There are hundreds of languages spoken in the world but with a smile you can speak them all. As Daisha is currently neglecting, she still smiles at the little boy in front of her despite his injured leg. The handsome boy always looked at her with a twinkle of his two beautiful eyes.

''Hi, big brother is okay.''

''Whose name are you? We are not acquainted.'' asked Daisha.

The boy just kept quiet and smiled.

''Brother Daisha's name, whose name are you?'' daisha said with her hand out.

''Arka.'' he replied softly.

''Hi Arka, hopefully we can be good friends huh.'' said Daisha again and answered a nod by Arka.

Daisha has received treatment from a doctor. His leg had a tear wound and required the doctor to do some stitches.

''It is better that the lady is treated here first to make it easier to get further treatment.'' said the doctor who handles Daisha's wounds.

''Sorry doctor, may be outpatient. Poor mother at home alone.''

''If the lady keeps forcing, what can I do, I can't do anything replied the doctor again.

''My mother used to be a doc nurse, so the doctor was calm.''

''Alright, I will write the recipe and immediately go to the adminstration section, miss.

''Good doctor, thank you.''

Daisha walks with a walking stick to help her walk. Not yet he stood up, Rendi came in and opened the door.

''Where are you going?''

''To adminstrasi section.''

''Mama.'' said Arka calling Daisha.

Hearing Daisha's words, Arka's face turned moody and seemed angry.

''Mama.'' said Arka with reddened eyeballs.

Daisha could not bear to see Arka's sad face.

''Hey, don't be sad. Later ask your papa to go to the place of mama ya.'' said Daisha who did not know the actual reality about Mama Arka. However, Arka shook her head again.

Rendi was confused by her son's attitude. Arka is a child who is very reluctant to talk, especially to strangers. In fact, Arka always rebelled when approached by others.

Daisha turned to look at Rendi who had observed her son's conversation with his employee.

Arka nodded and sat down on a wooden chair in the hospital garden.

''Sir, can we talk for a minute?'' ask Daisha.

Rendi watched carefully the interlocutor.
