This morning Darren returned to his usual activities. After breakfast, he rushed to the car parked in the yard. Someone's call made him stop his steps then turn his head.

"Darren!"

The voice came from his mother.

"Yes, ma. What's up?" sahut the man.

Ms. Asty walked a few steps and stood right in front of her son.

"Why should your secretary, Darren? There's no other woman you should be making a lover of?" exclaim Asty's mom without further ado.

Darren frowned hearing the sentence his mother had just uttered.

"Love? Ma, Erina it's just my secretary. Why do you keep talking about what other than the boss and secretary I have to do with him?"

"Mom saw you kissing her last night, Darren!"

Darren shut up for a moment. Why didn't she know her mom was on the balcony last night? Did her mother peek or did she accidentally go there?

"Ma"

"Mama would rather you be with Keylin, Darren. Why did you end your relationship with Keylin?" concluded Asty and mentioned the name of Darren's former lover three months ago.

"I don't like Keylin anymore, ma. Why is my mom still expecting it? I have full rights with whom I relate. Including with Erina!"

"Darren!" sergeant Bu Asty confronted his son who was about to leave.

"Otherwise, ma? If you still want to discuss my relationship with Keylin, I don't have time, ma. Our relationship ended three months ago. Now it's up to me to get in touch with anyone, that's my right. So please, mama don't interfere."

Darren rushed away from there. He did not care about the call of his mother who tried to stop his steps. He quickly got into his car and left.

Miss Asty was furious. If Erina wasn't a secretary or she was the child of a family that held equal to them, maybe she would agree.

"What's up, ma? Why yell?"

The Duke's question made Asty's mother turn her head. She looked at her husband with annoyance.

"Why did you make that woman our son's secretary?"

The Duke frowned in wonder.

"What's the matter, ma? Is there a problem?"

"Oh, of course this is a problem, pa. Darren likes the woman, the secretary you chose for her, "Asty replied quickly.

"Where's the problem?"

"Where? Papa said where? Our sons should not like women who are not equal to our families, pa. Mama agrees with Darren with Keylin. We need to persuade Keylin to come back with Darren."

"Can't be, ma. Keylin had a new life. He may have a replacement for Darren. We can't force anyone for our own sake. Papa doesn't matter if Darren likes his secretary. Papa also used to be married to mama, had a relationship with the secretary."

"Father!!!" exclaimed bu Asty while glaring at her husband, the Duke.

"Already, ma. We cannot determine anyone's life including the life of our own son. Just leave Darren with his secretary. Because we don't know, Darren thinks what his secretary is? Who knows Darren used his secretary just for fun."

Bu Asty was speechless hearing her husband's final words. She hoped that what her husband said was the truth.
