CHAPTER 05 - Kah's Play?

The man dressed very formally, complete with his tie and jass. Now standing in front of the kitchen room, his eyes glared furiously looking for the cover delivery girl. "Arts!" her pekik calls out one name in charge with the witresses, as Jeni is the most senior of the other waitresses.

"I'm Sir" said Jeni who immediately approached the man, a man named Riko.

"Where is the girl who delivered the closing?! get her!" riko's orders on Jeni were jolted in shock.

"Aqila means, sir?" jeni asked with a split courage.

"Whatever his name is, quickly bring him here!" Jeni passed after nodding her head.

Not long after, Aqila who had returned to wearing her work clothes complete with apron tied around her waist, she faced in confusion. "Did you call me?" tanyanya doubt.

"Who allowed you to deliver food to vvip guests? aren't you just a dashwasher, huh!" jolt it again.

"Sorry, Sir." Lirih Aqila was trembling.

The sound of hasty footsteps following Aqila from the direction of the pantry, yes he is Mr. Beni, the Executive Chef who had told Aqila to deliver the dish.

"When Mr. Riko, Aqila was not wrong, I told him, because our waitress was lacking, and the dessert was ready, so avoid the food that would be cold, finally I asked him to deliver it" explained Beni, a man whose age is very mature but has no intention of having a partner.

"Whatever! but for sure I was ordered by the big boss to fire him," said Riko the General Manager, making everyone there surprised, moreover the mistake was not entirely the fault of Aqila.

Aqila bowed sadly, Beni who felt guilty continued to defend Aqila. Because it was not Aqila's fault. "Mr Riko who should have been fired was probably me, because she was delivering food at my command."

"If you want to protest, you can meet the big boss in the neighborhood." Riko passed away not to let Aqila call her to help her.

Jeni who could not bear, stepped closer to Aqila, giving a swipe for Aqila could be patient. "Qil, be patient."

"Aqila, I'll help you talk to our big boss" said Beni, who felt guilty if Aqila was really fired.

"Mr Ben, I tipped my sister yes," said Jeni who hoped Beni.

Beni just admired and and took Aqila's hand to go to meet Dirga, the big boss aka the owner of the restaurant. Whether Beni is conscious or not, but his hand is currently holding Aqila's hand so tightly, that other employees whisper about their closeness, which actually has no relationship except only coworkers.

Arriving at the room that was said earlier by Riko, if there is a big boss. Beni and Aqila fell silent for a moment, exchanging looks to encourage each other. "We must be brave!" said Beni cheering Aqila who could only nod in doubt.

They entered with Beni's hand still holding Aqila's wrist. "Excuse me, Mr. Dirga," said Beni facing directly at the man sitting with his legs crossed, who then lifted his gaze from the device, then stopped the sight of their hands, his lips sharply appreciating.

"There's ap-" Dirga's words were cut off, as her eyes looked at Aqila who was looking at her in fear.

'Yes she's right that girl!' inner Dirga. 'Why does he work as a dashwasher, instead of giving me the money?' his mind kept wondering.

"Mr Dirga, I'm here to explain only 'if Aqila delivers the food on the orders of say-" said Beni cut because Dirga had raised the tank so that he was silent.

'Oh her name is Aqila.'

"So the point is you don't accept my decision? because she's your lover, is she?" dirga asked with a punch, his eyes looking at them in turn, and Aqila looked shaken quickly, to believe that they were just a working relationship.

"Mr Boss, I don't accept it, but it seems unfair that Aqila was immediately fired without warning, after all this is not her fault, because of the lack of waitresses so I was forced to tell her to just help." Beni seemed to not know to give up, because he did not like injustice.

"Then you're the one I fired!" of course Dirga's words made Aqila widened, because defending her senior who he knew the good man would lose his job? this is really ridiculous!

Since then, Aqila did not open her mouth at all, even her head kept down and it was Dirga who thought that Aqila was attending eye contact with her.

"Sir, I beg you not to fire Mr. Beni," said Aqila who suddenly opened her mouth after Dirga said that, she pleaded with Dirga, Dirga furrowed her brows, staring strangely at Aqila's reaction.

'Why does his eyes look like he doesn't know me? is he pretending?' inner Dirga again.

"No more bargaining, you or him coming out! I'm waiting in the GM room, to take the compensation money, please discuss!" Dirga just left Aqila and Beni.

"Mr Beni?"

"Qill? I've heard that you now live with Jeni, surely you really need money, let me get out of here," said Beni sincerely.

"But sir, this job is your dream" Aqila replied. And Beni shook his head slowly. "I also happen to have the intention to resign. I will develop my skills by opening a culinary business. So you need to stay here while you look for another job, which suits your abilities, okay."

Really behind what happened to him and hated by the children of one school, including his own best friend, he actually got good people to him in another place. Aqila nodded and Beni rubbed her head.

"Then you go back to the kitchen, I'll catch up." Aqila nodded and Beni went to the place where Dirga had gone.

Dirga and Leo were talking in Riko's room. "Leo, is there any information on withdrawing money from my account worth one billion?" ask Dirga.

"It doesn't seem to exist, sir. Since I haven't gotten any information from the Bank, what's the matter, sir?"

"No!"

The door was knocked from the outside and it was Beni.

"Lake in!" leo from within.

"Excuse me." Beni is in.

"So you're going out?" ask Dirga.

"Right sir, I'll be out."

"Then, take that. And leave immediately!"

Beni breathed his breath, yes he was very understanding of the arrogant attitude of his Boss, because that's how people feel they have everything. He who is only a subordinate person can only resign.

"Riko, call the girl here, and you go!"
