33. PART 33
Every meeting there must be a farewell, every farewell will be
leaving memories. Impressions and messages will be said to accompany the farewell itself. There is no beautiful farewell, if you want to choose, it may be better to stick with any path, but we cannot resist the game of destiny that requires us to live it.
That morning, Sindy and her two children let go of her husband to Germany.
Sindy who from last night could not stop crying because she had to part with Farel for one month.
"Darling!" One month is just a minute, why are you so sad, hmm?" Farel stared at his wife's face, who was so afraid of losing her.
"Once darling. I feel uneasy right now feeling that something is scaring me so much to be left behind by you." Sindy said as she sobbed.
"Why is that so, if you're afraid of being apart for too long, let's go to Germany together!" Farel.
This time Sindy seemed to think hard, if she followed her husband for a month, then the responsibility of the hospital would be chaotic but in a long stay by her husband, she was not willing.
This was where Sindy felt a great dilemma. She decided not to go with her husband to Germany and instead devoted herself to her hospital.
"Later once a week we will visit you dear," said Sindy comforting herself and her husband.
"Are you really going to visit me?" Farel asked to convince himself that his wife would seriously visit him later.
"Hm!" Sindy straightened her husband's tie again and drove her husband to the front door of the mansion.
Farel holds his daughter Afta and his hero Kaysan.
"Kaysan, I want to go abroad, as long as you go you have to protect your mama and dede Afta." Farel gave his first message to his beloved son.
Farel kissed his son and daughter's cheeks and kissed his wife's lips.
"May there be good news that I will receive after my return from Germany." Farel whispered those sweet words to his wife who only heard her husband's words.
"Aaamiin, God willing, dear." Sindy said with a wry smile with her eyes that returned to tears.
"Honey don't cry dong!" There are children who will accompany your loneliness." Farel calmed his wife.
"Yes baby!" Sindy wiped her tears dry so that her husband would not be sad to see her like this.
"Papa's bye!" Go home quickly!" Kaysan waved his hand towards his papa car which had already left his mansion towards the airport.
Sindy asks her servant to accompany her children to play.
He went to his room and cried again.
"What's wrong with me, why can't I stop my tears." Sindy was upset.
Not long after the sound of his phone rang many times. Sindy calmed herself down shortly before receiving a call from the hospital.
"Hallo!"
"Hallo Bu Sindy's doctor, please go to the hospital immediately because there are patients who have just given birth instead of having convulsions." Doctor Alea said to his boss.
"Okay, I'll be there soon." Sindy washed her face again and dressed for a while to disguise her eyes and cheeks so as not to look fresh out of tears.
Sindy said goodbye to her son Kaysan and kissed his daughter's cheek and then in her car she drove to her hospital through the back door of the hospital which is one area with her mansion.
"Thank you, my husband, you built a hospital close to our house so that I didn't have to compete with other vehicles to get to work or when I came home. You're great, baby, prepare everything for me to keep me comfortable with the kids and the hospital." Sindy monologue.
The security guard opened the gate at the back of the hospital.
Sindy left her car parked inside the back garden gate and did not want to enter her car into the front parking lot of the hospital, so she could easily escape if she was finished in the hospital.

"What happened to the doctor, why did patient Mrs Erna have convulsions?" Ask doctor Sindy to doctor Alea who handles the patient.
"I've also tried to find the trigger doctor but it hasn't worked. It's been given a sedative but it's still so." Dr. Alea explained in detail.
"All right, I'll look at the patient's condition." Doctor Sindy went into the patient's room and looked carefully at the patient's condition.
He asked the nurse to replace the infusion in accordance with the pain of the patient and the drug to be injected into the infusion fluid.
After giving the injection to the patient, mistress Erna finally regained her composure. Sister and doctor Alea felt very grateful because doctor Sindy handled her patients easily.
"Where is the patient's husband, the nurse?" Ask Sindy's doctor who doesn't see the patient's family.
"So here the doctor, probably called his family again because I saw Mr. Rendra walking towards the park." Nurse Yuni said while looking out the window.
"Oh that's doctor Sindy's man." Nurse Yuni said as she pointed her finger at the patient's husband.
"Make him face my office!" Doctor Sindy said and returned to her study.
Doctor Sindy, looking at her family picture on her desk. She noticed her husband's smile so handsome.
"I miss you so much, baby." Sindy then turned her attention to her laptop screen.
