Six months later. Audrey who was in the office alone felt a contraction. Initially, the pain that he felt disappeared arose with a long time lag. After a few hours of being left, the pain persisted and Audrey was no longer able to endure the pain.

"Aaa .. please. Elly ... Elly ..". " cried Audrey while groaning in pain.

Elly rushed over and saw Audrey on the floor near her desk. Elly helps Audrey stand up and puts Audrey on the chair.

"Miss, what's going on? You okay?" ask Elly to worry.

Audrey shakes her head. He said he had a contraction and asked for help from Elly, (Manager Gallery) to immediately transfer to the hospital. Elly looks panicked, but tries to stay calm. She asks Audrey to stay until she arrives at the hospital. Elly immediately steals Audrey out of the Gallery into the parking lot. He called for Diana's personal driver to help him open the door. Elly and Audrey got in the car. Not long after the car left the parking lot to the hospital on Elly's orders.

On the way to the hospital, Elly contacts Diana. She tells Audrey that she is having contractions and is likely to give birth soon. He also presented the hospital with his goal. Diana tells Elly to take care of Audrey. After the conversation, the call was ended by Elly.

"Patience, Miss. We'll get to the hospital" said Elly, Gallery Manager.

"Aaahh .. This is sa-kit. Mmmhh .. "murm Audrey holding her belly.

Elly rubbed Audrey's belly. He hoped Audrey could survive and nothing happened that harmed her womb and mother. Looking at Audrey who continued to whine in pain, she felt worried. His vision was chaotic, just thinking about when the car he was riding with Audrey quickly arrived at the hospital.

"Sir, sorry.  Can you get a car a little faster?" elly said she was trying to talk to the driver who was driving the car.

"Good, Mom. I'll increase the speed." replied the driver.

The car is moving a little faster than before. Elly looked at Audrey, wiping away the sweat that had already flooded Audrey's pretty face.

"Aahh .. ohhh .. hhh .. "erang Audrey crept her own clothes until they were tangled.

Audrey was in terrible pain. His stomach feels like it's shaking. She did not expect to give birth before the day of labor.

Arriving at the hospital. Audrey immediately got special handling. Elly takes care of everything needed for Audrey. When asked about the patient's family or guardian, Elly replied, if the patient's guardian is on the way.

Enny's fidgeting. He was waiting for news about Audrey while waiting for Diana's arrival. He was anxious, praying that nothing bad would happen.

Suddenly someone came in a hurry to get to Elly. Diana, Sherlyn and Nicholas. Sherlyn, who was with Nicholas, got a call from Diana. Tells her that Audrey has a contraction and is on her way to the hospital. While contacting Sherlyn, Diana's position was also on the way after cancelling an important appointment. The three meet accidentally in the parking lot and eventually enter together into the hospital building.

"Elly, how's Audrey doing?" diana asked in panic.

"Still inside. The doctor was looking for a patient guardian. I'm saying you're on your way" replied Elly.

Diana looked into the room with a gloomy face. He was agitated because he did not expect to get any shocking news.

"Isn't the estimated delivery still less than eight weeks away? is Audrey going to give birth prematurely?" inner Diana was worried.

"Has the patient come?" ask Doctor.

"My-me, Doc. I'm her foster mom. My mom and dad are abroad. So I'm in charge of taking care of it." Diana replied.

The doctor looked at Diana, "Where is her husband? is he busy?" ask the doctor to know.

"He ... " murmured Diana confused what to say. Audrey is a single mother, unmarried and pregnant.

"He's also overseas, Doc. It's on a business trip" Sherlyn said.

The doctor nodded, then gave an explanation. If Audrey had previously experienced contractions, when examined already ruptured the amniotic. Inevitably, Audrey had to give birth prematurely.

The doctor asked Diana to take care of the procedures that had been determined by the hospital for smooth handling. Diana understood, she immediately went to the administration accompanied by Elly who had immediately taken care of the registration of Audrey's entry to the hospital. Like filling out the identity of the patient and others, which he can take care of.

After giving an explanation, the doctor went back in because he had to prepare everything for the labor process.

Sherlyn and Nicholas are waiting in the waiting room. Sherlyn looked tense, she was agitated at the thought of her best friend. As a caring friend, Nicholas tried to cheer. He told Sherlyn that everything would be fine.

"Trust Audrey. She's a strong and great woman. He could have gone through the delivery well. Everything will be fine" said Nicholas.

Sherlyn nodded her head, "Yes, I hope so. Hope the delivery is good. Audrey and her children are safe, healthy too." Sherlyn replied by expressing her hope.

Prayers continued by Sherlyn and Nicholas who were sitting waiting in the waiting room. They dismissed negative thoughts and thought positive things about Audrey struggling.

When you're done taking care of everything. Diana and Elly are back. They are joined by Sherlyn and Nicholas who are waiting for Audrey's delivery.

After a hard struggle, Audrey gave birth to two little angels. One male and one female. Audrey's tears just came out, as she first heard her two babies crying loudly. Audrey is happy, she is speechless and can only be grateful for the gift God gave her.

The two newborns were brought closer to Audrey. The doctor congratulated the birth of Audrey's two children.

"Congratulations, Madam. For the birth of two cute twins," said the doctor friendly.

"Congratulations, Madam. You become a mother of two beautiful and handsome babies" said one of the nurses holding Audrey's twins.

Audrey smiled, "Te-thank you. How are they doing? It's healthy, right?" audrey looked at the Doctor and the nurse who were each carrying the baby.

"both healthy. We'll clean it up soon and take her to the baby's room. You will also be transferred soon after this," replied the Doctor.

The doctor asked the two nurses who accompanied him immediately to take care of the twins Audrey to be cleaned. The doctor checked Audrey's condition. Make sure everything is okay after the delivery process.

Audrey looked at the ceiling. He is grateful for what he received. Getting two twins is the biggest gift for him. It was just that he suddenly remembered a vague person, Hansen. He remembered the man who was the father of his two babies.
