"Darling!" call Ryanthi to Arumi who just pulled out the baking sheet from the oven. He then placed the baking sheet with the golden brown cake on the table.
Arumi immediately looked at her mother. He also raised a sweet smile at her. "What's up, Mom?" asked Arumi while taking off the thick gloves he had been wearing.
"There's someone looking for you" Ryanthi replied with a suspicious-looking face.
"Who? Lily?" asked Arumi curiously. He mentioned the name of his close friend during high school first.
"A man," Ryanthi replied, making Arumi even more curious. "He's very handsome" Ryanthi whispered in a half-tempting tone.
The girl was silent for a moment. He thought and tried to guess who the man who came looking for him at that time.
"Meet, Honey! He's waiting for you outside" Ryanthi says.
"okay!" Arumi passed from the kitchen and headed to the main room of the store without removing the apron chef he was wearing.
Arumi stepped up with a feeling that started to get nervous and filled with question marks. In his mind there were only two men, Edgar and Moedya.
Apparently, it was true with what Arumi thought. The man who came to see him was Edgar. Arumi did not expect that Edgar would dare to look for her in the store. Arumi was surprised because Edgar could find out the store owned by his mother.
"Hi, Arum," said the curly-haired man warmly.
"Hi, Ed," Arumi replied with her usual facial expression. He even looks lazy with the presence of the man, let alone to serve him.
"I thought you were back in Paris" Arumi said.
Edgar smiled sweetly. That loving gentle gaze he still gave to the girl in 7/9 jeans, with her hair curled up carelessly.
"I'm still at home here. Do you think if I stay here for a while?" ask Edgar.
Arumi folded both her hands on her chest. He looked so lazy to serve the gray-eyed man.
"Yeah .. you can stay here for a while. It's not my business. Up you!" arumi replied with her cold tone and indifferent attitude.
"Please, Babe! Stop punishing me!" pinta Edgar solemnly.
Arumi smirked at the man of French descent. He was really lazy with that conversation.
"Go back to Paris! Live your life quietly there! You will never find it difficult to get any girl you want" Arumi told him.
"No, Babe! I want you," Edgar was still on his feet. "I'll be here for a few days. Please give me one more chance!" Edgar again pleaded with Arumi. Even now he dared to hold both hands Arumi.
Immediately, Arumi pulled back both of her hands. He did not like Edgar's attitude towards him.
"Don't touch me!" sergeant. "In addition, how do you know the address of this store?" ask Arumi with her.
"I know everything about you" Edgar replied with great confidence.
Sneaking a cynical smile on the corner of Arumi's lips, he shook his head. "No!" sergeant Arumi. "You don't know me at all!" arumi strongly objected.
"Come, Arum! I beg! Let's talk about this carefully!" take Edgar.
"Others we gotta talk about?" asked Arumi with a rather slow voice. He did not want to until the store employees heard the conversation between the two.
"Everything between us is done before I get back here. I've left all the stories about us in Paris, and I don't intend to bring them home" Arumi explained. His face looked increasingly upset.
"What do you mean?" edgar asked with his furrowed brows. "Our relationship is not over. I haven't ended it at all. It was just a one-sided decision from you!" rebut Edgar firmly.
Arumi turned her face away. He felt tired because he had to continue struggling in that problem.
"So what do you want now?" ask Arumi. "You want us to get back into a relationship like I was in Paris?"
"Yes. We continue everything, and I promise you. I just want you, not the others" Edgar returned with his attitude that seemed to ask for forgiveness to Arumi.
Arumi complained quietly. "I'm tired of all this!" repelled.
"City ...."
Arumi was silent for a moment. He then looked at the gray eyes with regret. After all, he had once completely fallen in love with that charismatic-faced man.
Actually, Edgar is a good guy. It's also very attentive. But unfortunately he often considers if all women he can conquer with his wealth. That is what makes Arumi feel disgusted at him and decide to end their relationship.
"Darling!" call Ryanthi. He came to those who were struggling in a whisper.
Ryanthi hands Arumi's cell phone."Your phone kept ringing. Maybe it's an important call" Ryanthi said. He then looked at Edgar.
The French man smiled at him. "Madame ..." said politely.
Ryanthi smiled sweetly. He was so impressed with the greeting Edgar gave him. Ryanthi then glanced at Arumi who looked not too comfortable.
"Aren't you going to introduce the two of us?" tanyakanya.
Arumi glared at her mother. She protested the question Ryanthi had asked her.