Tok..toks!"
"Please enter!" Sindy's doctor cried from the inside.
The patient's husband Mrs Erna went to see the doctor Sindy who, at the moment, remains successful on every media screen.
"Good afternoon Doctor Sindy!" Greetings Mr. Rendra.
Sindy looked at the husband's face from her patient. Mr. Rendra stared at the beautiful face of doctor Sindy without blinking.
Mr. Rendra is a very wealthy coal businessman. He currently has three wives and his third wife is Lady Erna who is only seventeen years old. His two wives could not give him offspring, only Erna could give him offspring.
"Please sit down Mr. Rendra!"
"Thank you doctor!
"Sorry Mr. Rendra, I would like to speak seriously with you about your wife, Mrs Erna.
"I just want to ask you a few personal questions."
"Please doctor!"
"Look, the current state of the patient is not so good, because the patient is experiencing convulsions continuously. All I want to ask is, how old was Miss Erna when you married her?" Ask the doctor Sindy who was suspicious of the age of Erna who was so young but was disguised as 17 years old.
"Is it something to do with doctors?" Asked Mr. Rendra while swallowing his saliva violently.
"Of course there's a connection to his pain, if you don't mind please tell us so we can try to treat it, if you're hiding something from us, I'm asking you to take Miss Erna to another hospital." Sindy's doctor said with a slight threat.
Mr. Rendra took a deep breath and exhaled violently before answering Sindy's doctor's question.
"I married her when she was thirteen. Because his body was so big, he did not look like his age so I asked him and married him in a betelike because my two wives did not allow me to marry again." Said Mr. Rendra.
"Geez!" Said doctor Sindy who regretted the actions of Mr. Rendra who married a minor Erna.
"It looks like you paid him off before you married him. She had an abortion twice on your orders. And you don't marry her betrothed unless you make her a mistress." Sindy's doctor said plainly.
On his private jet, Farel stared at a picture of his family on his phone. He felt his yearning more quickly before stepping on the German city of Hamburg.
"Darling, papa will be home soon to see you. Papa won't be long, dear because you don't want to stay away from you for too long." Farel Lirih muttered.
"Excuse me sir, do you want to eat or drink something?" A beautiful flight attendant asked Farel.
"Master!" Call the flight attendant one more time because he saw Farel still dumbstruck staring at the screen of his phone.
"Oh yes, ma'am!" Farel flinched then looked at his steward's face.
"Sorry Mr. Farel!" I just want to offer you a meal or drink you might need because it's lunchtime." Rena Sayings.
"No problem, give me what you cook for me." Say Farel accordingly.
"You want to eat rice, sir?"
"Yes, rice, chicken or steak and lemon tea drinks only." Farel.
"Have you prepared all the files we need Rendy?" Ask Farel to his assistant.
"I'm the boss, I've brought everything. I have also put it in your file. And there are some files you need to handle. There's an email already in, which you haven't opened." Said Rendy who reported all her duties to her boss Farel.
"Can we start working on this plane, so as not to waste time." Farel then opened his laptop.
"Excuse me Sir!" Said the flight attendant who had brought food for Rendy and Farel.
The flight attendants served food to these two handsome men. Farel kept his laptop back because he had to fill his stomach which is now hungry.
"We should eat first, so it works more comfortably if the stomach is full." Farel said and enjoyed the food.
"Boss, why don't you invite your little family to come with us to Germany?" Looks like you can't get far with your wife sir." Said Rendy on the sidelines enjoying the food.
"I've brought him Rendy, but as always, Sindy is still hesitant about his men's ability to deal with the patient's problems. Though he has enough to give his knowledge and test for himself some doctors who are already adept at handling his patients.
He was afraid they were wrong in acting because it would bring down the reputation of the hospital that he had built up the trust of the community all along." Farel gave an excuse.
"Then, Sindy's doctor will continue to be bound by the hospital, if he does not give the opportunity to obstetricians who are experts in treating patients. I'm sure if Sindy's doctor can give them a chance to keep an eye on the workings of his men, it might work because they've tried their best to show their performance optimally." Rendy's words made Farel reflect on his assistant's words.
"You're right, too, Rendy. I will try to convince him again to give other doctors the opportunity to show their teeth through the ability they have, certainly with the knowledge they have gained from my wife. They must have done it with confidence." Timpal Farel with a smile.
