CHAPTER 55 Last Request

After more than a week Sari lay unconscious, finally today Sari was conscious and opened her eyes. Seen around him there is Reza and his mother who is loyal to take care of him.

"Mas Reza.

"Yes dear..," said Reza happy.

"Mother...," Sari's voice was weak.

"Alhamdulillah, you are aware son," said the mother.

"Reza quickly you tell the doctor that Sari is conscious" said the mother.

"Yes, ma'am" said Reza.

Reza rushes out of Sari's room to the doctor's room not too far from Sari's room and informs her of Sari's current state. The doctor came and checked on Sari. The doctor said Sari's condition was stable then the doctor released the oxygen hose that had been installed. After checking once again Sari's condition and making sure everything was okay, the doctor left Sari to continue her work again.

"Darling.I'm glad you're sober now" Reza said.

Sari just smiled looking at Reza.

"Son, you are conscious" said the mother.

"Mother..," said Sari slowly.

"Mas Reza, I want to go home, I'm tired of it here" said Sari slowly.

"Sari, you're still not cured, you still have to be hospitalized" Reza said.

"I don't want to come here mas.I want to go home.I want to see Gilang," said Sari in a slow voice.

"Sabar Sari, you must recover first and then go home" said the mother.

"Dear, you have to be healthy first" Reza said.

"But I want to see my son, I miss Gilang," said Sari began to cry.

"I want to see Gilang" said Sari again.

"Yes later in the afternoon I bring Gilang here, so I can meet you," said Reza.

Sari nodded and smiled at Reza. Sari looked around the hospital room in her room. He didn't see the rainbow there.

"Mom...where is the Rainbow Brother ?" ask Sari slowly.

"I want to meet with Pelangi ma'am" said Sari again.

"Son, you're working, son, I'll tell him to come and see you" replied Sari.

"You want to eat, son, let's have a ready mother" said the mother.

"So ma'am, I don't want to eat, I cape ma'am.I want to sleep." said Sari weakly.

"Darling you have to eat, get well soon" Reza said.

"I don't want to eat mas..," said Sari again.

Sari nodded slowly, after saying goodbye to mother, Reza went home to pick Gilang up. Mom was still busy peeling the orange fruit and gave it to Sari.

Mom then cried hugging Sari tightly. Mother did not understand why Sari suddenly spoke like that.

"I'm sorry for all Sari's mistakes ma'am" said Sari, crying.

"Mother has forgiven all your mistakes, son.have not cried Sari," said the mother while continuing to hug Sari tightly.

Sari was already relieved after apologizing to her mother and slowly let go of their embrace.

"Yes, son. for a moment, I'll tell your sister first" said the mother.

Mother then sent a message via whatsapp to Pelangi, telling her that Sari was aware and Sari wanted to meet with Pelangi. Rainbow responded and after returning from work Rainbow immediately visited Sari in the hospital.

"Son.mom already told your sister that you want to see her" said the mother.

"There are still many, ma'am" said Sari.

"One more time Sari apologized ma'am," said Sari in a very slow voice.

"Mom has forgiven all your mistakes, son, now don't think about it anymore" said the mother.

"Sari's mother had a request before Sari died" Sari said.

" Huuusss.you can't say that, no good boy, you have to be sure that you're healed" said the mother encouragingly.

"Remember your son is still a child, still needs affection from you his mother Sar," mother's advice.

"But ma'am...Sari was afraid that Sari could not survive any longer" said Sari.

"Sari has a request...Sari wants Kak Pelangi to marry mas Reza bu." said Sari again with a voice that has become weaker.

"Pity Gilang ma'am.no one gives love to a mother, if Sari is not there...Sari believes that Pelangi can give love to Gilang like her own child," explained Sari.

I just quietly listened to Sari's explanation. Mother does not know what to do, helping Sari persuade Pelangi to marry Reza or not. A difficult choice for a mother. After a few hours, Rainbow came to visit Sari. Sari was closing her eyes with the mother beside her who was looking at her.

Sari slowly opened her eyes looking at the Rainbow, and she greeted the Rainbow with a smile.

"Alhamdulillah, you finally realized Sar..," I said.

Rainbow approached Sari and held her hand, mother just silently looked at her two favorite daughters.

"Sister.I'm sorry, brother, so far has hurt my brother a lot, said Sari.

"Yes Sar, I have forgiven you for a long time.I also apologize, I am also very wrong with you," I said.

"Yes, brother" said Sari.

"Sister Rainbow.Sister can not help me," said Sari.

"If I can, I will help you Sar" I said.

"Sister, I'm not too old anymore.why brother would grant my last request," said Sari.

"Mother please persuade Pelangi sister ma..," pinta Sari.

Mom just kept silent with a sad face, I don't know what to say. Mother cannot possibly persuade Rainbow to marry Reza, while mother knows that Rainbow loves a man named Hendra even though they have broken up. Sari is desperate for her hope to make Rainbow a mother for her son, gone already. Rainbow becomes worried about what to do, it is impossible for Rainbow to fulfill Sari's last request to marry Reza but on the other hand Rainbow feels sad to not be able to grant it.
