Ryanthi was glued with a pushy look, as the elevator door opened. He sees Adrian already standing up to welcome his arrival, albeit with an unusual look. The reason, because Adrian does not know what reason makes Ryanthi suddenly ask to meet.
However, Adrian seems to have guessed, when Ryanthi suddenly burst into his arms. It's a good thing Adrian can keep his balance, so he can hold Ryanthi's body.
"Yes, God. Really?" Adrian whispered in disbelief, hugging the lover tightly. An incomparably happy feeling filled his heart. "Are you really back?"
Ryanthi did not answer. She just hugged Adrian tightly, buried her pretty face in the chest of the man with the white T-Shirt.
"Is this really you?" Adrian still looks in disbelief. He stretched out a hug, then stared fixedly at the charming face of the lover. Again, he hugged the girl. His happiness cannot be expressed in words.
Moments later, the two lovebirds sat together on a sofa overlooking the pool opening. Adrian unceasingly kissed Ryanthi's forehead, who was struggling spoiled in his arms.
"What made you change your mind?" adrian asked, clutching Ryanthi's hand tightly.
"I'm just remembering you. I will always cry when I am like that. Some say, so I'll see you soon for ...." Ryanthi did not continue her words. He broke free from Adrian's arms, then sat up straight while looking at the handsome man.
"If I go, will you be faithfully waiting for me?" ask Ryanthi lirih.
"Don't I tell you that many times?" adrian answered sure. "Wait a minute." Adrian came off the couch. He stepped straight towards the room.
Meanwhile, Ryanthi sat waiting with a curious look. Moreover, when Adrian brought back a smile that looked so charming.
"I have something for you" said Adrian. He reached into his trouser pocket. The man took out a small box plated in dark purple velvet. Adrian thrusts the thing at Ryanthi.
"What's this?" ask Ryanthi.
"Just open it."
Ryanthi smiled clumsyly. He opened the small box. Instantly, both of his eyes were completely blown away. "Yes, God! It's ...." Ryanthi stared in disbelief at Adrian.
"You likey?" adrian asked without letting go of his smile.
Ryanthi did not answer immediately. He looked at the contents of the small box, which was a diamond ring. The ring was tried by Ryanthi, when he and Adrian were walking in one mall some time ago.
"It's very expensive, Adrian. The shopkeeper said that the discount only applies to that month" Ryanthi said slowly.
"I bought it at a normal price" Adrian said. "I think it's worth it to prove how much I love you."
A tear drops on the corner of Ryanthi's lips, after hearing Adrian's words.
"So, I'll give you the ring when you and Mr. Surya have dinner at my mother's house. But what happens is that we fight. You're making me very angry. Finally, I kept the ring back" Adrian explained. A smile on his lips.
"I thought hard. Whether the ring will really be yours or not. However, I did buy it specifically for you."
"Adrian, I ...." Ryanthi did not have time to continue his words, because suddenly Adrian came down from the sofa. The man knelt before Ryanthi who was still in a sitting position.
"Don't argue with me this time. I'm really gonna let you go. I also promise to be faithful to wait until you return. I will never be naughty. If I betray, I will never show my face before you again. It's something very heavy, Ryanthi." Adrian grasped tightly the hand of the lover who was still holding the velvet box earlier.
"It feels too painful, if you have to part with you. You've been like a second life to me."
"Adrians ...." Tears dripped down, drenching Ryanthi's cheeks.
"No. No cry. I don't want this love to hurt, let alone burden you. I just want you to feel strong with the relationship between the two of us.
Dusk fell on the horizon. Orange light filled the sky, making it look so beautiful. It brings a million flavors and stories, which will never be forgotten.
Not long after, the night came. The orange color had turned dark. Gleamingly decorated with beautiful urban lights, like thousands of fireflies decorating the night.
After eating together, Ryanthi and Adrian stand on a balcony near the pool.
"This is my last night in Indonesia. Tomorrow I'm leaving" Ryanthi said softly. "I was here just to say goodbye to you." Ryanthi turned her gaze to the diamond ring that was coiled on her ring finger.
"Do I have to take you to the airport?" ask Adrian.
"As far as you are" Ryanthi answered, looking back at the skyscrapers around the apartment building Adrian lived in.
Adrian mutters slowly. "Well," he said, hugging Ryanthi from behind. "I'll take you to the airport, but there's a condition."
"What conditions?" Ryanthi turned to the side, at Adrian who placed his chin on the right shoulder of the girl.
"Take me tonight" whispered Adrian.
Instantly, Ryanthi reacted to the man's words. She wanted to refuse, but the body language of the beautiful girl said otherwise. Ryanthi does not refuse, when Adrian kisses her affectionately, then brings her into the room.
"No, Adrian. I'm afraid" Ryanthi refused, as Adrian began to touch her, more than the man used to.
"It's okay. You'll love it" Adrian said half a whisper.
Like a buffalo whipped in the nose, Ryanthi according to what Adrian said. The girl did not refuse for every touch and preferential treatment Adrian gave her. He just seemed to enjoy.
Until the time comes, when Adrian makes Ryanthi squeal softly. But no one could save him. Even tall buildings that look dashing, can only be a silent witness, as Ryanthi groans softly in Adrian's arms.
That night, they both went through. Adrian won't let Ryanthi get out of bed. Ryanthi did not even have time to open the message, as well as the incoming call from Surya.
Until morning came, Adrian was still sleeping under the blanket. Meanwhile, Ryanthi had finished cleaning up. The girl was even fully dressed.
For a while, Ryanthi stood glued to look at the exhausted-looking Adrian. In just a few hours, he's leaving for France. That means, this is the last togetherness between himself and Adrian.
Ryanthi continued to ponder, until the sound of the phone ringing resuscitated her. Surya's name is on the screen.
"Well," said Ryanthi slowly. He stepped out of the room. "I'll be home in a minute. Don't worry" said the girl, smiling. After ending the conversation, Ryanthi returned to the room.
Ryanthi again just glued to the sleeping man. A moment later, the beautiful girl took something from inside her sling bag. He pulled out a small hairpin from there. Ryanthi then looked for the paper and stationery from the drawer. He wrote something down, then put the hairpin on the top. Without waking Adrian up first, Ryanthi leaves from there.
A few moments later, Adrian wakes up. He found himself alone in the room. Adrian also reads the message Ryanthi wrote.
'No need to take me to the airport. I don't think I'll be able to see you there.'
Adrian smiled crazily. He got out of bed, then went into the bathroom.
Meanwhile, Ryanthi was already preparing to leave. All of his luggage was put in the trunk.
Ryanthi says goodbye only through a video call with Vera, because Maya's real daughter is at her in-laws' residence. Ryanthi also had a good-bye to Arshan, who happened to be on work leave.
Before getting into the car, Ryanthi smiles at Maya. He nodded politely. However, Maya just looked at him. Ryanthi herself would not bother. He got into the car, and prepared to leave for the airport.
