"Have you introduced your wife to anyone else?" martin asked in Michael's room.
"A quick look, when Michael went around. But officially not yet," he answered seeing the father who seemed to sweep the view in all directions.
He saw some changes in the room that has accompanied him decades of pioneering this company.
"Your old couch?" Belinda glanced at the new-looking gray sofa.
"In Laura's room" replied Michael.
"Who's table?" It was Martin's turn to ask.
"Hanna," the man replied glancing at his wife.
"So, what office did you give your wife?"
"Secretary." Again a short answer is clearly solid Michael thrown.
"Then, your old secretary?"
"That Mich has fired" he replied casually.
"Jeez Michael! Kasian donk him. Trouble getting in here even you fired."
"He used to demean my wife. I can't work with a woman who hates my woman" he said, turning his eyes away.
Suddenly Hanna's stomach was nauseous hearing her husband's babbling. He wanted to punch the pointed jaw of the husband.
"Prepare meetings and financial statements in 30 minutes" he said later.
Michael's heart gasped at the word financial statements. This month he has not finished revising it and also manipulating some of the expenses he is hiding for his own sake.
"Good, Dad."
"David, take Daddy around." Michael orders his sister.
"Ready-done!"
"Hanna you're coming with me" she asked her daughter-in-law.
They left Michael's room.
The man quickly reached into his cell phone and contacted his younger sister.
"Laura, Daddy here quickly you send financial statements. Thirty minutes to the meeting, tell the others!"
"What's? Why didn't you tell me Daddy was here?"
"I just found out too! Quick send!" his orders.
"Oiya another one, time out at the production ask Daddy's advice or whatever you can. I need more time!" he shouted while closing his call.
"Yes the same, I also have not checked the report can not immediately send it now," he complained in panic.
"Let me have a check, you send it all!"
"OK wait!"
The girl was in the fog checking some reports that had been sent by her subordinates but she had not been able to check.
"Ah shit! Brother Michael is outrageous," grumbled.
Meanwhile Hanna was tailing behind her father-in-law. Beside her stood the mother-in-law who rarely engaged in conversation with her. He seemed to keep his distance from his daughter-in-law.
But this afternoon it was different to look he turned to Hanna who was bowed.
"You used to work here, right?" tanyanya.
"Yes Mom" replied Hanna quietly.
"Do you know why my husband trusts you so much?"
"No," he said, shaking his head.
"The dedication you gave this company imprints on his memory. It's not far from Michael. If he finds someone he thinks is right to carry out a role, then that person will be given full trust. But, if in the course of the choice it turns out to be wrong they will not hesitate to get rid of it," he explained half whispered.
Hanna just smiled bitterly in response to him trying to digest Belinda's words.
"I think so too, Mom. But there is a slight difference in the solution. The difference if it turns out that the choice is wrong then I will use another option," replied Hanna while smiling to see her mother-in-law.
"Good, hope you don't run out of time while using that other option" she replied grinning.
The two of them threw smiles at each other to some employees who looked down respectfully as they passed each other.
"Yes, sir."
"Hahahhaa," Martin recalled several years ago when Hanna was still his secretary.
"I'm your father-in-law now, don't compare me to old times. Just call Daddy like the other kids" he said.
"It seems like Brother-in-law has dejavu, Dad" said David glanced at Hanna with a wry smile.
"Looks like. Sorry Dad, this status change feels like a dream to me. So, please understand if I am still often mistaken," replied Hanna bowed her body.
"No papa, it all takes process. Time will get you used to it."
"Oh yeah, what do you think the company is doing now and then?"
"Mmc ... It seems like this factory is getting more advanced, employees, lines and buildings are also increasing a lot I see. Some kinds of products also look new, the more diverse the types. Did Daddy put out a new brand other than the one that's been used?"
"No, it's still the same brand. Just a different model" he replied.
Hanna looks mangosteen heard it.
"Not only that, from year to year market demand is increasing. Different types of samples came. So, we're always overwhelmed and require opening a new building for a different model."
"In fact, Daddy was eager to open a branch outside the city separating this new style. Of course by still putting quality forward," he added.
"Yes, even though there are so many imitations out there but our quality is still Dad's number one" David said, who faithfully pushed his father's wheelchair.
"Sometimes for a moment, people will be tempted by cheap stuff. But if they are observant in calculations, buying cheap goods with low quality will only make more and more spending." Hanna.
"So far more and more people will be aware and wise in choosing. It is better to buy expensive but durable goods, than cheap and quickly damaged goods" said Martin.
"What Daddy is thinking about is how to serve cheap goods but good quality," he continued.
"Yes, that's exactly what buyers are always looking for, Dad." said David.
They stopped at one of the lines and checked the production results of one of the employees. It was seen that the young woman behind the machine was in cold sweat waiting for the response from the president.
However, before long the entourage passed making itself breathe a sigh of relief. Several production managers and staff joined the troupe. They formed a procession as if they were investigating the location.
Hanna seemed to get a new idea for the project that was being worked on in her hometown.
Laura was seen from far away running after the group that was traveling around it. Her breathing was wheezing when she reached Hanna's side.
"Siang Dad," he said.
Martin simply nodded and gestured to proceed to the raw materials section.
He threw a smile at the employee who was bowing to him.
"Please continue to work" he said kindly to them.
A smile sign of longing for the figure of a friendly leader expands on their lips. All this time they only see the cold face of the child who is always looking for mistakes. The whispers of several people were heard in the back.
"Let's go to the meeting room" Martin said later.
"In the meantime, Dad, Laura wants to ask you something."
The girl grabbed the wheelchair push that David had been holding.
They headed towards the end of the building that had vacant land there.
"Dad, the plan is Laura wants to build a mini market there. Provide various needs of employees. From staples, sembako and other secondary needs."
"Payment can later cut the salary automatically avoid slow pay. So that they can be helped to meet daily needs and do not need to owe out" he continued.
The old man also looks mangosteen.
"David thinks that if we cut our salaries immediately force their rights donk, brother. What is not better their initiative to pay so there is no need to be automatically cut that," said David gave advice.
"Sorry sir, if it is not immediately cut later they will underestimate and worry later even add to the burden on them as well" said the production manager.
"Hhmm .. Please discuss later. Try not to increase the burden of employees and also the company. Do not let the money that is not how complicated our relationship with employees," explained Martin gave a code to continue the path.
"Good, Dad. Thank you" said Laura again pushing her father's wheelchair into the meeting room.
The distance from the end of the building to the meeting room was quite far, Laura hoped it was enough for her brother to finish the financial statements he sent.
During the transition, Martin deliberately told Michael to check and work on the company's own financial statements. By collecting data from financial managers and Laura as HRD manager.
From a distance, Michael was standing in front of the meeting room with the staff. As soon as they saw Martin they immediately entered the room and sat in their respective chairs.
The man glanced at Hanna who was also looking at him. Instantly they cast a glance in all directions.
