This afternoon Erina was determined to go to the residence of the Duke, Darren's parents. He wanted to ask if he had signed a two-year contract and would be fined a hundred million if he broke the agreement.

Erina walked fifteen meters from the gate to the door of the house she was heading to. Coincidentally the door of the house was not tightly closed, there was a slight gap that made Erina able to see directly the atmosphere of the living room.

"Keylin, go back to Darren. Aunty, please, you want to return with your aunt's son so that Darren doesn't come any closer to Darren's new secretary of choice."

Erina had no intention of eavesdropping, but the voice was quite clear. I don't know why it hurts so much to hear Madame Asty talk like that. It shows his dislike for her.

While at the door, Erina was convinced that the woman she could guess was Darren's ex-lover would have agreed to Asty's offer. He couldn't possibly refuse. And it seemed that now was not the right time for him to visit, for which he interrupted the conversation between them.

Erina hurried away from there. After all, if the woman named Keylin accepts Asty's offer and returns to Darren, it's none of her business.

"How, Key?" resets Asty's mom asking for a certainty answer from Keylin.

The woman shook her head. "Sorry, aunt. But I can't seem to."

Keylin's reply left Asty's mother disappointed. He thought Keylin would accept the offer from him.

"I'm sorry, auntie, then" said Keylin, leaving Asty's mother to bury her in hope.
