“Seeing with ya”?. Ask Zain after that
A smile rose on Zareen's face. Zain stood towards the small cupboard next to the bed, pulled the bottom drawer and took the mushaf inside. Zain was glued when he touched the dusty mushaf, yes even he did not remember how long this drawer had not been opened.
A beautiful mushaf with gold engraving on the skin he lifted. Zain went back cross-legged and placed the mushaf on his thigh, he saw the limiting thread that was deep blue. Zain opened the leaf between the barriers, the Surah of Ar-Rahman.
Old Zain pensive, “This is the last time I read it ya Allah”.
Until the wife's call resuscitated him.
“Mas”.
“Please note reading Mas ya”. He was not sure if he could still read it
Zareen nodded and smiled, “Good Mas”.
Zain begins by reading ta’awudz, then followed by basmalah. He began to chant the love letter from his god with a breath that he set calm.
Stammered until the tajwid was no longer clear, Zain sighed and cupped his hands to his face.
“Mas can not read it again Za, Mas lost it, God has taken this knowledge Za”.
Zareen stared at pity, frustration clearly on the husband's face. He took the hands that covered his face.
Zain looked into Zareen's eyes, and was very clearly visible in those eyes a deep sense of regret. Zareen can feel it.
“Gak papa Mas, we try to repeat again yes, together”.
Zareen looked into the husband's eyes, trying to convince him.
Those eyes, Zain looked at him. The confidence emanated from the pitch-black bead made him regain confidence.
Zain nodded and returned a very beautiful smile from his wife.
Zareen took one pillow and then moved the mushaf to the pillow, and placed it in front of them.
“Za read it first, run out it Mas follow ya”.
Zareen repeated reading ta’awudz and basmalah, then chanted the verses calmly.
“Votes are often present in dreams Mas at that time Za”.
Zain looked at the face of the woman wrapped in white face next to him. That shady face looked down focused on the sheet in front of him, very dazzling.
“Mas”.
As soon as Zain regained his senses, he refocused his gaze on the mushaf.
“Try Mas repeat again”.
“Sorry my wife”. Zain grinned and again tried to repeat reading the verse one surah.
Zareen patiently took care, and straightened out the husband's reading. Keep it that way until it gets to the last verse on that page.
“Shadaqallahul’azdim”.
Zareen closed the Qur’an and kissed it, the same thing Zain did.
“We put it here ya”. Zareen said as he put the mushaf on top of the small closet, no longer in the drawer.
Zain nodded and smiled. Then stand up and fold the prayer mats he and his wife.
His eyes stared at the girl Zareen who entered the bathroom with a single hijab in her hand.
A few minutes later Zareen came out with a head covering that had been changed with the hijab.
“Za”.
“Iya Mas”.
Zareen turned and found the husband approaching her. Zareen.
Zain raised his hand and held his wife's head, and said softly,
“Why hijab is not released aja”.
Long silent, with eyes intertwined.
“Is here really no more Ilna?”. Zareen murmured with the hand he placed on the left chest of the husband.
Degs...
Zain stiffened, his eyes were round, his mouth suddenly twisted.
Zareen smiled wryly, looking at her husband's current silence. Whahuh? Does your husband not know what to answer?
Zareen turned around and climbed onto the bed, she opened the blanket and closed her eyes. Ignoring Zain who was still glued to his place, with silence.
Is he selfish? Or is she a nusyuz wife? I don't know, Zareen knew that her hair was no longer illegal for her husband to see. The revelation of this hijab is no longer a tabuh in front of the husband.
It's just that she felt it was inappropriate to show it to her husband, like a shame when his hair was seen by a stranger. While in her husband's heart there was another woman, and not her, her husband was a stranger to her.
He just wanted to make sure of it again.
A loud rumbling sound came from outside, resuscitating Zain from his contemplation. He walked to the window, looking at the dark sky for a moment, there were no stars. The rumbling sounds continued to repeat, and not long after that the water that was not able to cloud the weirs had fallen soaked the earth.
Zain closed the window tightly, and pulled the curtain. Then he gave birth to a dress to sleep and went to lie down on the bed, facing the peaceful wife in her arms.
In the dark of the night, Zain stared at the shady face. I asked Zareen a few minutes ago.
“Is here really no Ilna anymore?”.
His heart stiffened as the words came from his wife's mouth. And it was still very clear in the shadows when the beautiful smile was present, and the disappointed look of the wife who was again hurt, when Zain was transfixed and unable to speak gave an answer to what Zareen asked.
Zain held out his hand, rubbing Zareen's head gently, he did not want the owner to be disturbed until he woke up later. “You are disappointed baby, Mas make you disappointed again ha?”.
With the fine thump of the hour hand getting late, Zain tried to close his eyes that were still awake, drowsiness that was never present made Zain throw a long breath. He sat down and got out of bed.
Long Zain sat down and bowed, pouring it out in dhikr and do’a. Accompanied by the increasingly roaring rain, Zain spent his night cross-legged on his alphabet.
