The next morning, after breakfast with his parents, Farel brought his family back to Bogor. Mr. Rasya who still wants his grandson in his mansion, must give up his grandson in his son Farel to his residence in the city of Bogor.
"Kaysan will play again to Opa's house." Mr. Rasya said to take his grandson to the car.
"Yes Opa!" Kaysan replied while nodding his head.
"We go home first, mother." Sindy kissed the back of her two-in-law's hands.
"Bye... Kaysen!" Madam Alya waved her hand towards the car of her grandson who had already left her mansion.
Mr. Rasya kept his sadness, after his grandson returned to Bogor.
"How dear?" Are you happy to meet my parents?" Farel asked when they were in the car.
"Dear, I feel better, at least we've been to them first, even though I know your mother doesn't like me very much." Sindy said with a sad face.
"So soon they'll love you baby. We just need time to wait for the miracle to come, baby." Farel comforted his wife.
"Hopefully baby, I don't want everything to just look cliched by someone else. They'd think my relationship with my mom and I were so friendly, it didn't just show the hypocrisy of each side." Sindy.
"God willing, we rely only on God who is all-reversing the hearts of men, our duty is only to pray and keep hoping in kindness, forgive my dear mother." Farel kissed his wife's hand.
"Is there anything you want to buy, baby?" Farel asked when they had exited the toll and entered the city of Bogor.
"You buy snacks, it's just that I'm afraid I'll be in the crowd longer because everyone will see me and they'll recognize me easily." Sindy hesitated to shop.
Farel took off the scarf that Sindy always wore around his neck. He made the scarf a hijab for Sindy. Wearing glasses and masks, until Sindy is no longer easy to recognize others.
"If my style were like this, I'd really already be a mafia wife." Sindy then kissed her husband's lips.
"Bas stupid, you're a mafia wife, baby." Farel murmured in his heart.
Sindy opened the car door and headed to the snack bar and bought enough to give to the servants of the mansion.
Farel could not accompany his wife because her hero was sleeping again in his car seat.
Not long after, a salesman helps Sindy put her groceries in the trunk of the car.
Sindy got into her car again by tipping the parking attendant who helped her. When he was done with his shopping, Sindy opened up all the attributes of his disguise and thanked the carpenter.
The new parking attendant noticed Sindy's familiar face, looked at Sindy's pretty face and noticed that she had tipped him for a piece of red money.
"Lho, I-that's doctor Sindy!" He said in a stuttering state.
The carpenter shouted to the snack seller, that he recognized the girl who had been shopping a lot of snacks in this place.
"Teteh Hani, that was Sindy's doctor who was shopping in the shelter." Said the parking lot man.
"What?" Doctor Sindy's the one that went viral?" Oh, my God, why can't we recognize him. Oh, so sorry about it." Speak teteh Hani with a thick Sundanese accent.
Upon arrival at his mansion, Sindy distributed the food he bought to all his servants.
Ani's aunt Sindy asked to share the food.
"Thank you, non, for bringing gifts for us." Said Ani's aunt well-mannered.
Sindy smiled and nodded happily because being so happy could please her servants.
Farel is very fond of Sindy's personality who is very loyal to anyone. His wife had never shown her power within the mansion as its owner.
That is why Sindy was highly respected by all her servants not because she was his wife Farel, but the nature of Sindy who was so friendly to all her servants that her servant never complained about Sindy's personality.

Two months later, Sindy was invited by her campus alma mater to attend a seminar held by BEM as Nara's source at the seminar.

Doctor Alan who already knew that the main source of this seminar was doctor Sindy, he was very happy to meet again with the girl of his dreams.

Feeling bitter about Sindy, Dr. Alan was embarrassed by her professors. Dr. Alan is one of the alumni of the medical campus, only he finished first, only a year later, Sindy attended the same place as him.
Because they both have achievements in medicine, they were invited and sat together in the seminar room.
The event began by starting a welcoming event given by several campus professors to give some messages and their impact on their two best students, who already has a name in the hearts of the community, especially the doctor Sindy, who is currently on the rise, for his popularity in the hearts of the people of Indonesia, which has saved the lives of many women in childbirth in problematic quotes on their pregnancy.

Greetings to all of us because on this day, we have special guests, especially doctors Sindy who has made the name of this campus, to come from various countries and study on this campus.
We should be grateful and proud of him, who has advanced medical science with the intelligence he has, he said, which cannot be addressed by us as his senior doctor and also his professor in dealing with various cases of disease in pregnant women but Sindy doctor was able to overcome it easily.
What makes us curious is how he found the problem point of the case in pregnant women, in a short time, which is usually a doctor like me who only raises his hands on the husband or family of the patient, in a short time, by giving them a choice, the child or the mother we had to save.
And we can always save the baby but we can't save the mother from the baby. This makes it a heavy blow for us as his senior doctors, who have to be more able to deal with the patient's problems but we are difficult to do so due to the limitations of science.
But Sindy's doctor was just our former student with a lot to learn with the same curriculum material from the same lecturer, but she got through it all with ease. Hence some of the campuses in the country outside many asked me about this Sindy doctor, for his success and would like to invite him to the same event that will be held at the existing medical campus abroad.
Well, before being invited by foreigners, we were the first campus to invite him as our speaker, in order to give his knowledge to these professors and also his sisters on this campus, who will soon plunge directly into the community in developing their duties, he said, as a public servant, especially obstetricians.
