“No need.” Kuroto said as his Byakugan turned into a Tenseigan.
Looking at the royal blue Dojutsu with the white flower pattern in Kuroto's eyes, and feeling the power radiating from it, even the ever calm and serene Uchiha Itachi felt a wave in his heart.
Shisui patted her shoulder, and explained, “That's Tenseigan, Dojutsu on top of Byakugan, you remember what Tsukihi-san said to us, right?”
Itachi nodded, "Yes, the Tenseigan, the Dojutsu that can rival the Rinnegan."
In the Peak War in Amegakure, while fighting Konan, Itachi did see some of Kuroto's abilities, but this was the first time he had seen Dojutsu itself; and he could feel the power contained within, even though he didn't really understand about the Tenseigan considering he only once saw Kuroto use his power.
And this also makes sense, since Kuroto rarely uses his Tenseigan these days, after all, very few enemies could force him to have to use the Tenseigan, after all, the current Byakugan Kuroto is also one of the purest, so just using the Byakugan is more than enough to complete most Anbu missions.
Kuroto ignored Shisui and Itachi's discussion and focused on deciphering the Stone Tablet in front of him, to him, who had the Tenseigan, the Stone Tablet could clearly be deciphered without any problems; the key point was Visual Prowess… And in the presence of Visual Prowess of the Tenseigan, the entire Stone Tablet can be deciphered quite easily.
After reading the contents of the Stone Tablet, Kuroto sighed, 'That is really one of the two main causes of all the problems experienced and still experienced by the Uchiha Clan.'
According to Kuroto the contents of the Stone Tablet can roughly be divided into four parts. And the higher the Visual Proficiency of the reader, the more parts of the Stone Tablet they can solve.
The first part is a kind of fairy tale. It mentions the story of Otsutsuki Kaguya who ate the Fruit of Shinju and became the first human to bear the Chakra, then using that power she calmed down hard times; united the world, and then gave birth to a child. Although it contains a lot of information; for the most part, it is not very important for the time being and can be read by those who own the Three Tomoe Sharingan.
The second part has some more important content, it mentions the story of Otsutsuki's son Kaguya who became the first human born naturally with Chakra, the, he defeated the ruthless Shinju who transformed into Juubi and came to be known as Rikudo Sennin; then he spread the beliefs and teachings of Ninshu; becoming the progenitor of all Shinobi.
It then declares some of the secrets of the Mangekyou Sharingan; the method to obtain it and how it can be used to control one of the nine Bijuu.
It also expressed the regret of Rikudo Sennin; the worry he had for the future of the Shinobi world and the Uchiha Clan.
This passage clearly indicates that the Uchiha Clan is a descendant of the Rikudo Sennin, and is probably one of the main reasons for the innate arrogance of the Uchiha Clan. In addition to having the extraordinary Chakra that the Sharingan gave to the Uchiha; the words left behind by Rikudo Sennin on the Stone Tablet might also have a certain influence on the mindset of the Uchiha Clan and ingrained their flesh to have a natural advantage when compared to the others.
After all, when an Uchiha learned that he was a descendant of Rikudo Sennin, the ancestor of all Shinobi types, he would obviously be unconsciously proud of his ancestor and origin, he said, thus giving birth to natural superiority and arrogance towards others.
Then there was the third part, and Kuroto could guess that it could not be deciphered with the usual Mangekyou Sharingan; the reader needs an Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan or perhaps a Mangekyou Sharingan with a very high Visual Prowess that can match the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.
The third section records very little content and can be easily summarized in one line, 'Searching for stability, one god is divided into Yin and Yang, 'Searching for stability, one god is divided into Yin and Yang, these two opposites acting together get all things in creation.
The meaning of this line is very simple, but it actually has two meanings, one is the actual meaning and the other is the meaning perceived by the Madara Uchiha and probably most of the Uchiha, that is, the, only by combining the Yin of the Uchiha Clan and the Yang of the Senju Clan could one obtain the Chakra of the Rikudo Sennin; what was ultimately the Rinnegan.