“Mas... Mas...”.
Zain blinked his eyes as he felt a soft pat on his face.
“Sayang”. He said in a hoarse voice while rushing to sit down.
...What time is it? My bad luck, huh?”
“Not Mas, new Adzan”.
“Alhamdulillah, Mas take ablution first yes, you wait”.
Zareen nodded and rolled up the crumpled up husband's prayer mat and replaced it with a new prayer mat he took from his suitcase. Then not long after that Zain came out of the bathroom with front hair that drain the rest of the water. Zareen stared for a long time until Zain's voice resuscitated him.
“Do not so natap Mas Za, Mas so groggy nih”. He said with a twitch
Zareen bowed his face in shame, he was very embarrassed, like a thief who was caught red-handed.
Zain smiled as he watched his wife's behavior. The red hue on his cheek he could see. She was worried, it turned out that the wife was affected by blushing syndrome, not her.
Zain stepped forward and stood on his alphabet. He began to raise his hand and call for takbir.
He cast out verse by verse quietly, very clearly and cleanly. He was grateful that he still very clearly remembered his prayer reading, not lost as his ability to read the Qur’an.
Until he can imitate his wife, who will be his mother for the rest of his life. Inshallah

Some important adab to note in reading the Quran’an:
1-Must those who read the Qur'an’an intend sincerely, expecting the pleasure of Allah, not intending to seek the world or seek praise.
2-Cannounced read Quran’an in a clean mouth state. Bad breath can be cleaned with siwak or semisalnya materials.
3-Cannounced reciting the Qur’an in a holy state. But if reading it in a state of berhadats allowed based on the agreement of the scholars.
Note: This relates to reading problems, but to touch the Qur’an is required to be holy. The authors who support this are:
From Abu Bakr bin Muhammad bin ‘Amr bin Hazm from his father from his grandfather, in fact the Prophet Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam once wrote a letter to the inhabitants of Yemen whose contents, which, “Cannot touch the Qur’an unless the person is holy”. (CHR. Daruquthni. 449. This hadith is rated shahih by Sheikh Al-Albani in Al-Irwa’ no. 122).
4-Take a clean place to read the Quran’an. Therefore, the scholars strongly recommend reading the Qur’an in the mosque. Beside the mosque is a clean and glorified place, also when it can reach the fadhilah i’tikaf.
Imam Nawawi rahimahullah stated, “It should be that everyone who sits in the mosque intends to i’tikaf either for a long time or just a moment. It was even fitting since entering the mosque was already intending to i’tikaf. Adab like this should be observed and spread, especially in children and civilians (who do not understand). Because practicing like that is increasingly rare.” (At-Tibyan, p. 83).
5-Facing qibla when reading Quran’an. Sit when it is in a state of calm and tranquility.
6- Start reading Al-Qur’an by reading ta’awudz. Ta’awudz reading according to jumhur (majority of scholars) is “a’zu billi minasy syaithonir rajiim”. Reading ta’awudz is punishable by sunnah, not compulsory.
The command to read ta’awudz here is mentioned in the verse,
“When you read the Quran, you should ask Allah for protection from the accursed devil.” (QS. Nahl: 98)
7-Leading “bismilborn rahmanir rahim” at each beginning of the letter other than Bara’ah letter (letter At-Taubah).
Note: Starting mid-mail is enough with ta’awudz without bismilborn rahmanir rahim.
8-It should be while reading the Qur’an in a state of khusyu’ and trying to civilize (reflect) each verse read.
The command to menadabburi Al-Qur’an is mentioned in the verse,
“Then do they not pay attention to the Quran or are their hearts locked?” (QS. Mohammed: 24)
“This is a book that We have sent down to you full of blessings so that they may observe its verses and learn the lessons of those who have a mind.” (QS. Shaad: 29)
Imam Nawawi rahimahullah stated, “Hadits who talked about the command to tadabbur a lot. The words of the Salaf scholars were very much about the advice. There is a story that a group of exemplary scholars (ulama salaf) who only read one verse that continues to be repeated and contemplated at night until the coming of Shubuh.
There are even those who read the Qur’an because it was so dangerous to faint. More than that, there are among the scholars who until death when the Quran menadabburi Al-Qur’an.” (At-Tibyan, p. 86)
It is told by Imam Nawawi, from Bahz bin Hakim, that Zarararah bin Aufa, a leading scholar among tabi’in, he was once a priest for them during the Shahuh prayer. Zararah reads the letter until it reaches the verse,
“If blown trumpet, then that time is the time (coming) difficult day.” (QS. Al-Mudattsir: 8-9). At that time Zararah fell and died. Bahz stated that he became among the people who bore his remains. (At-Tibyan, p. 87)
Remember the advice of Ibrahim Al-Khawwash that tombo ati (medicine of the heart) there are five:
1.Reading Al-Qur’an accompanied tadabbur (reflection)
2.Empty stomach (fasting)
3.Diligent qiyamul lail (night prayer)
4.Humble yourself in the time of the sahur
5.Sit with the saints.
