Canteen Again

As usual, Antarik University canteen is always crowded because many students and lecturers will come to fill their stomachs. And just like the days before, David, Dian and Albert will be eating with Rihan there.

Not to forget there is also Max who first came to the cafeteria because he was tired of reading books in the library. However, there is something different because Ayu and Ariana are not there. I don't know what they're doing.

"It seems like something is lacking" Albert commented trying to recall what he had forgotten.

"I feel so too. But what?" Max thought to himself.

"Ayu and Ariana's presence." David answered lazily.

"I knew then, and I was glad in their absence. But not that!" Albert shook his head.

"Max's slave for a month?" Dian smiled faintly.

"That's the one I forgot. Where's the kid, Max?" Albert snapped his finger in delight.

"Eitherway! I didn't see him in the department. I'll call him. It's good to run away from duty." Max picks up his phone and starts calling Gibran.

As for Rihan, he just kept quiet and paid attention to the behavior of his friends. They're waiting for Alen to arrive. It just so happens that there are still a few minutes before lunch.

"Have you?" Albert asked when he saw Max put his phone back in his pants pocket.

"You know, Al. When Gibran raised my call, he got angry. When he heard my name, he was silent. Hahaha.I was curious, what would his face look like if he was angry." Max told me with passion.

"I'm curious too. Where is Gibran now?" Albert was excited.

"Obviously, basketball court. He'll be here soon."

"Foolah. We just have to wait for him. About a job that suits him?" Albert asked while hesitating.

"I went to the toilet for a while, before Gibran's arrival." Pamit Max's.

A few minutes later, Max is seen walking back after finishing his business on the toilet.

"I'm sorry, brother. I was not intentional." A girl feels guilty for accidentally nudging Max's shoulder.

The girl was seen in a hurry so that finally nudged Max's shoulder and the drink he ordered spilled a little about the shirt Max was wearing.

"It's okay. Next time watch your way. No matter how important your business is, always watch your way. Fortunately, here is the canteen. How about on the highway? Your safety is more important, "Reply Max then smiled faintly at the girl.

"Yes, Brother. Once again forgive me. Let me help you clean my sister's shirt that was splashed with my drink."

"no need. I'm doing fine. You seem to be in a hurry." Max then leaves the girl for Rihan and the others. Max smiled at the girl before leaving her.

Everything that happened was seen by almost everything that was there, and it was enough to make them wonder at the unusual behavior of a Max who was known to be anti-social.

Max himself is unaware of people's attention to him and continues walking towards Rihan's place. After arriving, Max quietly sat in his place.

"Wait..." David's voice distracted them.

"Why?"

"Something's different about you, Max." David answered, glancing at Max and frowning.

"I? Where's difference?" Max asked curiously.

"You don't look sick anymore." David replied while looking at the confused Max.

"From your treatment of the girl earlier, it can be concluded that you have begun to accept others by your side. Why am I just realizing it now?" Albert smiled broadly with pleasure.

"Aware what?" Max was confused.

"Initially you just wanted to interact with Rei. But over time you have started interacting with us. And that incident also. I suggest you check your condition, Max." Albert patted Max's shoulder, which was sitting near him.

"Yes." Yeah."

"If I'm cured, it means I can't be with Rei anymore. This can't happen." Max then shook his head and looked at Rihan who was also looking at him.

"none. Gibran hasn't come yet?" Max switched the conversation. Besides Rihan, the others can't know.

They then stared at Gibran's arrival single-handedly walking in. They could see Gibran's annoyed face all the way up to their table.

"What's calling me?" Gibran asked as he folded his arms and looked in annoyance at Max.

"Wow..the immoral slave! To my knowledge, everywhere the slave arrived, good afternoon Sir, Miss, Boss, Madam, etc. This is.very disrespectful. Ck..." Albert sneered at Gibran.

"What did you call me?" Gibran had to give up.

"Just want to see your pissed face." Honestly Max made the veins on Gibran's neck visible if he looked carefully.

"Needs..."

