Ryanthi: Sweet Cake, Bitter Reality

Ryanthi: Sweet Cake, Bitter Reality
At the End of Dusk

Moedya stopped her laughter. Then he took a deep breath. The beautiful girl who was still standing next to him.

"How old are you from Keanu?" moedya asked with her voice so deep.

Arumi turned to the man with the tattoo on his right wrist for a moment. After which, he then turned his gaze to the calm lake water.

"My age is now almost two recovered three years. Why why?" Arumi asked back.

"It's okay" Moedya replied calmly. He also mumbled slowly. "I think .. you're much more mature than that" Moedya continued, bowing her body. He picked up a pebble and threw it into the middle of the lake.

The pebbles jumped on the water three times, causing successive small ripples.

Arumi smiled broadly. He again noticed the man who was now cool to throw the small pebble back into the middle of the lake.

Arumi clapped his hands cheerfully. His behavior is like a child being invited to play by his father.

"Great," he praised. "How can you do that?" asked Arumi with great anticipation.

"You trying?" bargain Moedya.

Arumi nodded slowly. He then received the pebble that Moedya had brought to him.

"Try to throw it like this ...." Moedya set an example for the young girl. Arumi immediately followed him, but already more than three times, in fact Arumi did not also manage to make the pebble jump on the water.

"Daddy!" grumbled Arumi with a disappointed face.

Moedya laughed softly. "You're surrendering?" tanyakanya.

Arumi fell silent and thought. He then took a small pebble from Moedya's hand. With great concentration he tried again. The girl was really focusing on what she was going to do.

A moment later, he started throwing the small pebble into the middle of the lake and amazingly, the little pebble now seemed to be starting to make friends with him.

Arumi soared in excitement. A cheerful laugh was heard clearly sliding from his classic brown lips.

Moedya smiled calmly at Arumi's exaggerated attitude back then. For him it was very ordinary, but for Arumi it was something truly extraordinary.

However, Moedya also remembered when he got his first throw. Her joyful sighs were almost exactly the same as Arumi at this moment. Moreover, at that time he was only about ten years old. That was the first time Arya taught her to do such a pebble game.

Dusk began to come down to greet the two men. Moedya stood up with half leaning on her motor. He continued to pay attention to Arumi who looked very cool with the atmosphere of the place.

"I love this place" said Arumi. He looked at Moedya who was looking at him.

"Just enjoy. Free," said Moedya. He also approached the girl.

"I often come here when I feel good about my days" said Moedya with a slightly flat face.

"Who do you bring here often?" arumi Fishing line.

Moedya looked at the girl with that perfunctory bun. He also smiled wryly.

"Nothing" he answered briefly.

Arumi turned her gaze away from that handsome face. There is a sense of disbelief if Moedya does not have a 'someone' in her life.

"I'm not sure ..." murmured Arumi.

Moedya still glared at Arumi. Somehow because he didn't get tired of looking at her.

"Your face is quite similar to your mother's. Does Keanu also look like your father?" ask Moedya.

"Eitherway. I never compared them both. To be sure, my father was a very handsome man. I often see pictures of his youth" replied Arumi. He smiled to himself. I don't know what made it that way.

"Are you very close to your father?"ask Moedya again. It was like interrogating Arumi.

"Yes .. can be said like that" replied Arumi. "My mother and father always tried to get closer to me or my sister. We used to go on vacation together before I left for Paris and spent three years there" Arumi said.

"Paris?" Moedya furrowed her brows.

"Yes" answered Arumi. "I haven't been here for a month" he continued.

"Then ... What are you doing there?" ask Moedya again.

"Study" replied Arumi. He then looked at Moedya quite intensely.

"I want to follow in my mother's footsteps. She's a very great woman, with all her perseverance and hard work" Arumi said with a proud smile on her face.

"My father once said that my mother did look meek. However, behind all these characteristics, my mother is a woman with a very hard character and also a strong stance," Arumi said again.

"My mother always said, if both my parents sent me to the highest level, or even to the best university abroad ... it was not so that me or my brother could get a good job and become a high-paying employee. They want us to be able to defend with all the competencies we have" said Arumi. He told the story so calmly as if he had really known the figure of Moedya.

"Yes, it should be like that" Moedya confirmed the words from Arumi.

