''After this I'll find another job, anything. After all I can still snack in Yuda cafe.'' Ranum replied.

A phone ring on Ranum's desk rang so loudly.

''Hallo?'' Ranum.

''Ranum, can you come to my room right now?'' ask someone from behind the phone.

''Fine, sir. I will be there soon, he replied.

Ranum immediately put the phone algae back in place. He walked into a room that someone mentioned had called.

''Enter!'' I heard the answer from inside the room.

''Excuse me sir. You call me?'' asked Ranum kindly.

''Sit.''

''Thank you.'' Ranum replied as he sat himself down.

''It is clear that you must know the reason why I asked you to come here, said Mr. Andre.

''Yes, sir.''

''Do you have any problems in this office? Or maybe you've got a better job out there?'' ask Mr. Andre.

''No sir, it's not like that. I am happy to work here. But, after this I just want to focus on taking care of my son at home, replied Ranum.

''You know, you are one of the most talented employees. I really appreciate your persistence and hard work all this time. But I also cannot impose one's will to stay or to keep working here.''

Ranum also nodded.

''Thank you for your understanding, sir.'' Ranum replied.

''Ranum, I am indeed your superior. But I have no power to sign your resignation file, Mr. Andre said.

''Go to Mr. Agam's room. He asked me that you hand him over directly to his room, Mr. Andre said.

''But sir?'' ranum objected.

Mr. Andre nodded his head as if to tell that this was an indisputable order.

''Fine, sir. Then I'll excuse you.''

''Once again thank you, Mr. Andre.'' said Ranum moved from his seat.

''Ranum, wait!'' said Mr. Andre when Ranum was about to open the door.

''I hope you rethink your decision.'' said Mr. Andre solemnly.

''Yes, sir. Thank you.''

Ranum left Mr. Andre's room with a heavy feeling. Slowly he stepped back his legs that felt so heavy to walk.

''Well, I hope this is the right decision.'' said Ranum as he looked at the reflection of his face on the large mirror in the toilet.
