Run Away

In the morning Reza woke up and prepared to buy breakfast. The princess still sleeps soundly after last night to watch a Korean drama. What a different hobby between Reza and Princess.

While descending the stairs, Reza caught a glimpse of Toriq coming out of a room. Is the room there? Inner Reza was curious. He ignored Toriq who was aware of his existence.

" hay bro, see you again." said Toriq as he ran and taught Reza steps.

Reza did not say, he continued to step as if there was no one beside him.

" what by yourself? Where's your wife??" Tanya Toriq again curious, usually Reza always appear together with the Princess.

"Why are you asking my wife??" Reza asked indifferently despite the slight emotion from her voice.

Toriq smiled and looked around.

"You guys have always been together, tumben now appears alone? What else is fighting?"

Reza stopped his steps and watched Toriq seriously. He took a deep breath, so early Toriq had tested his emotions.

" don't interfere in our affairs, I don't know who you are. and vice versa! So don't pretend to be familiar with me.." lick Reza was upset, her breath was held back.

Toriq looked at Reza casually. It was as if there was not even the slightest bit of regret or fear.

"I don't care if you're Mirna's niece or anyone else, I'm not afraid!" Reza continued again before then he left Toriq who was still disturbed himself. Why is everyone always emotional when talking to him??

Reza quickened his pace and adjusted his breathing which was still hunting in annoyance. Every time he saw Toriq somehow he remembered the man's gaze on the Princess. The lustful stare that Reza hates.

At a front stall cost Rainbow Reza wrapped two rice for him and the Princess breakfast. He wants to meet the grandfather he met yesterday. Last night Reza had finished reading the book he bought when the Princess was still busy watching the Korean drama.

Once back at the boarding house, Reza had not found Toriq's sedan in the parking lot. He breathed his breath a sigh of relief. The bully man may always ignite his emotions. Reza should be prepared when the time comes to meet again with Toriq.

Inside the room, the Princess was still asleep. Reza smiled anxiously at the Princess' expression while she was asleep. During these two nights he got used to hearing delusions from the Princess as the girl slept.

Slowly Reza took out the rice wrap from inside the crackle and put it on the plate for the Princess to have breakfast later. He took out his rice and ate it while checking his phone. A phone he rarely opened because there was no one he could call. Since running away from home, Reza changed her mobile number and did not activate all of her social media accounts. But now he lives with the Princess, inevitably they have to communicate. Reza tore up a paper and wrote a message for the Princess.

After her last mouthful ran out, Reza immediately went up and gulped down her bottled mineral water. He put on his jacket and hurried away. The princess was still asleep and Reza did not wake her up.

Arriving at the bookstore, Reza eagerly entered the small shop house. As usual, no one saw inside, maybe even the thief could go in and out of this house freely.

"Cake the cake.excuse me.." Reza said politely as she watched the door where the grandfather appeared yesterday.

Not how long was the sound of footsteps slowly approaching the land and then opened the door. The old yet still handsome face was smiling looking at Reza.

"Good day, son." Grandpa was friendly.

Reza nodded politely and approached grandfather.

"You want to see again or have a casual chat with Grandpa?"

"I want two, can't I have a cake??" Ask Reza quickly.

Grandfather chuckled and pulled Reza to sit on a wooden chair that was arranged in the middle of the store. Reza followed him and sat in a chair opposite to grandfather.

" what's your name, son??"

"Reza kek, Syahreza.."

"Syahreza?? Hmmm, nice name.., you're not from here, are you??"

Reza smiled and nodded, scratching his hair that did not itch because grandfather could correctly guess his origin.

" the girl with you yesterday was... lover oruu??"

"Hmmm, sheaa. my wife's cake.."

"Oh yeah? Well, you brave young couple.., hahaha.." Grandpa's laugh was crisp, he patted Reza's shoulder slowly.

" your age even grandfather is still busy looking for identity.., until finally too comfortable with yourself and in the same marriage stay the woman that grandfather likes.." grandfather laughed for a moment.

Reza watched and listened.

"Oh yes, I haven't even introduced myself.., my name is Syahnun's grandfather, just call Nun's grandfather.., people here call my grandfather.." Continue Grandfather on fire, fire,

"What is the prefix 'shah' is destined for book crazy huh kek??" Reza asked curiously,

Grandpa Nun laughed and patted Reza on the shoulder again, "that's why you said your name was good! Because our initial names are the same hahahahaa..."

Reza laughed at Nun's grandfather's explanation,

"Did Nun's grandfather live alone here? Ato with grandma??"

Grandpa Nun shook his head quickly, "did grandfather say earlier, grandfather left married to a woman that grandfather likes.., so until now grandfather is still single if young people today say hahahaha.."

Reza was stunned again, "serious cake?? Grandpa's not married??"

Grandpa Nun stopped his laughter and took a deep breath, "it might be a silly decision for some people, but for this grandfather it was a principle... the rest is not love but escapism.."

Reza breathed in shock, only this time he met the person who held such a principle firmly.

"Grandfather met the woman since she was in elementary school, loved it until High School, then went to college and was still busy with her identity until then fitting back into this city again... she's married to someone else..."

"Grandpa never liked another woman besides her??"

Grandpa Nun shook his head steadily, "falling in love is easy, son, the hard thing is to maintain.how to endure loving women who since childhood we admired it there is a sensation of its own.."

"Then now Grandpa lives alone here??"

Grandpa Nun nodded and smiled, saying,

"Have discussed the other yok let you not be saddened by the story of grandfather's past..oiya since when did you move to this city??"

Reza exhaled her breath which somehow became heavy.

"It's only been a few days now cake, just really..."

"You work??"

Reza watched over Nun's grandfather and shook his head, "i'm a freelance cake writer, freelance writer.."

"Owh's? Great... continue son! If it's your favorite.."

Reza smiled bitterly and nodded,

"I'm happy that at the end of the day someone appreciates my hobby of cake." sizzled Reza,

Grandpa Nun noticed Reza's darkened look, there was no way this young man before him would open up so quickly to a stranger. Grandpa Nun's reflexes pat Reza on the shoulder again.

" not everyone is in the same glasses as us, son, so just do what you think is good as long as it doesn't hurt yourself and others.."

Reza touched the hand of Nun's grandfather who was still patting her on the shoulder and smiled.

"May I work here kek??"

"Huh??"

Reza chuckled at Nun's grandfather's sudden expression of shock.

" grandfather doesn't have to pay me enough to let me read a book every day here so I consider it a salary for me.."

"Well, your wife wants you to feed Reza??" Lick Grandpa Nun astonished,

" don't think it's cake, I'm actually rich just all this time acting like a hard man hahahaha." laughs Reza funny, funny,

Grandpa Nun watched him seriously, "grandfather feels like he's looking at you every time.."

Reza stopped his laughter and fell silent, "don't we separate grandfather and grandson huh kek?? Hahahahaa.." Reza's laughter again boomed, though,

Grandpa Nun smiled and joined in laughing, he patted Reza on the shoulder again loudly.

"Bad tat!!"