"Then ... What do you want to do to spend your old days?" ask Arumi. It was actually a good question, but it sounded a little strange to Moedya. The man laughed softly too.

"For sure .. I want to spend my old days in peace, without having to think about work. Maybe I'll spend my time fishing or driving around in a modified vehicle" Moedya laughed softly.

"Of course, I want to spend my old age with someone I love. My wife's. Mother of my children. Grandma of my grandchildren ... my friend in sharing everything," Moedya ended her words with a deep sigh.

"Sounds so perfect" murmured Arumi. He responded to Moedya.

For a moment they both fell silent. Moedya with her own thoughts, and Arumi with her peaceful feelings at that twilight.

"Everybody loves a story with a happy ending. Sometimes they do not realize, if a dramatic breakup can also paint a love story so deep. Especially if someone who is left behind is always taking care of his love well. Keep loyalty until the time comes he really has to go" explained Moedya. His face looked flat and a little sad.

Arumi kept watching the owner of the face. He tried to guess what was now in the mind of the man with his gray t-shirt.

Could there be a sense that was raging within his chest? Arumi continued to deepen her inner eye vision.

"Are you feeling sad, Moemoe?" asked Arumi suddenly.

Moedya turned her head and stared fixedly at the girl. She is so beautiful and looks perfect. The spoiled look that Arumi was aiming for her, had indeed tickled her heart as an attack on a normal man who was used to living with a lot of love.

"Who has left you?" asked Arumi again with her voice half-whispering

Moedya did not answer immediately. He still continued to stare at the girl with a beautiful smile, which was adorned by a pair of dimples that made her look even sweeter.

The gaze of the two of them continued to collide.Moedya's maleness instinct increasingly thrashed. He was very curious about the sister of his close friend.

Slowly Moedya moved her hand behind Arumi's neck adorned by a small platinum necklace.

Arumi was just speechless and allowed the hand to gently squeeze the nape of her head. He even now began to close his eyes when Moedya began to bring his handsome face closer to him.

******* that breath he could hear even he felt clearly warm on his face. His heart started beating faster than usual.

Arumi felt her body suddenly limp and powerless as the face drew closer. Arumi began to feel the lips touch her lips and ....

Moedya suddenly stopped the scene that almost made Arumi suffocate. He pulled his face back and away from Arumi's face.

Arumi immediately lowered her face. He covered his lips with mixed feelings at that moment. His heart was still racing. What almost happened just now, was really something that made Arumi become even more agitated.

"I'm sorry .." there was Moedya's deep voice. He also seemed uncomfortable with what almost happened.

"Yes. Ti-it's okay," replied Arumi somewhat stammeredly.

"Oh ... God! What the fuck?" inner Arumi.

The twilight is getting closer to night. Moedya also invited Arumi to come home.

There was no conversation during the evening trip. They were swept back into their minds.

The air was increasingly cold, especially when Arumi did not wear a thick jacket.

"Come closer, so you don't get too cold!" tell Moedya and make Arumi blush in shame.

However, in the end the girl wrapped her hands around Moedya's waist. He also brought his body closer, even to be attached tightly to the back wrapped in a black leather jacket.

Moedya sighed deeply as she could feel Arumi's heartbeat quite clearly.

His concentration was slightly disturbed when he found the chin of the beautiful girl, now very comfortable on his shoulders.

Arumi was not the first girl to do so, but why did she have to feel so agitated?

Moedya kept trying to keep concentrating, until finally they arrived in front of a luxurious house with a high gate and looked very sturdy.

Arumi let go of her embrace. He immediately got off the bike. Removing his helmet, he then thrust the helmet to the owner.

"Thank you for driving me home" Arumi said softly.

Moedya smiled as she nodded slowly. "This is your house?" tanyakanya.

Arumi nodded. "You've never been here?" he asked back.

"Yet" Moedya replied briefly. "I've been friends with Keanu for a long time. But, usually he comes to my workshop," he explained.

Arumi. "Yes, already. It's already night. I don't want to make my mother anxious" Arumi said goodbye and walked in.

Moedya looked at him quite intensely. He then nodded.

"Until we meet again, Miemie," said Moedya interspersed with an amused smile.

Arumi covered her mouth with her palm. He seemed to hold back his laughter when he heard Moedya calling him "Miemie".
