Princess Seraphina

Princess Seraphina
CHAPTRE 45

In the chaos, Aldi was getting closer. Seraphina closed her eyes. In that closeness, their eyes were closed and the feelings between them were burning. Aldi could feel Seraphina's heartbeat so hard and was lulled by his own feelings.

A rare moment between the two of them, and now that closeness brings a sense of warmth enveloping the heart and mind

And when Aldi was about to express his feelings, a voice came from behind.

"Sorry, brother..."

Aldi immediately woke up Seraphina who was still in his arms. Seraphina was surprised to hear someone call her. Then Seraphina answered, "Yes?"

It turned out that the person who hit earlier was a schoolboy, wearing a gray white uniform and still carrying a backpack. The boy said that he did not see the road ahead because he was calling his friend. Seraphina and Aldi stared at each other, then Aldi gave advice to always be careful to the child. After the matter was over, Seraphina saw the ice cream she was carrying fall to the floor. Some of the chocolate was about Aldi's jacket.

"Sorry, Aldi. Your jacket is so dirty, let me clean it for a while," Seraphina said as she picked up a tissue from her pocket.

"no need. It's just dirty this way doang, it'll also dry itself,"

Seraphina insisted, "No, even if this is dirty, it must be cleaned. Don't argue anymore."

Aldi could only obey, not daring to say more. Seraphina even used a bit of her magic, but it was unknown to Aldi. People started to notice them, many were crowding around looking at them. Aldi did not expect many people to see Seraphina cleaning her jacket. Unable to stand the limelight, Aldi spoke slowly, "Phina, we better go to a quieter place."

Seraphina remained focused on cleaning up the remaining ice cream on the jacket, "It's also over soon."

"If you don't believe it, look around you now" Aldi said, distracting himself.

When Seraphina turned her head around, she only understood the situation. Many people looked at the two of them from a distance, as if both of them were artists. Aldi found out that Seraphina had understood the situation, and she took him to get out of the shopping building.

After getting outside, Aldi leaned against the chair in front. He felt relieved to have escaped the crowd of many people, his eyes closed enjoying the fresh outdoor air. Suddenly, a chill stung his cheek, making him shocked.

It turned out that the coldness on her cheek came from the canned drink that Seraphina had brought, which she had intentionally attached. "Drink, isn't this your favorite drink?"

"Black Coffees" the canned drink was Aldi's favorite. However, Aldi did not expect Seraphina to do something he had never imagined. Then Aldi picked up a canned drink, "Thank you, Phina."

He quickly drank it, and it calmed his mind. All of the previous events were slowly forgotten, only calmness at that moment. Then Aldi glanced to the side, he saw Seraphina also drinking from a bottle, but not coffee, just orange juice. Aldi smiled looking at him, then glanced back.

"Tumben really, you know my favorite drink. Especially when you stick it on your cheek. Is your day good now?"

Then Seraphina continued in a soft voice, "Especially after giving me such a good outfit, isn't returning the favor a little bit natural?"

But slowly Aldi's hand hugged Seraphina's left arm, pushing her a little closer. Seraphina unconsciously leaned her head right on Aldi's shoulder.

And a few seconds later, Seraphina realized that she was resting her head on Aldi's shoulder. In shock, he immediately moved away, keeping his distance from Aldi. Then he patted her on the back quite hard, "You are that right now? It's starting to fad. Try if there was someone through here, how did they respond. Don't you like to attract a lot of people?"

"Haha..." Aldi laughed loudly. "It's true that if other people saw us it would be embarrassing, but if it was just Phina doang, I don't feel too embarrassed right now."

Seraphina took it very seriously, her face showing that she was currently irritated. However, Aldi replied again, “Wait a minute, don't get mad so. You were already ngagetin I used canned drinks, now replace Phina.“

"Here you go, it's up to you" Seraphina leaned her body on the chair and turned her face away.

Because Aldi was satisfied to tease Seraphina, now he took the phone in his pocket. Then open an app, an advanced online map. By slightly adjusting the direction of the destination, Aldi has determined where he will continue the journey. However, Aldi did not say the place, only pointing out that it was the place most favored by Seraphina. Finally, the hard work of persuading it worked. Seraphina agreed to follow him, so the two of them headed to the basement and went to the destination driving a car.

In the middle of the journey, Seraphina was still not in spirit. In his heart, he muttered, "If only the stars were here, they would definitely give me direction. Unfortunately they're still in the palace, so I don't know what to do with this awkwardness."

Although the two of them did not talk to each other, Aldi did not bother him too much because he already had his own plans. Turning his head for a while, Seraphina was still staring at the window.

“Wah, really upset him. Did the joke go too far?” Aldi also muttered in his heart.

Not for long, arrive at the destination. Visible only the building is blue sea, the special level is also less striking. However, once inside the building, Seraphina's previously lackluster face turned so cheerful. What he saw was something extraordinary in his life; the atmosphere was filled with bookshelves, the right and left sides were filled with many important papers, and the distinctive scent of books enveloped the entire room.

“For some people, this place may be less interesting, but for book lovers, it is certainly the most impressive thing ever. This is where we are, the most complete library in the city. Since 2020, this place has never been closed, always open 24 hours every day,” Aldi said.

Seraphina was stunned by the beautiful scenery in front of her, but something stuck in her mind. Then Seraphina asked Aldi, “Wait a minute. I have never told anyone that this book is my favorite. Why would Aldi know, but where?"

Aldi shifted his gaze, then Seraphina still insisted on asking again, “Where do you know, if I like books?“

“Please don't laugh. Actually the information I got about your interest in books comes from dreams.“ Aldi replied with a fear of being wrong.

“Dreams?“

“Iya, dream. There was a twinkling light like a star, and that was when the strange sound spoke of that information.“