"Sit down!" Rihan cut off what Gibran was about to say.

"Sit down when you're deaf." Albert made Gibran look at him lazily but sat down also next to Dian.

"Looks like old brother Alen," murmured Albert breaking the silence on their table.

"Say you're hungry." Syndicate Max.

"Ekhem. understand it's almost lunchtime." Albert was embarrassed.

"Sister Alen is never late." David was funny about Albert's behavior. Despite knowing Albert's extraordinary behavior, David will always feel funny.

After David spoke, Alen appeared at the entrance of the cafeteria to make Albert happy instead of playing.

"Finally." Albert murmured softly.

"Good day sir, I'll prepare for a moment." Alen was then helped by some waiters preparing food there.

"Well, there's a lot of side dishes this time." Albert gulped his saliva at the number of delicious foods in front of him. Every time they eat, every meal is different every day. Albert was very pleased

"Maybe because of the increase in personnel here. Unfortunately, the two females did not exist." Reply Max propped up his chin with both hands watching the servants arranging the food.

After Alen arranged everything on the table, Alen then glanced at the brother and then they both took a position sitting on the left and right of the master. Alen also does his usual job of taking Rihan's food.

"Please..." Alen lets the others fill their plates after he fills Rihan's, hers and Alex's.

"Why are you quiet?" Alen asked and then gave an empty plate to Gibran who had seen their behavior at the table with him.

"Ac..."

"Eat!" Rihan's flat voice made Gibran nervous. He then took the plate in Alen's hand and filled it up to taste.

"Slaves also need to eat," Max said, making Gibran suddenly feel strange about himself because of Max's speech.

"Good meal, sir."

"Good-bye Rei, good-bye everyone..."

After allowing each other to eat, each of them enjoyed eating quietly. Gibran who saw her suddenly felt sorry for herself. How not terrible, when people you already consider friends and ask to help you turned out to make a busy reason to avoid.

Gibran after receiving a call from Max, he asks his friends to come with him to anticipate if there will be a task given by Max that he can not do alone. However, the response of his friends was unexpected. Each one makes a reason to avoid it.

Gibran finally realized that all this time his friends only care about him when he was happy. When he needed their help, they made excuses to avoid.

Rihan who noticed Gibran's silence stopped eating and looked at Gibran who seemed to be daydreaming. Alex and Alen stop when they see their employers stop eating. The others are too. They all looked at Gibran, who was daydreaming and unaware of the attention he was paying.

"Gi..." Call Dian who is sitting next to Gibran.

"Ah... yes.... What's wrong?" Bewildered Gibran confusion.

"Eat." Dian said then smiled faintly.

"I'm sorry I disturbed you. Please continue."

"We eat if you eat too." Max makes Gibran feel guilty about his actions during this time on Max.

"Ak. Thank you." Thank you." Gibran murmured softly then smiled sincerely and began to pick up spoons and forks to eat. Rihan just stared at Gibran flat then continued eating followed by the others.

"Miara Group will cooperate with R.A Group branch." Report Logan to Neo sitting on the balcony of their apartment while looking at the view of highway traffic.

"Do we have cooperation with R. A. Group?" Neo asks after sipping the coffee Logan made for him.

"Looks, yeah. Why why?" Ask Logan curiously.

"none. Looks like Brand is very smart in finding his backing." Neo muttered while playing the mouth of his drinking glass.

"That's it, Brand." Reply Logan.

"Find out what cooperation Brand has to offer."

"okay."

"How does this have to do with the boy?" Ask Neo still with the same activity.

"Babies? Who's that?" Logan asked confusedly.

"The Young Master."

"Why be a boy?"

"Isn't he still a kid?"

"yes too! There's no clarity yet. According to our people, they met several times. Brand also had a chance to visit Rehhand. I think they're working together. I don't know what the cooperation is."

"Your most important task is to figure out all of Brand's activities as long as he's here. If there's time, also look for the boy's activity to compare what the two's relationship is like." Neo stood up and walked into his room.
