The Sword of Totsuka
Ruins of the Uchiha Clan of the Warring States Period.
Uchiha Shisui stroked the mural on the wall with a deep look and shouted, "Itachi, come here and look at this."
Itachi Uchiha who was not too far away walked over and carefully observed the mural that Shisui pointed at.
The Murals tells the story of an Uchiha Shinobi.
'Once upon a time, there was an Uchiha, he and one other child born as the son of the Patriarch of the Uchiha Clan, and an Kunoichi of another Clan whose name has not been mentioned, perhaps he was a Senju? Uzumaki's? The hyuga? The kaguya? Or maybe another Shinobi Clan? But it didn't matter because as soon as she gave birth to two children, twins; she died of severe weakness and exhaustion.
The existence of two children (One male and one female) was kept secret and they were both raised by one of the Patriarch's loyal subordinates.
The boy, the older of the two was trained to become the next Patriarch of the Uchiha Clan, and he was the outstanding shinobi the Uchiha Clan had seen. Whatever he was taught, he would always understand it at once and raise it to various levels, his wisdom unlike any other.
He always fought on the front lines, and never lost a single battle. Rumors say that he was born with a special body and whatever wounds he received soon healed, there is no correct answer about what the exact cause is but he is considered the strongest of all, he said, the strongest who ever lived.
When his father died, his eyes turned into different patterns and he gained more power, he used that power to kill more enemies.
With him on their side, the Uchiha Clan was confident of being able to dominate the Senju Clan, with him on their side, the Uchiha Clan was confident it would eventually dominate the entire Shinobi World.
However one day, when the Uchiha Clan returned from the war against the Senju Clan, something happened, what actually happened was unknown, but it was a disaster for the Uchiha Clan. The invincible Uchiha who was said to be invincible died from murder and the person who killed him was none other than his own little sister.
After killing her brother, the sister also injured her older brother's wife and then fled the scene. His wife, who was critically injured, died shortly afterwards.
The Uchiha Clan searched in the Shinobi World to find the whereabouts of the traitorous sister for months and years, they had to punish her for her betrayal, but they could never find her, perhaps he had fled to the ends of this world and died, or perhaps he had killed himself out of guilt; the true cause of his disappearance was unknown but he was never seen again.'
"Surprisingly, why did the sister kill her own twin brother for no reason?" itachi muttered with a thoughtful expression on his face.
Shisui was also confused, and said, “There may be many reasons, and we will not know the exact cause; but other than that, see here? Did you see this?”
Itachi followed Shisui's gaze and saw two different murals, there were two paintings of two different Susano'o facing each other. What is interesting about these two Susano'o is that they are seen carrying two different types of weapons.
Susano'o first brought the Great Pumpkin while the other Susano'o carried the Great Shield.
Itachi said doubtfully, “Labu great? And the Giant Shield?”
Shisui added, “Moreover the color of Pumpkin and Shield is completely different from the second color of Susano'o which is both black and white respectively. Maybe Pumpkin and Shield is not a natural part of Susano'o.”
Although these paintings are centuries old, reading and deciphering them is not a problem for Shisui and Itachi.
Both Shisui and Itachi understand that Susano'o is actually a manifestation of its own chakra through the Mangekyou Sharingan. The color of one's chakra will never have many different colors; therefore; each Susano'o weapon must have the same color as the main Susano'o body.
Itachi said, "The Pumpkin is most likely the Sword of Totsuka."
Shisui muttered with a frown, "But shouldn't the Totsuka Sword be a Sword and not a Pumpkin?"
Itachi said after a bit of thought, “According to what Kuroto-san told us, the Totsuka Sword is a Sealing Sword, quite special and different from the other Kusanagi Swords, his appearance may not be as simple as we think. ”
Shisui nodded, then said, “If that's the case, then the shield is most likely the Yata Mirror, right?”
Itachi nodded, "Very possible."
After reaching a consensus, the two split up and searched the ruins to look for any more clues they could find. However, even after searching for a long time, the two never found any more clues related to the Pumpkin or Shield in the Mural.
After meeting again, Shisui said, “There are no records of this Pumpkin or Shield in the Klan archives. If we assume that one of the two artifacts belonged to the brother, does that mean it was buried along with the brother's body?”
Itachi also thought of the same possibility.
If these Pumpkins and Shields were so powerful, there should have been some kind of record about them in the Clan, yet no one knew about them, there were no records left, in fact, there is also no information about the twin brothers.
This can only mean that everything related to the sibling pair including all information is destroyed or lost. This weirdness made Itachi and Shisui realize something was wrong here.
Opening the map, Itachi drew a few circles on the map based on his memories, then said, "I've checked the Archives inside the Clan, this location is a burial ground, maybe we can find some information here."
After Konoha was founded, all the ninja and civilians who died were buried in Konoha cemetery, and the Uchiha clan was no exception, therefore, the Uchiha clan was buried, the graves of the Uchiha Clan used during the Warring States Period had long been abandoned and most of them were left unattended.
With a little hesitation, Shisui nodded, “Alright, let's take a look.”

Itachi believed that the ancestors would be willing to forgive the two young people of their clan because he and Shisui did this for the peace of the Shinobi World and for the Uchiha Clan.
Shisui nodded and the two left the location to start the grave robbery.
