my vision started to blur.
"Take me off! You all get out of the way!!" I tried to release the clutches of the men in black who had been besieging me and suppressing me ever since.
When I managed to escape, I immediately ran as far as possible to avoid them. But this body was too weak to be able to run any faster.
As my consciousness began to decline, suddenly in front of me stood a man who was not so foreign. As I got closer to him, I was sure he was someone I knew well.
BRACKET!
I fell down, while the familiar-looking man immediately approached and caught me in his arms. Up close I could see his face, albeit with a strange appearance but I was sure the man was him...
"Sister-in-law?"
Those were the last words spoken from my lips before I fainted in his arms.
Seriate...