Originally, the intention of leaving the Stone Tablet was to prevent the Uchiha from waking up Rinnegan. Rikudo Sennin actually hoped the Uchiha Clan would realize that only when the Uchiha and Senju united, that Uchiha reconciliation with the Senju Clan would truly save the Uchiha Clan and the Shinobi World.
Madara clearly misunderstood the underlying meaning, which is why the battle of the Valley of the End occurred. Madara may lose the battle, but he completes his goal and obtains the Yang Chakra of the Senju Clan; more specifically; the Yang Chakra of Asura who lives inside the Shodaime Hokage; therefore, the Yang Chakra of the Senju Clan; more specifically; the Yang Chakra of the Asuras who live inside the Shodaime Hokage; therefore, the, he succeeded in combining Yin and Yang and obtained the Rinnegan representing the Power of All Creation.
Then lastly there is the fourth part that mentions about the sealed Kaguya and Rikudo Sennin's concern for the other members of the Otsutsuki Clan. Clearly, Rikudo Sennin did not know much about the Otsutsuki Clan but he was still afraid of his mother's origin; a warning about her Infinite Tsukuyomi, and possible reasons for using it.
Looking at the entire contents from the observer's point of view, Kuroto might regard this Stone Tablet as the last words or hope of Rikudo Sennin's death to his son Otsutsuki Indra; and Indra's later descendants. Not only tells the origin of the Uchiha Clan but there are also mentions about the Chakra Fruit, Shinju, and Juubi. Important information about Yin and Yang, the method of awakening the Rinnegan, and finally the sealed Kaguya; warnings about the Infinite Tsukuyomi Kaguya, the misfortune that the Sharingan brought, and some other minor details.
Of course, this is all the content that Kuroto has deciphered after deleting and re-editing all the information related to Project Tsuki no Me.
Black Zetsu had cleverly made changes to the Stone Tablet, and what should have been a warning about the Infinite Tsukuyomi Kaguya, had turned into the only Jutsu that could save the Uchiha Clan and the Shinobi World. This passage records 'When a person possessing the power of Samsara approaches the moon, an eye will open which is reflected to the moon to give an eternal dream.' Which was basically an instruction to perform Infinite Tsukuyomi and all of this was attributed to Rikudo Sennin's method of saving the Uchiha Clan.
At that moment, Madara was emotionally agitated due to the death of his sister Izuna whom he deeply cared about, and had just awakened the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan; so when he broke the Tablet Stone up here; there was clearly a wave in his heart.
Then Madara realized that forming a village would not lead to true peace so his conflict with Shodaime began; he tried to convince the Uchiha Clan to leave Konoha, but no one chose to follow him; he did; betrayed by the shinobi of her own clan whom she has protected for years, Madara leaves the Village alone, determined to complete the Tsuki no Me Project and bring true peace to the Shinobi World.
'His love.' Kuroto thought but didn't care much.
After regaining his gaze, Kuroto did not care much about the Stone Tablet, but she still had some doubts in her heart.
Black Zetsu did not have a Sharingan, nor another Rinnegan or Dojutsu of the same level, yet he could decipher the Stone Tablet and also edit the inscription without leaving a trace and this was quite confusing.
If not for the fact that Kuroto had known the truth before, even he would have been confused and swayed to believe that it was true.
'Does that mean Kaguya, the creator of Black Zetsu also gave him a port for his own power?' Kuroto would not want to make such a guess. The reason for this guess was also a little thought out, because even with the Tenseigan, Kuroto knew that he could not change anything in the Stone Tablet, but Zetsu who did not have Dojutsu could do it, so it can only be attributed to the power of Kaguya residing in the Black Zetsu.
And most likely Kuroto's guess was correct, that is, the Kaguya Chakra was indeed sealed within the Black Zetsu; although Kuroto is not sure how many Chakras are still left considering that almost a millennium has passed but there must be a Kaguya Chakra still present within him, otherwise, there must be a Kaguya Chakra still present within him, how else could he succeed in a sneak attack on Madara?
