"My mother wants to meet you" Moedya said calmly.
Arumi widened her eyes perfectly. "You mean?" ask the girl with a face of disbelief.
"Lunch together" answered Moedya.
"When?" ask Arumi again.
"This cheer," Moedya replied lightly.
"Aaahh ..no!" reject Arumi.
"Why?" moedya asked. "i know if you've met my mother, but you haven't met her yet, have you?"
"Yes, but I'm not ready!" Arumi.
"Why do you feel unprepared? My mother was a good woman, even though she was very strict. I'm sure if you'll like it, for sure" persuaded Moedya. He hoped that Arumi would be willing to accept his invitation.
"My mom didn't come to the store today. So, I can't go anywhere" Arumi said. He kept looking for reasons.
"Don't look for excuses!" sergeant Moedya. "if not then I will force you!" with a face that looks dirty.
Arumi widened her eyes. He kept trying to get himself out of Moedya's arms.
"I will let you go, as long as you want to come with me" Moedya said lightly.
"Don't you see how I look today?" ask Arumi.
Moedya kept her face away from Arumi. He then watched the girl closely. "Nothing strange" he mumbled softly.
"Nothing, but I can't possibly meet your mother in a t-shirt and jeans like this. Your mother is very beautiful, she is also very fashionable. You think I'd be comfortable meeting her in this kind of appearance?" bright Arumi with his style of speech without the slightest pause.
"What's wrong with your current appearance? You still look so pretty to me" Moedya wooed with her seductive smile.
Arumi laughed softly. A moment later, his face changed. "Don't seduce me!" sergeant.
"That's not seduction, it's reality. You know not if I'm not good at seducing?" Moedya looked at the girl.
"You are so beautiful. I will ignore the moon at night just for the sake of looking at your face," wooed Moedya again.
Arumi remained silent. For the first time he felt weak because of Moedya's seduction. It was not usual for the man to say something that sounded so sweet.
"Where did you get those words?" ask Arumi.
Moedya smiled calmly. He then touched the face of the girl who had stolen his heart very gently.
"Everything came suddenly. That beauty is so real every time I see your face. I don't have to imagine it, because everything looks so clear" said Moedya. His hands now began to slip behind the neck of the small necklace.
Not long ago, Moedya had managed to land her kiss on Arumi's lips. He repeated what he did just as he did on the shore of the lake that afternoon.
Arumi could only hold on to the front of the long-haired man's jacket. He did not refuse, let alone fight. To be honest, he missed that guy a lot.
"My mom has made time for us. Please come with me!" pinta Moedya just after they finished kissing affectionately.
"I don't know what to say to your mother," Arumi still tried to resist.
"Talk about everything. Cake, fashion, lipstick, or whatever. I'm sure you'll like it. You guys have a lot in common," said Moedya. He began to release his arms from Arumi.
"I have to ask my mother for permission first" Arumi said.
"Come, call your mother!" tell Moedya with a beautiful twinkle in her eyes.
Arumi smiled sweetly. He then took his phone from the bag. He immediately contacted Ryanthi.
...π π π...
The rain had stopped when Moedya parked her motorbike in the courtyard of the three-story house. Arumi immediately went down and took off her helmet.
"Come on!" take Moedya with him, grab Arumi's hand and lead her in. This was the first time Arumi had come to the house.
Moedya's house is not a house with a European feel. However, the house still looks so luxurious with everything in it.
After Moedya, Arumi sat alone in the living room with all the luxurious furniture. One thing that is at the center of his attention is a photo of a man whose appearance is very similar to Moedya. However, the man's facial expression looked much flatter than Moedya's.
Arumi moved from her seat. He approached the photo displayed on the wall with a size large enough that and noticed it.
"There's a special guest apparently," came the voice of a woman who had managed to surprise Arumi. Arumi immediately turned to the source of the voice.
Ranum looked with a very graceful appearance. She always looks beautiful in every situation. The woman is now standing near Arumi. He watched the photo.
"That's Juna's father. His name is Pramoedya Aryatama" said Ranum with a smile on his lips.
Arumi glanced at the beautiful woman with that fashionable appearance. "Juna?" tanyakanya.
Ranum turned to Arumi. He smiled softly at the girl. "Yes. Junas. You don't know him?" Ranum asked back. He was playing a guess with Arumi.
"Moemoe's?" mumbling Arumi.
Ranum laughed softly hearing Arumi mention that name. "Moemoe's?" he repeated the name Arumi mentioned with an amused smile.
"So .. is that your dear call to Juna?" Ranum turned back to Arumi.
Arumi laughed softly. "So, what's his name? I don't know at all," complained Arumi with her eyes moving irregularly.
"Let's talk while we sit down!" bring Ranum. He held Arumi's shoulder. After that, Ranum also preceded the girl to a neatly circular sofa there.
Sitting gracefully, Ranum looked at Arumi for a moment. "How's your cake shop?" tanyakanya.
"That's my mom's cake shop. I have not dared to open it myself" explained Arumi.
"Why? Though your cake is very good," praised Ranum. He was still staring at Arumi quite intensely.
"No, I'm still a new kid" replied Arumi humbled.
"When you go to my mom's shop! You will find a lot of strange clothes there," said Moedya who suddenly appeared in the living room. He sat next to Arumi. Stretching his right hand straight behind the girl's shoulder, he sat quietly there.
"You only know about vehicle spare parts, where to understand with fashion," said Ranum. He responded to Moedya's rant with a joke.
"Yes, which man understands such things" Arumi said.
"I just don't understand why a woman likes clothes with such strange shapes. You know the clothes with the arms that are just next door and next to each other somewhere?" babble Moedya.
At once Arumi and Ranum laughed at the same time. "You'd better be quiet and don't talk much than it would be to end up with such ridiculous rants!" tell Arumi to glance at the man next to her. .
"What's wrong?" moedya asked with furrowed brows. "i'm just expressing my opinion," he continued.
Ranum stopped his laughter. He just shook his head. Ranum feels that Arumi has something in common with him. The girl was impressed as she was when she spoke.
After lunch, Arumi helps Ranum tidy up the dining table. "Mother takes care of this house alone?" ask Arumi.
"Not really," answered Ranum. "it just so happens that the housekeeper here is coming home, so it's time for Mom to prove to Juna that her mother is a woman who can do this kind of work," lang Ranum while arranging the dirty dishes in the sink.
"Mother is a very great woman. Just like my mom. I'm happy to be among great women like you and my mother" Arumi sincerely said. He did not hesitate to show his admiration for the two women.
Ranum smiled gently. He then touched Arumi's face so warmly.
"Sometimes, I'd like to meet your mother in person. We can definitely share stories about many things," Ranum said. He was still staring at Arumi.
"Juna told me a lot about you. I am sorry for the disaster that has befallen your family," Ranum said again with a soft word.
Arumi smiled knot. "Thank you, ma'am," the girl replied quietly.
"It feels heavy at first. However, over time, then over time we will get used to also the absence of people we love very much. Although actually ... it feels .. it feels .. it is too heavy," said Ranum. Suddenly his face turned gloomy. However, a moment later, the beautiful woman returned with a gentle smile. "You know what, Arum?" tanyakanya.
"What?" asked Arumi curiously.
"Juna was very close to her late father. He idolizes it so much. Look at their looks!" Ranum ended his words with a soft laugh.
Arumi looked fixedly at Ranum. The girl knows and can feel if Ranum hides other flavors, behind her beautiful face and also her laughter. Arumi also remembered Ryanthi. His mother always did the same. The woman always hid all the sadness she felt.