"Edgar" interrupted the man with gray eyes. "My name is Edgar Hilaire" added Edgar with a beautiful twinkle in his eyes. His face is also bright. He immediately extended his hand to Ryanthi, and invited the woman in a neat bun to shake hands.
"Oh ... Edgar," Ryanthi returned the man's hand in a friendly manner. While Arumi looks increasingly dislike seeing the scene.
"Oh ... Mrs. Ryanthi, nice to meet you," replied Edgar. "Arum used to tell me about you when he was in Paris. Turns ... You are indeed a very beautiful woman and also friendly," praised Edgar who is still loyal with his friendly smile.
Ryanthi laughed softly at the flattery from the man with the black turtleneck. He was also so honored by it. "Thank you Edgar. You're so sweet and friendly" Ryanthi replied.
Meanwhile, Arumi is now preoccupied with her phone. He was eager to reply to an incoming message from someone who was none other than Moedya.
For Arumi, it was much more fun than serving the useless babble that Edgar made to seduce him into coming back to him.
Arumi did not care for the two of them who were chatting next to her. He was actually smiling himself in front of the screen of his phone.
"Honey, why don't you make Edgar coffee, tea, or ...." Ryanthi glanced at Arumi who seemed to not care about the presence of the man.
Arumi looked at the mother for a moment. A moment later, he glanced at Edgar. "Edgar will be home soon, ma'am," replied Arumi. "Isn't that right, Ed?" Arumi looked back at Edgar who looked disappointed because of his subtle rejection.
"Why should you hurry?" ryanthi asked, looking for a moment at the man who was forcing himself to smile.
Edgar did not answer. He just looked at Arumi with his face that looked agitated.
"I still have business in a moment, Mom," Arumi said calmly.
"It's a pity" Ryanthi regretted.
A moment later, he glanced back at Edgar. "What if you stop by sometime for dinner at our residence?" bargain Ryanthi sincerely.
Edgar's smile grew perfectly upon hearing the offer. Of course, he would never miss it.
Arumi glared at her mother. It was obvious that he did not agree with the ridiculous offer. However, Edgar had already agreed to an offer from Ryanthi.
Arumi was silent with a slightly disappointed face. As for Edgar, he glanced at Arumi with a triumphant smile at the corner of his lips.
...π π π...
Arumi was silent when Moedya was already in front of her. The man sat on his bike with a black leather jacket and a cakil helmet.
A moment later, Moedya thrust a helmet at Arumi. Immediately Arumi received the helmet and put it on.
Moedya also hinted for the girl to immediately sit in the back seat.
Either have the courage from where, because Arumi immediately obeyed the gesture of the tattooed man.
"Are you ready?" moedya asked, looking to her left.
"Yes," replied Arumi with her bright face.
Immediately, the motorbike driven by Moedya drove away from the cake shop yard.
During the trip, Arumi was unceasingly smiling widely. This was his first experience of being with a man, and going around the streets of the city.
After a while on the road, they finally arrived at a place with a very beautiful lake.
Moedya also parked his motorbike on the edge of the lake. While Arumi, he immediately went down and took off his helmet.
There was a tremendous sense of amazement in the smile that was beautifully painted on that beautiful face. Arumi really likes places with beautiful natural nuances.
"How's it?" moedya asked who was now standing next to Arumi. He glanced at the girl who looked so happy that afternoon.
"It's an amazing place" decak Arumi as she looked back at Moedya.
"I come here often. But that was before, with my father," said Moedya. His eyes looked straight ahead.
"What are you doing here?" ask Arumi.
Moedya glanced back at the girl next to her. He also smiled wryly.
"We often fish here. We always spend the weekend from morning till dusk. After that, then we decided to go home," said Moedya.
"There are fish in this lake?" arumi asked half-murmuringly. It was like asking himself.
Moedya laughed softly. "Eitherway. But ... My father always felt optimistic, if there was a time we would get the results we wanted after struggling all day" said Moedya.
"Then ... What did it look like?" asked Arumi while glancing at the man with the man bun hairstyle.
Moedya laughing. He seemed amused by what he was going to say to Arumi.
"Why?" asked Arumi who also laughed even though he did not know what felt funny by him.
Moedya did not answer immediately. He just kept laughing.
Arumi looked at the man gently. This is a new story for him. He may not have been able to enjoy the gift of his return from his father. However, Arumi like getting another gift that is much more luxurious than a white sedan output from a European manufacturer.
The most luxurious gift was, seeing the smile and laughter of a foreign man who had caught his attention all of a sudden.
Moemoe ....
